The food is good, but does it justify the high prices? Probably not.

Auntie Anne’s in Reading is perfect for a quick, tasty snack. Their pretzels are always fresh, soft, and flavorful, with a variety of options like cinnamon sugar and jalapeño. The staff are friendly, service is quick. A must-visit for pretzel lovers!

Couldn’t see ANY pretzel that was vegan, really disappointing in modern day! Hopefully that will change soon. I pass often so if I see that has changed you will be seeing a new review from me.

First time trying Auntie Anne’s in the UK. I am used to the one in the US but never tried it here. I took a box of vanilla nuggets pretzel to share with my husband. It was served hot and for £5 you got plenty. The taste is really too. I am not disappointed!

Pretzels were cold and hard.i specifically asked the staff member if they were hot, she said yes but they were stone cold .they were pre packing pretzels for no reason there was no customers I personally would never purchase from them again

Good pretzels and very good chocolate dip. But nothing dairy free in the menu. Also, a bit pricey (over £6 for a pretzel and a slushy...)

I fancied a pretzel so I thought I'd go here, as there was a nice, freshly baked smell around the place. I was told there would be a 10 minute delay for my chosen pretzel, as it had to be cooked. I was fine with this and agreed to come back. I returned 15 minutes later and was told that they had forgotten to make my pretzel!!! I didn't receive an apology either! This was despite the fact that I had already paid for my order. I should have just asked for my money back but I was hungry and was really in the mood for a pretzel. 10 minutes later, I finally received my pretzel (again, no apology for the delay). To be fair, the pretzel was tasty but it was certainly not worth waiting over 25 minutes for!!

Mini pretzel dogs were delicious and fresh 😋🥨 The cinnamon nuggets were lovely. 💖 The jumbo pretzel dogs were a bit dry, albeit slightly cheaper than the pretzel dogs, but lacked in quality and taste. ☹️ Reasonably priced. The staff were helpful but were not equipped to deal with large orders and made a mistake when entering our combo deals - when I returned to the store to have the mistake corrected they were not great at handling the complaint. They gave me a refund on the mistake but no other good will for the inconvenience of having to walk all the back to the store to rectify this error! 😳 The kiosk is located down stairs inside the Oracle. Seating near the kiosk is sparse. But if you find seating nearby there are also mobile charging points there. ⚡️ Recommended as a nice snack if in the area. But be sure to double check your receipt! 😬

Small little stall in the heart of the Reading oracle shopping centre . Little pretzel dogs was the only tasty treat I found . The other baked treats was far too dry . Very refreshing tasting strawberry lemonade drink.

Great taste, but a bit pricey for what it is, especially as you want more.

For a small kiosk in a shopping mall, the pretzels are surprisingly good. As everything is baked fresh on-site, the service speed varies greatly on the demand and if they have any batches as a "buffer". Prices are fine, but a bit on the expensive side when compared to other similar places. For example, a regular pretzel from here is £3.30 when the same product can be bought from a stall in London for only £1, I guess that is the price of having it baked to order.

The food at Auntie Annes has always been good whenever I have decided to eat something from the stall in The Oracle. I have never had to wait long for my food. I would definitely recommend this to most people as the variety of foods served would appease many tastes alike.

Get the cinnamon pretzel sticks!

So tasty and good! The smell as you walk past this just makes the mouth water. Highly recommend the one with the twix.
