was very good but can be hit and miss but very good garlic bread and chips but the burger had no salad !!

Waited two hours for our food and when we spoke to the restaurant, there was no apology no discount nothing so I’m quite disappointed

Top marks for Istanbul tonight! The meal myself and my partner had is by far the best meal we’ve ever had from you guys!! it was absolutely amazing! I had ribs and chicken and the ribs were lovely, tender, fell off the bone and had amazing flavour and the chicken was brilliant fell straight off the bone!

Unfortunately our food was over 2 hours late and was stone cold. We phoned to check on order frequently due to it being late and was told the order would be refunded with a phone call. This never happened so we filed a request with just eat, to which they refunded one of the four meals.

Usually this company very prompt & reliable but today order very late and food cold on arrival - very disappointing

Absolutely Disgusting the worst takeaway I have ever had. And that's been honest. The kebab meat looked weeks old. And the chicken tasted a little off. Have took a photo.Just wish I could upload it. Really don't know how you can get away with that. And still be open for public use. I've only put one star just to get this posted.

Food took 2 hours to get here when they said it would be an hour. Cost £29.50 , both pizzas cold and the kebabs pitta bread was as tough as cardboard and chicken Luke warm, food wasn’t even fit for a dog!

Poor customer service rang in end only to be told it was then leaving restaurant when was told it was leaving 40 mins ago.

Delivery was spot on .. as for quality of food.. definitely 💯 gone right down hill .. I used to really enjoy their food.. after this last order.. never again. Definitely a 👎.. don't waste your money.

We order from this kebab shop all the time but sadly, this may be our last time. The wrap was soggy and not even wrapped, just fell out. The meat inside was dry and the lamb shish was cold in the middle. My partners kebab has dry mear and they forgot his sauce. The chips were fine but honestly, how hard is it to mess up chips? We ordered to collect at 6:30 and yet still waited 30mins after the collection time. I can forgive 10mins. For £42, we expected a lot better.

It was a VERY good experience the delivery man was kind and food was BRILLIANT some of the best chicken I’ve ever had keep it up !👍

Pizza looked like it had just been dropped on the floor

Last time i am going to the Istanbul Kebab shop, I ordered a Large Doner with everything, Very disappointing, hardly any meat in Kebab, salad non existent, Nearly £10 for a Kebab which is not worth it. If you want a great Kebab travel to Wattisfield from Mr Kebab.

Always use these guys as the food is always delicious

Ordered the "kids meal 4", with stuffed crust, it came without stuffed crust, and the chips portion was tiny. Ordered "just chicken 10 pieces" expecting chicken without bones, but it was chicken wings, legs and other bone pieces. The meat was mostly the grey meat (hence why I don't order bone meat) so they should have said it was on the bone rather than strips of chicken or chicken pieces, like what I was expecting. Chose 12.40 delivery, arrived 13.35.

Pizza was all down one side where it had obviously been tipped up whilst been delivered

I left clear delivery instructions to help the driver. To be fair the address can be tricky without. I put in capitals IMPORTANT but these were still not read. The food has improved after we stopped using a few years ago due to quality. However on 3 of 6 occasions the delivery instructions have not been read (by driver admission) . When the driver calls lost, we ask have you read the instructions and they say NO! Why would you not help yourselves. I’ll try again in a few years and see!

Food was nearly 2hrs late but just kept getting told 5/10 mins away

We ordered a takeaway at 6:30pm via justeat with a wait time of 45 minutes (absolutely fine) we then had to call to see what was happening after an hour and a half, to be told another 30 mins. We called again after 40 mins to be told the driver is on his way. Fast forward another 40 minutes and we call again to be told the driver has just left 5 minutes ago. The lady on the phone was lovely and so apologetic. She said she’d have the manager call us to rectify in some way - that never happened. When the food arrived the pizza was very doughy (undercooked) and the chicken was undercooked and inedible. We waited for the call to rectify but by this point it was pushing 11pm and nothing. Would not recommend at all.

Fast delivery and nice food, not sure why all the low ratings.. Have ordered from these guys loads of times and never had an issue, the delivery guy is always really nice and friendly too.

We have been told twice the order has ‘just left’ still have not received our food, absolutely appalling service. Not sure it will ever arrive so can’t comment regarding the quality.

Ordered at 6.15 came at 8.45 £31 for 2 kebabs which are very small with minimal salad and cold soggy curly fries. Very disappointed

Extremely late (over 2 and a half hours to arrive), cold at worst and luke warm at best. Called to chase, was told they’d left and food landed over 30 minutes later. Should have read recent reviews before ordering :(

Very disappointed, travelled from Bungay for something different, chicken burger was dry and tasteless, mainly mayo and hardly any lettuce. Kebab had no chilli sauce and was tiny for the price paid (£14) large mixed. Such a shame

Earliest delivery time was 1 hour after we ordered, not too bad. Eventually arrived 45mins after latest delivery time. Almost 2 hour wait and while food was good it was not worth it for that and the cost

Waited 2 hrs, app said delayed by 30 minutes. Finally rang them, got told it was on its way, then told they were just finishing the order off. 2nd time used them, both times hopeless.

Massively over priced for the poor portions, service is aweful nothing welcoming about the place staff are rude, the only thing good to say about the place is the food wasn't to bad but had alot better, Won't be returning as it's just not worth the money.

Got a notification saying 'enjoy your food' at 19.15 but it didn't actually arrive until 19.45 and I had to ask for an update rather than being supplied with one automatically which is poor.

Have ordered 3 times to a friend's house now all orders have been cancelled, phoned them to be told as the lad in the house has left feedback on justeat they will not get any further deliveries. They can't take feedback on the poor food the send out to you , totally disgrace and food safety should go check this place out , so don't say anything about the food or be prepared to never have them deliver again , some customer service that is .

Pizza great garlic bread very burnt

Ordered food for my family at 6:00pm to be delivered. At 8:15pm still no sign of food. Tried phoning shop but can't get an answer, just straight to answer machine as normal (phone off hook). Ended up driving to the shop at 8:30pm to find out where my order was just to be told really sorry they've been busy and my pizzas were then being cooked. I waited for my order and brought the food home myself. What a waste of the delivery and service charge. The most annoying thing about the whole experience is if I had placed my order with Just Eat for collection instead of delivery, my order would of been ready in 20 minutes. As you can imagine, the whole family were not happy.

Thank you to the driver, managed to find us even though we are remote, and arrived earlier than the estimated time. No issues. 5 stars.

2hrs late, cold and burger looked like roadkill, Tried to call but no one answered the phone. Delivery lady was very apologetic after she walked up and down the road even though she'd driven past twice already and the house is clearly numbered. Well done taking 2hrs to deliver 0.5 miles away! Won't be using again in a hurry.

First time being in this shop for a few years. Fantastic, quick service. Very clean dressed staff, very polite. Food I order was lovely and hot, would definately use this shop again.

The place says it's open till 1230 on a Saturday night I called at 1210 and they are closed. The chicken is tight the price is high the pizzas are dry and over cooked. For a small town it's ridiculous how the time doesn't match what's online... Very disappointed especially for mother's day weekend. The staff is friendly but not efficient with customers. I think the Turkish people have no respect for time and day or the women. The Turkish men I've met in PA person are very disrespectful. Think they need to learn our language as well as serve food they offer. I've had tummy bug every time eating from this place

Pitta bread was burnt , 3 little pieces of chicken in a £10 meal , Hardly any salad , never had this problem before , sent back and asked them to change it. Second time not so bad still hardly any meat for the price

Ordered a pizza which cost nearly £25 quid at 7 o'clock and it arrives at 20:40 stone cold we live 1.5 miles away from harleston 🙄. Unless your orderening £50 pounds worth of food there not intrested. Wouldn't recommend unless living in walking distance

Booed for 8.15pm delivery. Called at 8.45pm as food hadn't arrived and told driver was then leaving shop. Food arrived at 9pm and every single meal cold!

Super busy new years and despite the rush the gentlemen are always kind and respectful, I honestly strive to be as patient! Favorite takeaway in town. Much respect, very hard working!

very dissappointed, arrived 30 minutes late and the meat in all kebabs was cold! placed our order really early at 16.45, estimated delivery was 17.35-17.55, order online went from confirmed staight to enjoy your food at 6pm, 6.15pm rang restaurant to be told driver already on his way, arrived at 18.30! now shows as delivered at 17.40???

£12 for a bottle of 12% wine it arrives being a £3 bottle of wine from the shop at 10.5% I’m waiting for a refund as this is ridiculous

The wrap was literally meat and a wrap, I expected a little bit of salad. The wedges were overdone and the box they came in had gone soggy.

The food turned up lovely and hot the only issue was I didn’t get the garlic sauce I ordered.
