ordered at around 4pm. delivery time was 10 to 25 mins. order arrived about 5pm. app didn't update said order being prepared. when eventually it updated I could see the delivery driver was close by obviously delivery another order and only updated our when he left that order. our food was cold. we had no way to reheat as we were refitting our kitchen. poor service and cold food

Again another KFC with crap service, over priced during reading festival. Prices went up, food again was not cooked and asked me to pay for chips on a meal deal. When questioned she was rude and replied after asking 4 times. This the last time I go to the dump

Just needed something quick to fill our bellies late at night. Was in there 30 minutes from advertised closing. It felt like the manager/shift supervisor was a little rude and disrespectful to the other staff, who were very polite and helpful.

It's not the same as it was when I was in my teens but my Grandaughter likes the skin of the chicken, the hot chicken wings, and the chicken fillets

For some reason, the food here is always not the same as other KFC. Tastes like it's cooked in dirty oil always. The people putting the food together always mark the order as instantly done but then you have to wait ages for the food. And service without a smile. Also never receipts in the self machines

I have never had this bad experience in KFC yet, my meal contained 2 peace chicken, 2 hot wings , 2 strips , fries and a drink, strips were ok, drink too, as two peaces of chicken they gave me 2 peaces of chicken ribs, who servs chicken ribs it was awful, two wing were very funny too, the were so tiny I'm not sure they were chicken wings, and the fries was a disaster, they looked like someone fried them tenth time, the worst experience ever, well done Reading KFC

The delivery was late, causing condensation and water drops. So, the outer bag was broken upon delivery, requiring me to carry the food separately to my home. The mashed potatoes were missing from my order. The food was delivered cold. The delivery time was 1 :56pm not 1:44pm. the originallly quoted delivery time was 1:25pm
