Was bad felt like I was going to throw up and the floors were filthy and full of food and Was bad in general the woman serving didn’t say that there was no tango orange so we had to re-order one of the drinks

I ordered my food, gave my friend hers, and i went back to ask if i could wash my hands in the toilet since the toilet has a code on it that customers cannot access without asking a member of staff. I went over and said “excuse me” the very rude lady didn’t say a word and turned to the other lady and pointed a finger at her, who at the time was serving another customer. The rude lady then made herself an ice cream and went out back to i presume to eat it. very dissatisfied and disappointed

Kfc has gone down hill but this was a joke. The fillet in the burger was wafer thin and dry and crispy, stale bun, soggy salad, missing items from the order and quality was dreadful. The chicken leg was so dry the meat was disgusting was a huge puece missing off of it looked about 4 hours old and tasted no better. I used to like a kfc and ive had some bad ones over the years but this was a joke. Never had a worse meal anywhere. Shambolic especially for the price

the delivery courier did not bring the food 😭😭😭😭the kids are hungry, I paid £52, I work hard and they stole it 😭 I don't have money to order again, I was in kfc, no one helped me, there's my money and my dinner, the kids are crying, how can they do this?? 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Every time you place a delivery for more then 3 people the staff seem uncapable of not messing it up! No Burger today, no chips last time.. poor

Absolutely useless. Avoid ordering from here wherever possible. Not once had an order delivered that has been correct or complete.

Today 03/03/24 I ordered from the app for table service and waited for 15 minutes and my food wasn't delivered to me. I had to collect myself while there was a table selection option on the app. The girl that looked like East Asian at the counter wasn't welcoming and rude. During my previous several visits I found them lazy and not customer friendly. Replacement of staff can increase the customer satisfaction.

Literally popped in for lunch, nice clear sign in the door saying issues with mobile app and card payments, not a bother as there is literally a cash machine a few doors down, and it was nice to actually interact with the staff, our server was smiley and happy and easy to confuse which is always fun, literally ordering our food was like two grown ups trying to split the atom. But we got there in the end. We collected our food from an equally happy server and headed upstairs to eat. The bin was overflowing and there didn't seem to be any staff about to empty the bin, the issue was compounded by people still trying to ram waste into an obviously overflowing bin. However a security guard did walk past the bin and attempt to squash more into it rather than finding someone to empty it.

The staff locked the toilet doors and refused for my kids to use them after paying for nearly 40 pounds worth of and eating in the bloke just stood there saying no he served us and still said the toilets are locked it wasn't even 10pm the manager did let us after I asked why the chips were over salty but cooked really nice chicken was nice I'd still go again clean and tidy aswell

Got KFC delivered the new Christmas feast bucket it was quite late finished work didnt want to cook but I now wish I had the food was horrendous I've had take time off of work sick its coming out of both ends, chicken vert salty gravy just tasted like pure salt, hot wings were like cardboard thighs were dryer than a nun on Easter Sunday avoid this place not worth losing £250 a day

The food was quite good for a fast food restaurant. Sadly the service was very poor and we do not think that we will be coming back to this one. It is a shame because in general we like KFC. The drinks were covered and dripping with Pepsi all over and even on the plastic lid at the top. The person serving noticed it but did not clean them or think of replacing them. The table was not properly cleaned as it had stains. We've been to quite few KFC's and this is the first in which there was no station with sauces, sugar, salt, cutlery, napkins etc. We had to ask for cutlery, as it was not given to us. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant was nearly empty at 11:30am so there is really no excuse for poor service. If the service have been handled better we could recommend the restaurant, but sadly we did not have a positive experience.

I cant think about your toilet once again. Its horrible.

Every time we go here there is something missing in your order you can’t go back to ask for it as the food will be cold oh well good luck for the future KFC ya’ll don’t come back now you hear

Ordered via just eat at 20:24, time kept changing until at 21:50 got a order cancelled from just eat. Don't blame just eat for a change, this is totally kfc week street. Useless store. Avoid at all costs

Sourpuss the manageress completely poor attitude. Poor food poor manners and poor attitude. Go shop in the shop next door a high end chicken shop, Wendy's or McDonald's all within 1 minutes walk. I do not generally leave bad reviews but what is the point of opening if you don't like serving and have mediocre meals. As for offer they do not do any but tell them to scan in at the counter. Lack luster and dire at best. There are many places to eat and new places opening. All have security and cameras.

The worst kfc ever. The food is okay but the service is so worst, they don't know how to take orders. Too much time to give the order. They forget items to pack properly. They restaurant tables are always uncleaned and the bins are always full.

I ordered 6 piece original chicken and I asked them for no that much leg but when I checked the bag their was 5 legs. Also when I rang the manager she was very rude.

Shame i had to eat on a dirty table if the restaurant is busy with people in and out all the time you should at least make sure tables are clean for the next customer. Also i don’t understand why but apparently they dont know that chewing gum in a kitchen is a strict hygiene code violation 🚨🚨🚨

Shabby, moody staff, complained about cold chips and was tutted at, told it will be three minutes for fresh chips and they threw my old chips back in the draining tray.

I ordered delivery, family feast. The chicken had obviously been hanging around as it was very dry and tasteless. Where is the seasoning? KFC suppose to have 11 different herbs and spices in it's coating. No flavour at all.

KFC experience is almost the same here & the difference I felt is here in this part of the world it is a regular routine. The burger is almost the same. Veg menu is a question mark

I'm being extremely generous here and giving them 1 star, purely because we can't award 0. I feel like I've been mugged. The food was terrible, the portions were ridiculously small, and the price was far to high for what we actually received. (If you read this KFC - 6 chips in a small bag does not constitute a medium portion) I will definitely NOT be going coming back here and I strongly urge others to do the same

Takeaway from them are awful never ever get it right even thought it's written in paper. Cold and no juciy or hot enough chicken. However when ordering when in the restaurant they're fast and quick but takeaway is tragic

They don't count the popcorn chicken on this store ..wich is fine..as u get 10 small 20 regular size in others franchises in london. On guy say they don't clean tables wich I had to clean my self before eating.

7pm and there are 2 security guys on the doors. Inside is like being in a nightclub on a Friday night. People all over the place with bags in various shapes and colours with the latest high end labels - Deliveroo, Just Eat and other food bags to name but a few. Can’t get near the front counter while they all hang about waiting for their bingo house number to be called out. Outside, you have to negotiate past the gaggle of pre-teens all looking for a reason to spout their verbal intelligence at you. Not the best of places to recommend sadly.

DON'T ORDER WITH THEM!!! Absolute jokers, ordered food for delivery, paid and food didn't arrive, called KFC, recorded message to call delivery company (Deliveroo) or KFC customer services, left message, then called and spoke to Deliveroo who said KFC will call me back (never happened). nobody is interested that they have taken payment and not sent food!!! If your going to provide a DELIVERY service then at least DELIVER!!! IF NOT DON'T TAKE THE PAYMENT ITS THEFT!!!!

This is ridiculous for the driver to say when he went to pick up the order the restaurant was closed he can't even spell restaurant but to put a laughing face that's taking the p*ss then when I called you say the driver was in an accident if I order food I would expect another driver to pick up the food if I've paid good money towards it this is the drivers words “mate I went to pick up the order but the rasturant was shut 🤣” I’ve got screenshot proof

Very fast service and tasty compared to other KFCs in Maidstone... Strange as it seems you get good ones and bad ones in our experience, this is a good one.

Staff are nice enough but please train them on what to put in the bags as every single time I order they forget something.

I never went here, I used to like KFC but I don't agree with some of their practices with regards to ritual slaughter and appeasement.

Sent the wrong order on delivery, manager fixed straight away.

The last 3 times I have ordered from this restaurant on deliveroo, they have not given me my entire order, some of the items are missing. For this to happen 3 times is unacceptable. When I have called the restaurant to ask them to sort this for me they have just told me to contact deliveroo, even though it the restaurant's fault not deliveroo's. They need to do more to help in this situation. I will not be ordering or dining in at this restaurant again.

It was clean but we asked for table service, but our order was just left, we had to pick it up ourselves, being disabled, it does make it harder

McDonald's has a separate section for delivery drivers so that costumers don't get effected but the same can't be said for KFC. If you are hard of hearing, the screen is broken or your small you have no way to know if your order is ready not to mention trying to puck it up when you have 5 drivers standing by the orders windows and are pushing you away if you are there. Basically my food after 15 minutes of waiting ended up on the floor and that's not ok to treat paying costumers like this.

Every order in front of me was wrong. Was wondering why everyone was opening and checking the orders.seams they were right to check. And no salt to make the inedable fries taste better. Mine went in the bin.

Attendant did not understand my order. Gave me 3 piece Col. Meal as opposed to a "bucket for one". I do have an accent but it would make sense to clarify rather than assuming. KFC is a nice brand regardless, hence I'm happy to give a five star but please " to clarify" is quite important. I returned, "clarified" with the gentleman and paid for another meal (bucket meal).

Seems every time I order from here it is wrong or something is missing, really not worth bothering with if this happens every time. Stuff out if stock but you can still order it and PAY for it without getting it with your order. The phone line is so poor if you call to complain you can't hear the person and they just put the phone down.

Yet again we ordered 3 KFC meals via Just Eat tonight and were missing 3 items from our order. Out of the last 4 orders we have placed we have been missing items from 3 of them. The last time we were missing an entire meal and could not get it delivered unless we paid again for delivery and surcharges. All we are ever offered is refund for the value of the missing items. We even left a note on the order asking for it to be double checked before sending out as we always seem to have items missing. Not good customer service from either KFC or Just Eat.
