very nice. one of the better orders we have had from KFC. food was still hot when delivered.

Completely wrong order with wrong name. I didn’t accept the food and have placed a request but doesn’t let me call or online chat to actually get my order. It expects me to wait for an email when my food was due 30 mins ago. I have had this problem almost half the times I order from this KFC. So poor.

Great time keeping and loved the food

The app didnt stay up to day to tell me where the driver was and when it finally updated he said that he had been texting for 10 mins but i havnt received any texts also the fact as it was late all the food is cold

chips were soggy and the chicken tasted plastic I just threw most of the 40 pound buckets away it was that bad

Great food and now we have an air fryer ... can manage a Party Bucket .. so some left for next day

Not delivered all the items which i ordered

Food came in a bag rather than a bucket. Most of the chicken was nice apart from one boneless bit that was colder and chewy, as if it was reheated. Smelt clean inside and tables were clean.

No cutlery for my daughter's mash, staff were very unhelpful. Worst corn I have ever had.

Hygienic and very tasty food and the staff members was very helpful.

Arrived almost an hour after I placed the order, which for a fast food place isn’t great. Everything was lukewarm at best.

Super quick delivery. Food was piping hot but warm although the pineapple stick was half frozen.

I happened to do this order last night by mistake, thinking that the kfc is still open, but did not realise it from yesterday. Theris no option to cancel the order. Now, the delivery guy told he can get me a refund if i tell him the delivery code over phone. Since i am not there at the delivery address. I know he lied. Just that had no choice of cancelling, I had to act like I believed him with it. Problem is with the app, for having no cancell option and delivery guy lying.

Restaurant constantly messes up orders or sends reduced items to online costumers -third time!No issue when eating at restaurant but always problematic home deliveries as custumers have difficulty to complain or return the orders. Shameful management
