Taken 3 attepts still did not get the order right,they are alk totally useless in avoud if possible

Didn't have enough bbq and wrap was really dry

Not enough bbq sauce in the wrap what a rip off

Only restaurant close to the station on a Sunday evening. Unsurprising but not a fan.

Ordered twice via Uber Eats.. ordered the same wicked variety bucket 6 pcs with 4 mini fillets and 8 hot wings and on both occasions the store tried to act smart and sent me 3 small breast or wing pieces and 3 leg pieces because they know they can "cheat" a customer who has ordered via Uber Eats for home delivery. Absolulety pathetic behaviour by whoever packed my order #89C32 on 04th mar 2025

Me and my girlfriend have been to Newhaven KFC around 4 times now and each time has been excellent service with piping hot, tasty food. Guys behind the counter work tirelessly to ensure everyone’s orders are correct and most importantly fresh & hot. We’ve been on Fridays where it’s exceptionally busy and the staff are working hard and fast to ensure customer satisfaction & it’s reflected in the delicious food. In comparison to the McDonald’s round the corner it’s a Michelin star restaurant. Great job guys, keep up the good work.

Service was excellent unlike other fast food establishments in the local area. Food was freshly cooked. Overall good experience for some quick chicken.

Delivery man was polite and friendly!

KFC kept updating the delivery time, adding 10 mins each time. They charged £2.99 for an egg cup full of gravy made from a packet mix! When it was finally delivered, it was cold. I only ordered because I got £10 off if I spent £15.... thank goodness I did as it still cost £19.48, so would have been £29.48 for a meal for two. I won't bother again 😌

I use you all the time now, this is the 1st time I have had a problem. food was cold, but warmed up the chips, but food was ok, just cold.

I have got cold food and I am not really happy with just eat right now but I need to feed children other wise the food would have gone back to the shop as it is been sitting on the shelf for 46 minutes

Ordering experience was easy. Kept updated with progress. Food was still warm. Delivery driver was a bit abrupt & distracted by his personal mobile but, given the working conditions, wasn’t too much of an issue

Dry overcooked burger along with cold fries

Food is always 10/10. Never had a problem. Staff are so lovely, always smile when they see you walk through the door. Staff on the front are always so polite and make sure you have everything you need before you leave. Shift runners/ managers are always helpful when there is a problem. Manager always greets me with a smile. Lovely bunch of staff down there!

The employees are very helpful with me to find a good way to have for my lunch today. Employee recommend me to have the snack box with the wrap. The restaurant is very clean and toilets were ok better than McDonald toilets. The parking is very available for disabled people. I would highly recommend this place.

I only eat dark meat, despite me sending note they sent me all white meat. I threw it in the bin

food arrived on time but stone cold. even the gravy was cold. the BBQ chicken bites were over cooked and hard but the other food was ok just lost flavor being cold.

Missing dips, cans of pop, popcorn chicken and gravy otherwise time and delivery I couldn’t fault.

I ordered on a Saturday afternoon, which arrived quicker than expected, food was fresh and still hot. I've had a lot less success when ordering in the evenings, with it usually coming late and/or cold, so I do think it really depends on when you might order. KFC chips are often a bit rubbish, but these were crisp and seasoned really nicely. the chicken was clearly freshly cooked and very tender and juicy.

Very strange place to sit and eat. You can feel the staff behind the till just watching you eat. Is there no work to be doing. Very uncomfortable place to eat in

The chips were cold, the bags were all ripped includijg the one we got handed by the driver as the grease was everywhere and the drinks were at the bottom. Some chicken was hot, some looked cooked twice as was brown and cold.

The food was extremely cold despite notnbeing long since it left the store. They placed the cold drink on top of the food which I think contributed for this to happen.

I didn’t get the type of chicken I wanted but the chicken I got was fresh, not dry and not too oily. The popcorn chicken was good and the fries still warm. 8/10

Made an order and had to wait over an hour before it was even showing up as being made. To make matters worse, my order never arrived and was being shown as being delivered on the tracker so i hope that random person enjoyed my meal in my place

What an absolute disgrace. Ordered a 10 piece bucket and all I got was legs. Call the shop and was told that’s all they had and they don’t advertise that they supply other cuts, then the store manager hung up the phone.

Found the outer coating too crunchy,can only imagine the wings were overcooked.

We bought one of those £25 buckets and sat down not far from the counter. Our number was called fairly early, so I went up to the counter, but it turned out they were only calling us to tell us they had only one mashed potato, not that our order was ready. Very poorly trained staff. They should have asked about alternatives to the mashed potato when the order was near completion, so the customer would experience the least amount of inconvenience. I then had to stand there waiting while the guy, who seemed completely indifferent, very slowly completed our order. When I brought everything back to the table, we realized we didn’t have cutlery for the beans, so I had to go back. Then again because we didn’t get any cups. And once more because there were no napkins. Finally, I had to return again because they had forgotten our sauce. Throughout all of this, there was no apology. The guy serving us clearly didn’t want to be there, and the girl fixing his mistakes was just as indifferent to the service they were providing. It’s the worst KFC I’ve ever been to.

Ordered a 10 piece Family Feast only to get home and find only 8 Pieces of chicken inside! Very Poor! Good job Macc'y Dees is only round the corner from them next time we need take-away.

literally everything. he was 35 minutes late. we tracked the order and watched the driver stop at two other locations before even getting to us, let alone the fact that we were closer to the store. it’s ridiculous.

Waited an hour for the food , only order one meal and a small wrap on the side. The delivery time changed about 5 times before coming , I didn’t mind waiting assuming they had to cook some chicken for the order but when it finally arrived all cold

Kfc Newhaven never disappoints when it comes to satisfying that craving for crispy, flavourful fried chicken. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful all the times. Had a wonderful experience when I went with my family.

Terrible. Ordered 3 meals and the fries were missing in all 3 meals. How difficult is it to read an order and pack the correct items?? It takes too long to hear back from Just Eat as well. When items are missing, it should be an instant response. Not the first time this has happened from this branch. Thoroughly useless
