Asked specifically to include chicken legs as they’re the only ones my daughter will eat. 6 pieces of chicken and not one chicken leg. Disappointed kid and single mum out £24

why put the cookies with the rest of the hot food makes no sense

I'm disgusted what I have just recived from here 47 pound for a bag full of soggy freezing cold chips 2 rice bowls all tipped with no lids on rice all over bags the whole order was stone cold said nothing they can do worst kfc I've ever had do not use

Chicken was burnt and hard and salty didn’t seem to be fresh but re-cooked

after a mix up, I never received my order. The delivery driver turned up a seconed time to harras. Never again will i order through this app. I strongly advise to stay away!

if i could give it lower i would. Zero communication between staff and customers. Obvious prioritisations over delivery compared to customers in store. Letting a queue build up until 10 minutes later when we had to repeatedly say “excuse me” for service. THEN and only THEN were we informed that it was cash only having already spent 10 minutes being ignored. Absolutely shocking service from a bunch of absolute social rejects.

I was been in the store at 19:45 today I.e 02 April 2025.The service of 2 girls were been very disrespectful, they are laughing at the customer where we are asking them the information regarding offers .Never excepted these from the so called top restaurant KFC .Made my day more worst :(

Atmosphere was not good. Staff loud & customers all complaining. Went to KFC on Newgate Street on a Monday night after cinema, was only 2 people when came in 1 order the two window seats & floor were a mess everywhere. Nothing replaced or replenished. None of the staff came out front to acknowledge. Just laughing messing around behind scene. Loud rowdy eventually there was 10 people & orders waiting on screen & I guy from just eat waiting for ages he was touching screen as it was constantly beeping & no one paying any attention. Eventually a lady came out to front of house, to speak to delivery driver. We placed a very simple order of Hot wings deal, that should have been 5 minutes in every other store. We placed the order at 21:08 on machine & eventually got our order @21:37 30mins is a complete joke. No customer service at all, place was complete mess as seen on pictures of tables they had lots of time to clean up which didn't. Terrible service & place if can help will not be going as wasting time.

The place was an absolute mess - floors and tables. Received the total incorrect order, the total opposite as to what was ordered. The staff had no customer service skills at all, no conversation, unhappy. I waited roughly 15 minutes for my order without any kind of apology or update in regards to the delay although my order was marked off to say ready. They must have a KPI to achieve in regards to service times. Ultimately would not recommend at all, I think the staff need some training and maybe motivation to actually want to be at work and work in a people/ customer service role. Looking at previous reviews also, it seems evident that nothing is improving to try and improve and avoid previous complaints and they all seem to be the same.

3 and a half hours late after it was ordered over an hour before we wanted it delivered. Nothing contact ever about this from the store and very dismissive once we rang to chase it. Couldn't cancel so ordered from elsewhere (which still arrived over an hour before here). Forced to accept it and went immediately to bed after it was collected since it was so late. Total disgrace.

I ordered a family feast bucket and just received chips only

Ordered two meals at this restaurant last night whilst in Newcastle. We had a 2 min walk to hotel before we ate them Shocking ...chips were cold and looked like they'd been sat there for ages, both our chicken fillets, popcorn or chicken and chicken burger were cold too. The only thing that was hot was the tub of gravy. Can't believe they serve that to people.

requested no sauce or salad on burger but came covered in both so inedible and I also ordered a piece of regular chicken and got a small wing .... disgraceful given a price including delivery of almost £20

Avoid! I would give zero if possible even -5! This place is disgusting and should be closed! The food is awful some pieces like from the rubbish bin falling apart nothing like what is advertised no crisp more like a mash of something that might be a crest! Horrible!

I come in at 8.22 the kfc close time is at 10,30 and I asked to get a seat and I been refused at 8 .20 Just because she mopped the floor??? I work in this environment and you shouldn’t clean before closing time first 2 . Even if people make the place untidy you should clean again after your closing time. I will never be back. And I got no chips in the box Customer Service 0 Change the managers too She work for her self

Badly managed chicken. Some like lave, some not very warm and the last piece was foul tasting and smell wasn't good. Manager told me it was fine before she took it from me. Not interested the chicken was bad. Hope I don't get the squits....

Your usual KFC. Seen one of the workers sweep the floor and then use the same floor broom to sweep the tables. Yikes

Love the food from KFC but the service here always takes forever - will never understand why it takes 20-30 minutes for a snack box, even when there's barely any other orders in. Ridiculous.

Took well over an hour to deliver, despite being 15 mins when I ordered. Arrived with a hard bun, cold fries and missing items. Customer Service offered £8 to my account. Both Just Eat and KFc should be ashamed.

My order when it arrived although delicious wasn't quite accurate as they'd ignored my special instruction note about my order and also delivered the wrong drink so for my first order I would say good but not great experience.

Didn’t get my complete order, train your staff when packing people order . We don’t pay to not receive what was ordered.

Taking the fast out of “fast food” With plenty of time to wait and look around with a large number of others you can see how dirty the place is. Management needs to start caring….

Ordered the 8 piece deluxe boneless feast, they forgot to add the chips...

First time I’ve order KFC in a long time, what I remember is large pieces of legs and wings with lots of meat. Unfortunately tonight it was not the case plus the extras ordered were totally wrong. For a takeaway meal price of around £30 I would have expected a lot better so I want be partaking again in the future

Food was great as always, but the service was slow and unorganized. The atmosphere was disappointing—untidy, lacking in comfort and employees looked absolutely void of motivation and happiness :/ Could be much better with some improvements.

As usual, there was an item missing in my order. This time it was the large popcorn chicken. As well as this, the gravy wasn’t closed correctly and was spilled all over the order.

The worst KFC I have ever tasted. The employees there are destroying the brand name and restaurant. Please change all the employees working there and improve the cooking standards and taste. The chicken I received today was filled with oil and very bad taste , not properly cooked. Kindly don’t destroy the KFC name, yours sincerely , A KFC FAN.

Stopped in this KFC on the way out for a few drinks, only got a few wings each but the staff were happy to help and polite.

Boneless Bucket was ordered. More than half the chicken contained bones. Hurt my teeth biting into one and more than half the meal inedible to either of us. Swapping out sides and drinks happens, fair dos. But the main part of a meal? Unacceptable.

I placed the order at 4.58pm i m still waiting for it to be delivered. I contacted KFC they have told me that order is already with the driver. Kids r going hungry its really terrible. We cant even speak to a human being. Where is the order?

ordered a rice box and got a box with lettuce, corn and a bit of chicken. Left no receipt in the bag so i couldn’t get my money back.

I was not impressed, went for chicken Tuesdays. 9pcs chicken for £5.99 i seemed to get a lot of wings (4 or 5) the chicken was lukewarm, the batter was soggy and falling off the chicken, which was also pretty dry. Went in the afternoon so it wasn't so busy i don't know how long it had been sitting there. The staff on the other hand were great fast, efficient and happy. Suggest you get this deal when it is busy so you know the chicken hasn't been sitting under the hot lamps for a period of time😎

The rice and chips were okay but the chicken fillet tasted so dry and tasteless so did the wings

Order the food at the marble screen. You can choose an option to pay in cash at the cash register. The food was very tasty. The service was excellent. I wanted to exchange one sauce I received. The girl said she shouldn't take sauce back. But she gave me the sauce I asked for, the only problem is that it's a small branch with one table. and 6 seats at the bar. So there is almost no possibility to sit and eat there. After a round of shopping, it's fun to sit and eat there.

Hi Unfortunately your delivery person was subjected to having his bike stolen which he managed to recover from local youths. Your delivery person handled this with great and measured response . delivered my food amongst this chaos he deserves credit

The team missed out the order, 4 packs of chips was missed out. furthermore the burgers had extensive mayo on it and did not even taste like the zinger burger

Although came at late lunch and quiet time, didn't take long for Hot wings as it was being prepared, tasted nice and fresh and good value, however, although cheap at the price, size of mini fillet wrap was tiny (to be fair it's tasty and hot) should have got more hot wings instead 😋

Unfortunately I remember the original KFC's in Newcastle and else where that I travel... Chicken is much smaller and the original sauce.... Well... Just not quite the same..
