The food was extremely cold despite notnbeing long since it left the store. They placed the cold drink on top of the food which I think contributed for this to happen.

I didn’t get the type of chicken I wanted but the chicken I got was fresh, not dry and not too oily. The popcorn chicken was good and the fries still warm. 8/10

Made an order and had to wait over an hour before it was even showing up as being made. To make matters worse, my order never arrived and was being shown as being delivered on the tracker so i hope that random person enjoyed my meal in my place

What an absolute disgrace. Ordered a 10 piece bucket and all I got was legs. Call the shop and was told that’s all they had and they don’t advertise that they supply other cuts, then the store manager hung up the phone.

Found the outer coating too crunchy,can only imagine the wings were overcooked.

We bought one of those £25 buckets and sat down not far from the counter. Our number was called fairly early, so I went up to the counter, but it turned out they were only calling us to tell us they had only one mashed potato, not that our order was ready. Very poorly trained staff. They should have asked about alternatives to the mashed potato when the order was near completion, so the customer would experience the least amount of inconvenience. I then had to stand there waiting while the guy, who seemed completely indifferent, very slowly completed our order. When I brought everything back to the table, we realized we didn’t have cutlery for the beans, so I had to go back. Then again because we didn’t get any cups. And once more because there were no napkins. Finally, I had to return again because they had forgotten our sauce. Throughout all of this, there was no apology. The guy serving us clearly didn’t want to be there, and the girl fixing his mistakes was just as indifferent to the service they were providing. It’s the worst KFC I’ve ever been to.

Ordered a 10 piece Family Feast only to get home and find only 8 Pieces of chicken inside! Very Poor! Good job Macc'y Dees is only round the corner from them next time we need take-away.

literally everything. he was 35 minutes late. we tracked the order and watched the driver stop at two other locations before even getting to us, let alone the fact that we were closer to the store. it’s ridiculous.

Had to go to a different postcode to actually get my food which then was cold and walked back taking 5 minutes

Waited an hour for the food , only order one meal and a small wrap on the side. The delivery time changed about 5 times before coming , I didn’t mind waiting assuming they had to cook some chicken for the order but when it finally arrived all cold

Kfc Newhaven never disappoints when it comes to satisfying that craving for crispy, flavourful fried chicken. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful all the times. Had a wonderful experience when I went with my family.

Terrible. Ordered 3 meals and the fries were missing in all 3 meals. How difficult is it to read an order and pack the correct items?? It takes too long to hear back from Just Eat as well. When items are missing, it should be an instant response. Not the first time this has happened from this branch. Thoroughly useless

Food is edible and i like it... but i live in Newhaven and work odd hours so sometimes i come here for a quick meal before or during a shift. They consistently are slow at making the food for a 'fast food' establishment and will also frequently miss out things i have ordered. E.g. ordered 3 things and chips... no chips found. This has happened to me multiple times and due to my rushing because of my work (emergency clinical) i can't check until i have time at work. If you come here double check the idiots behind the counter have what YOU ordered, don't rely on them, they don't care and are rude if confronted about it. End note, go to Mcdonalds next door, at least they get the order right.

AVOID. Obviously a franchise trying to rip people off. Answer this question, I got half of the order for the family treat, discovered when got back to peacehaven. Thinking of reporting to police, give me an answer.

It’s not like k f c taste it was bland no spice at all only on the spicy chicken wings they where so hard I found it very hard to get my teeth in to .. the sweet corn taste like a plastic bag . And two mini mini chicken filet for 4.98. Is just to laugh at … i could have brought a chicken for that. and the complete meal was tasteless. And to top it all I paid for a Pepsi max bottle that they forgot to deliver …

This KFC franchise needs kicking off the roster! I was there for 45 mins with the family. The whole time not one member of staff came to clean the tables. In fact I saw one customer ask for the table to be clean on for the customer to be handed D2 spray and blue roll. THEY LEGIT MADE THE CUSTOMER CLEAN! While 4 members of staff stood around chatting. By the time we left the tables that where dirty when we came in where still in the same state. The owner of this place should be down right embarrassed. And the shift manager should be sacked right off. Then again what do you expect from Newhaven. Gives of dumpers vibes.

forgotten food and chips were cold. but the usual KFC you can expect. when contacting restaurant about missing items they were close to closing and said nothing they could do. no refund for items or voucher for next time

It’s a good KFC, can be busy at times, and as always not that clean, greasy tables often. But food is good, staff are friendly, that’s what counts to me.

I visited KFC Newhaven recently and I must say, it deserves a two-star rating from my experience. The newly constructed modern building gave a cleaner impression compared to typical KFC outlets. However, the staff seemed preoccupied chatting amongst themselves, leaving customers waiting for extended periods. Moreover, when I finally received my order, I noticed that the quantity of chicken provided was less than what I had ordered. Upon expressing my concern, the response was rather disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff simply attributed it to a shortage and offered to replace it with something else. It left me feeling frustrated and wondering if they could have informed me of the shortage beforehand. Overall, while the facility was clean, the service and attention to customer satisfaction at KFC Newhaven fell short of expectations. The lack of communication and the need for improvement in staff efficiency and customer service are areas that require attention for a more satisfactory dining experience.

Food all good but missing our bottle of drink. Delivery rider maybe forgot to pick it up (?) but we were told 🤷🏻‍♀️ sorry

Asked for table to be cleaned, they passed me a roll of blue cloth and a bottle of spray really!!!!On the counter where I was collecting my food when I asked for this , I asked if someone could bring it over, the staff member did clean after asking, not one table was clean or rubbish cleared all the time we was eating our food, do you employ people to clean tables and rubbish anymore, or is it do it yourself ?? No happy staff in this KFC customer service is shocking
