Cold inedible food, arrived late, rude delivery driver.. The Pepsi Max which came with it was much warmer than the food!.. a total waste of money. have to go out now to get another meal. A full refund, apology and compensation is the minimum you need to do. Full formal complaint to follow.

I visited the KFC on Cornwell Street today, and I had an unforgettable experience. The Zinger Burger was absolutely fantastic – crispy on the outside, perfectly juicy and flavorful on the inside! The chicken was perfectly spiced, exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend it! Moreover, Mr. Mithat’s service was outstanding. As a cashier, he was very professional and super friendly. He was very courteous while taking my order and provided quick service. I truly appreciate the excellent service Mr. Mithat provided! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to others for a great meal and fantastic customer service.

It had been a long time since i'd had a KFC and I was really pleased with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff in the Oxford Cornmarket Street Branch. I will definitely be eating there again soon.

It wasn’t his fault but the app froze and said he was somewhere completely different so I left the location to go and find him and we couldn’t for ages find him.

We went in advance at 9.30pm to check closing time. Came back to order at 10pm, only to be told by 'Manager Leo' that there was no more chicken being cooked. Only boneless available. The Server Hari was extremely apologetic and very helpful. Leo disappeared and left a shop full of disappointed customers for Hari to try his best to appease. Very disappointing and not the standard I have come to expect from KFC over the years.

Food and Service is good. Fries are tasty and hot. I would like to mention Hari for his great customer service. Thanks 😊

Food was ok, not particularly hot. Half of the restaurant was closed and side that was open was very dirty. For some reason they had also closed the toilets which one should expect to be open if the restaurant is. Just got told they were closed and thats it. Not very good

Staff are super nice! Esp Hari!

The place was closed at 6pm midweek on 12 December. I was so disappointed, I traveled from Faringdon to see a regret sign on the door.

Went into the store at 10:15pm and there were other customers inside the store, heard someone screaming in the kitchen and then there was a staff came out and told everyone the restaurant is closed for the night without any explanation while I was half way ordering food at the self serve kiosk

Flies around restaurant upstairs, particularly by windows. Food served rotten. Refused refund in store. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Edited to update: KFC team online refused to give me a refund; offered me a tokenistic voucher. Ordered in store, and they served me a product with an allergen I had specifically requested to not be in my order. Yet again, refused a refund even for *dangerous* food. Terrible staff who simply elected to shout at me regardless.

Food was poor quality chicken was undercooked chips where practically glued to the bag they came in as they got tossed around during transport and became fully attached to the bag making them inedible. Won’t be ordering again

Super stingy with food and drinks

Corn market is the better cooked KFC it’s why I choose it but it is the only KFC on a regular basis that misses out items on my order. And takes almost 2 hours for them to work on your order if waiting for delivery.

Doesn’t even deserve a one star, got given a mouldy chicken zinger burger had a bite out of it before i realised and now i genuinely feel so ill, who doesn’t look at the food they’re giving their customers, complained and showed them for proof and the assistant manager didn’t have a clue what to do and just acted stupid and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Gave cash back only what a waste of space waste of time never again

I ordered the gravy mega box and it didn’t give me gravy, so who can give me the nutrients I’m lacking? Gravy missing from the gravy mega box I ordered (not the first time it happened). The wings and the fries were great but I could’ve been eating them with gravy.

delivery time kept changing on the app and it turned out to be 30 mins late , but the delivery driver was so kind and so friendly and did everything he could to be nice and helpful . food was not great in tasting though I have to be honest. I hadn't ordered for such a long time and I hoped there would be some improvement but it seems to have gone the other way and got a bit worse

I placed this food order at 16:39 for my food to be delivered gone 7pm yesterday. And on top of that I had ordered a kids bucket with a burger and side order of corn on a cob and was given rice instead. My very hungry from waiting 5 year old found it abit too much to bare and was very emotional about her missing corn on a cob. I do have a pic of the meal but option to upload the pic isn’t available

I simply felt offended by the male staff working over there. There were very few devices to order, I was taking a little bit time to think over my order and each time the staff behaved in an offensive way. Is it how you treat customers? The staff was Asian and how could he be so rude and mannerless?

Ordered for delivery at 1:15, as it needed to fit with lunch break for team. Did not arrive until almost 1:45 which gave team 15 minutes to eat lunch before work commitments at 2pm.

This is I think a KFC problem - particularly from this branch. They rarely seem to get orders right. This time missing one can of drink.

The food and service at this restaurant were exceptional—definitely a highlight. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was a letdown. Many tables upstairs were left with leftover food and sauce, which detracted from the overall experience.

Smelly and small shop but good food

Visited a couple of weeks back with the family. Ordered our food and got ourselves a table. Unfortunately there was nowhere for us to wash our hand as the toilet was out of use. Spoke with the staff regarding this and asked for some handwipes. Unfortunately they didn't have any. Maybe if you serving food but have no way of cleaning your hands let people know before they order.

Visited KFC Oxford town centre yesterday, whereas the food was fine, I paid with cash and was given Japanese money as change. Tip to all - CHECK your change before leaving the shop.

Driver could not speak english. Asked him to take his helmet off, he did not understand. I could not not understand him and could not hear him as I tried to explain. KFC restaurant has refused my calls.

The delivery service was exceptional. Our flat is hard to find, but the driver waited around whilst we tried to find each other. I will NEVER order the kfc from cornmarket in Oxford again, the food quality has been atrocious. No salt, none of the kfc flavour. But I really appreciate just eats chap who made sure our food was delivered hot and on time. Thank you just eat driver x

Terribly dirty! all the tables are littered with garbage! trash cans are full. Nobody cleans. Toilet did not work. but it was delicious)

The server guy Mithat just didn't know how to behave and was being extremely rude to the customer and behaving like he owns the place. If you don't know what customer service is may be you shouldn't be taking up a job in customer service. Another woman had to come to our rescue so please make sure you have people who can actually serve customers well

I ordered the food at 3:15 on Friday. The food was ready to get picked up by 3;30, It had designated a driver and then wasn't picked up from the restaurant until over an hour later. It didn't arrive until 4:42, almost an hour and a half after ordering. When it was meant to be delivered 15/30 minutes later. I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times after about an hour had passed but with no answer. The restaurant did nothing wrong as the food was ready to be delivered shortly after ordering, but the fact that no one picked it up for delivery is the problem.

I had a couple of spoonfuls of mash given to me in the whole tub which looked half eaten and was less than half way full also was not given the super charger sauce with the zinger meal which was the whole point of it and not even offered a replacement sauce just nothing! Disappointing as always from this pear tree kfc something is always wrong and/or missing and they take no accountability for it.

Coleslaw missing, food cold, chicken soggy

My recent visit to KFC Oxford - cornmarket street left me utterly disappointed. Despite ordering a family feast, which was supposed to include 10 pieces of chicken, I received only 8. Additionally, I opted for 2 gravy sides, but instead received a side salad. To top it off, the beverage I ordered was Pepsi Max, but I was given Tango. This level of inconsistency and negligence is unacceptable. The lack of attention to detail and failure to fulfill the order correctly greatly detracted from the dining experience. I hope KFC Oxford takes steps to improve their service quality and ensure such mishaps are not repeated in the future.

I like the food. The only detail is the bathroom, since you can't go in if they don't open the door for you from the counter.

Absolutely shocked by what’s happened, when to this branch a couple of weeks back and the left out over £5 worth of my order. My mistake as I should have checked but had faith in the staff that works there. Silly me obviously as because today I when there again for take away and when I was going to check if everything was in there , the I’m assuming shift manager looked at me and said no need to check as he personally packed it and all will be in there. Well guess what I get home and once again food missing. My question is how many people are they doing this to. I would honestly avoid the branch unless you want to come out of pocket .

If you enjoy Fried chicken you will live this establishment. A quick easy place to pick up lunch, dinner or whatever you fancy.

Cleaner is racist. She told us second floor was closing and told us to leave ( just only us). Meanwhile, other customers were eating. We just silently eating our chicken in the corner.

The order was made at 8pm and was finally delivered 2 hours later, but only after the estimated reached 21:05 and it froze giving us no more updates. Also, even when it was very late there was no way of cancelling the order as the information on the app was incorrect. Impressed by the delivery driver's tenacity, very unimpressed by the order experience.

KFC supplied the wrong drink. 1.5 Pepsi instead of Fanta.

Not good experience with the food

On 17 Dec 2023 around 6.30pm , after we ordered the chicken and chips . my friend 40 years old woman . and I am 60 years old woman , we both were needed go to toilet . Near the till, there has a female dark skin staff ..she wouldn't open the door for us go up to lady's toilet. Until we have to raise up our voice 2 times. This female staff was unwillingly touch the button, in order the electric lock is opened, then we can push the door and be able to go to toilet. She was so rude to us . we are as customers.

First driver to not have issues here

Absolutely shocking service from the old cleaner, she virtually assaulted a member of our party. Trying to contact anyone in impossible apparently they have no idea how a ringing phone works!
