Its 3 rd time now , after having the food we have an upset tummy . So the quality the food is not good at all

Everything was cold hated it, not happy won’t ever order from here again! Second time now my food is cold and didn’t get my drink. I want all my money back

A bargain bucket with 7 legs in was a little annoying but my main problem being how rude the driver was. Turning up on your phone on loud speaker is very rude

I know it is Kentucky but I feel the quality and value for money used to be better. I was terribly disappointed due to the what I can only describe as false advertising. I was looking through the digital menu and was tempted by the rice bowl. But when you compare the photo with what you actually receive, there is a vast difference. I was delivered a half empty bowl of Luke warm rice with a few small bits of salad and vegetables thrown in and a piece of chicken on top. For the price, i really did expect more. I do not see myself visiting KFC in the future unless I really have no other choice!

Staff got my order wrong and just dumped the wrap in the box loosely wrapped. No drink

I did not receive my order, and I am disappointed because it was delivered to a different person. As a result, I had to pay for another order from a different KFC location. I need a refund for my original order, as I am not satisfied with this situation.

Fast and tasted good. No complaints here!

For almost 50 pound I was expecting better my extras where missing the chips had no flavour to them and where cold and stale and only 2 sauces came and one was popped this is very poor quality and I’m disappointed as almost 50 pound is quiet a lot of money

The staff there today were very nice. Unfortunately, my chicken looked and taisted burnt ,the chips were cold, and my mint Sunday looked like it had been sitting out on the side for 10 minutes as it was half melted .

I always enjoy the food from KFC, however I’m always left disappointed when ordering from Longwater as there are items left off the order. Even if it’s a small order, fries missing, sides or the wrong order completely! I won’t be ordering from this branch in the future. The Chantry Place branch always gets it right!

food was lovely,as it usually is in kfc, eleanor served us at the drive through and came across as rude and abrupt, so did the unnamed girl who handed us our food and they forgot our drinks

Had to give a code. Must have got it wrong. The guy couldn't talk English. Would not let me try again, yet kept asking for the code. Finally after a neighbour intervened, and gave him my number, he let me have my food! Which was now COLD!

Chips werent cooked properly, and chicken was all in the bag not in the bucket. The delivery driver was friendly and polite, he was fine. Just poor from KFC.

Just, bad. Not what it used to be with crazy prices, best to simply avoid temptation. Dry, mostly drumsticks chicken, half-filled gravy pot, tiny fries portion, all lukewarm. It's not all bad - the Pepsi Max can was definitely Pepsi Max. Last order from me.

Food was ok. Place was pretty grubby

The place is dirty and the machines to place the order are damaged, they do not give the bill and I make the box and the person is rude.

The issue is with the order itself; they included too many drumsticks. Not everyone eats drumsticks. Please ensure that if there are 10 pieces of mixed chicken, there should not be only two mixed and the other are drumsticks only. 👎

order was 30 mins late the rice bowl had only one zinger in it when i had ordered the extra zinger and had the wrong ranch sauce as well

Loads wrong with our order and when we sent the mini fillet burger back. After we unwrapped it we watched the manager just close it up and put it back on the shelf for the next customer. Sorry to the next person after us ordering a mini fillet burger. Rank wont be going back!

Stood waiting to be served for 5 minutes, mid afternoon, so it was dead, and was totally blanked. We left, without ordering. Even my child thought it incredibly rude, and would rather have left too, despite looking forward to it. Poor!

there is no consistency at this branch of KFC , if you’re going to charge customers for food of a certain standard, we order 10 piece hot wing meal sometimes the size of the wings are just microscopic!! take a look it seems like a sparrow fell into the fryer.

The food was fantastic, and the driver was wonderful.

They delivered 7up zero instead of tango and the twister had very little supercharger sause in it!

Took half an hour to get a cherry coke, was not told that there were no hot drinks so had to get a refund that also took half an hour, staff not very apologetic and staff members standing around doing nothing in the kitchen in rush hour, not very mature/Professional. Food tasted good but got cold beans.

We ordered 20 wings but it was full of flour. I think they didn’t have enough chicken. That’s why they fried the flour instead of chicken. If you don’t have enough chicken to make the dishes don’t take the order. We got only 16 wings rest of them was flour. And we requested to put mayo and ketchup also we haven’t received that one too. Very disappointed…

Had to argue my case to get my student deal. Not unusual. Food was decent.

I ordered boneless feast with chips and corn on the cob and coleslaw, what i got was chicken fillets, coleslaw and mash potato. NO CHIPS, NO CORN ON THE COB AND IT TOOK OVER 2 HOURS TO GET HERE. NEVER ORDERING FROM KFC LONGWATER AGAIN. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER

We didnt receive our order at all, and we have no way to either find out if it was delivered to another address or the delivery driver stole it. You need to have a number for customers to ring in case things like this happen.

The driver was so rude it was not my fault he couldn’t find my address. The food was freezing which is the drivers fault not KFC.

My was cold and late by 10 minutes. My worst experience.

I wrote “NO MAYYONAISE IN BURGER due to allergy” …I received a burger with about 3 tablespoons of supercharger mayo!!!! It wasn’t even the amount of mayo that is usually put into a zinger burger. I couldn’t eat my burger, ketchup wasn’t sent either but that’s minor compared to the fact I requested no mayo because of allergy…this has happened in the past when ordering but I thought, maybe KFC can get it right and notice the notes? But nope…I’m very disappointed

Took one hr and a half for the order from palcing order to delivery

Every time you go on the app they just keeps putting the time up and up. Also the food was cold when it got here and we was missing the cookie

If I could give 0 stars I could. Ordered via the app which then charged me twice for the 1 order. Got the manager who said they couldn't refund me and there was nothing they could to now and to come back in 3 working days to get a refund! Also witnessed food being dropped through the serving slide and was put back together by a colleague and then went to serve it to other customers. Very unprofessional and will not be going back as soon as I get my refund

26.01.25 Update for the owner as I see you've responded with a vacuous reply. I was waiting for 29 mins for two orders of wings, there was one customer in the restaurant and one car in the drive through when I ordered. No apology or goodwill gesture when the order was brought to my car. See my previous reviews, your branch is consistently appalling. I've complained to KFC corporate. Your franchise licence/agreement should be withdrawn from you. This restaurant has been bad for years. My fault for thinking you could've improved. 25.01.25, Didn't learn my lesson. I thought after almost a year and a half things would've improved, I was wrong. Currently waiting 20+ mins for wings. Still in the car park as there was a 'problem with the wings'. At least we were given our drinks, with no straws. 17.09.23 Why did I return. 23 mins waiting for wings. One other customer, no one I drive thru and no delivery orders. No explanation, no apology. The only other customer was offered a freebie, I wasn't. 07/04/19 Whilst waiting for quite a while for my order someone came back to rectify a mistake KFC made. When I got my order home it was missing a significant amount. Something is up with this branch. Will not be using it again. January 2019 At 22:07 we were informed that it was takeaway only and that there was no gravy. Unacceptable KFC. Food was usual standard.
