Believe it or not but this was my 1st time ever eating KFC and let me tell ya, it is good!!!

My drink was missing in the order

the map sends the drivers the wrong way which make the order arrive late and cold

July 2024 Terrible , honestly worse I've ever had and I've had a lot of chicken over my 40 plus years , missing items , lack of interest , wrong order , wasn't even that busy

I have never had this bad experience in KFC yet, my meal contained 2 peace chicken, 2 hot wings , 2 strips , fries and a drink, strips were ok, drink too, as two peaces of chicken they gave me 2 peaces of chicken ribs, who servs chicken ribs it was awful, two wing were very funny too, the were so tiny I'm not sure they were chicken wings, and the fries was a disaster, they looked like someone fried them tenth time, the worst experience ever, well done Reading KFC

The delivery was late, causing condensation and water drops. So, the outer bag was broken upon delivery, requiring me to carry the food separately to my home. The mashed potatoes were missing from my order. The food was delivered cold. The delivery time was 1 :56pm not 1:44pm. the originallly quoted delivery time was 1:25pm

Service was terrible and staff were very dismissive after I pointed out a few discrepancies in the order. I personally wouldn’t recommend though the location was ideal.

Do not eat here. Dirty selection boards with crusty finger prints all over, dirty glass doors, filthy toilets, looking all around just generally dirty. All while staff are stood with arms folded chatting. Vile just vile

Sparkling water is not available quite often despite it’s in the menu. They give me a still water bottle as if it is normal. Even if you are lucky to get sparkling water, it is most likely a warm one taken from the shelf. Imagine this happens to you every time you visit

This KFC is excellent. The chicken is consistently delicious and juicy, the staff are working hard constantly and their service is always pleasant despite sometimes it obviously being stressful. The staff also keep it as clean as they can, which cannot be said for anywhere else really.

Poor quality of food, hope they haven't changed the oil for ages. Total waste of money 🤮

Ordered their wicked variety bucket and they delivered rotten chicken cooked to me. It smelled like hell and goodbye to KFC.

Staff should be aware not everyone is "tech acquainted" they showed us attitude for ordering at the kiosk, it wasn't even busy!!

Hi , really I feel so bad , my first order I couldnot received after wait 1 and half hour wait , and again I ordered same food but chicken Fillet was not cooked properly , so bad experience . I tried to call kfc but they didn’t pick my call so bad services

Went to the drive through. Didn't give me a straw for my drink and didn't accept my forces discount card ( for the first time). Otherwise, chicken was lovely as usual 😋

Food was warm, and an on time delivery time. However,I ordered 3 white chocolate chip cookies, and one milk chocolate chip cookie. Instead, not only did I not get any white chocolate chip cookies, I only got 3 milk chocolate chip cookies. I ordered a tango can and a fruit shoot that did not come. I ordered a dip that was not given and I ordered a pot of beans that did not come.

The food came over an hour and a half after we ordered it, and it was cold

The worse place I have ever eaten, dirty tables, ordered large one received a small one, no sides that I have ordered, staff interested into push food but no attention to details on orders. Disappointing

Kfc is kfc so no problems with this, but I asked for somone for ketchup as they don't provide it with the meal so had to ask, the guy said yes wait a moment done stuff on the till then walked off and left me waiting to the point I asked somone else and told them what happend, the offerd no apology and didn't actually say a word to me and grabbed the ketchup next to where the guy was standing so showing he could have done it during what he was actually doing. Then I went to use the toilet at the end of my meal and as soon as I walked in the the toilet I walked straight back out as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days as there was wee all over the floor and on the toilet seat.

Under cooked chicken order a side or chicken and the smallest drumstick turned up chips was stone cold cans of tango like warm just paid neatly 40£ for one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from kfc

The touch screen was visibly dirty, greasy, and honestly disgusting. The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty (people leave and tables are not cleaned). The bins were full. The food was okay as usual, but the chicken is very, very greasy. The staff are all seen at the counter, but none are seen outside of that despite it being visibly untidy and dirty.

The food was excellent, the order well packed and correct. However, the delivery said "courier at the restaurant" on the app, when he was at my door and giving the order to the incorrect person. The way he swung the package all screwed up in his hand was a treat too! I intercepted my food order from another resident (stranger), inside the building. Had the app been correct, I would have been at the door to meet him but the map wasn't even shown. All it said was he was still at the restaurant,

Unfortunately the large bottle of 7up was never delivered. What do I do about this? Will I get a refund? Thanks.

Without a doubt, it was the worst KFC I have been served. The place was empty on arrival, an having tried the food, it's understandable. I purchased a variety bucket for one. The 12 chips were burnt & yet cold & soggy. The chicken was served at body temperature, and my hands were probably warmer. As a result, the famous crispy coating was mush with a white gloop forming under the skin where fat had started to congeal & solidify. The only things I ate were 2 hot wings & boneless fillet, which were again cold & dry. The rest I binned. Should have known better as it's not the 1st time I've been here & it usually disappoints, but today was truly awful. Will not be returning.

Chips were cold and although the chicken was warm the look of it suggested that it wasn't freshly cooked and had been sat around for ages. Wouldn't bother again.

Well, I do understand that we all have a problem with recruitment and we all cannot hire right people, but it is disgrace to KFC to have restaurant like that.

I ordered a double gravy meal and got double beans! I normally order the 6pc wicked variety meal but that doesn’t come with enough gravy so when I saw the new bucket “double gravy “ I went for it and got beans and no gravy :(

It's wholly unacceptable for the order to be an hour late, unacceptable for you to remove the option for us to cancel the order 40 minutes before ordering as you're delaying it by an hour and unacceptable for you to give us no option to talk to someone to help us with the problem at the time. Why would we ever consider ordering from just eat again?

Rude staff, the girl dropped my tea on the food and didn't change it, handed me the tray all wet. The floor was dirty. The chicken was dripping oil. I wonder what happened to KFC

Great service from this store. I wanted to customise my fillet tower burger, so called the store first, was asked to call back with my order number and they’d make sure the notes on by order to remove sauces etc were actioned. Perfect order, quick, and 100% accurate in my customise request. 5* thank you

Service was not good they put two burgers on my bill when I said I changed my mind they gave my gf diet pepsi when I said regular don't eat here just go to McDonald's down the road

I just dont understand when you put in the notes. Can i have SALT and MAYO in capitals they dont send it. IM STAYING IN A HOTEL NOT A HOUSE GET YOU ACT TOUGHER AND READ THE NOTES

Went through the drive through. A few of us had zinger burgers and a zinger duo. Food was tasteless. Spicy wings not spicy and tasted old. May explain why the drive though was empty. Really dissatisfied.

It's ok, but not great. Pretty small and the machines was not printing a receipt.

Got the order completely wrong, I said clear as day boneless banquet and instead I was charged and got a mighty 4 one, without realising until I got around to collect. I mentioned it and it became a whole ordeal like it was too much effort to change so I just took the wrong order instead to settle the matter. I would heavily advise to stay away from the restaurant

I didn’t recive the food. The delivery driver never showed to the adress. I have been sitting here for almost an hour. He tried calling me but i am in a important phone call.

If you want the Worst service I think you'd ever encounter in life. Come to this restaurant. No please, No thankyou. No manners. Blatant rude and borderline offensive staff. You'll get handed your food then promptly backs will be turned on you. God forbid if you want to pay at the counter as apposed to the app or the self serve. you'll just get stared at and have to wait and wait and wait even though your the only one in the queue. Place needs shutting down in my opinion.

I rarely rate on food, man KFC upping there standards. Food is really good.

Food arrived over an hour after initially listed. When it arrived it was freezing cold. Not just cool but actually cold like it had sat for a long time. The driver got to us in just 5 mins from leaving so the food was clearly send cold. A complete waste of money as none of us wanted to eat it with how cold it was.

Half an hour in a drive-through waiting to be served, then got the wrong order and tried telling me that’s what I ordered

A very classic KFC, the food is good, and, as an added bonus, you can find dishes there that are different from those you find in France. The only downside is the service… no hello, no goodbye, they hand you the tray and that’s it… too bad
