KFC Maghull - Old Meadow Road in Sefton

Absolute disgraceful place . The owners obviously buying low grade cuts a 10 price family bucket 9 drumsticks and 1 greasy inedible thigh separate 8 hot wings cremated and hard . The place is empty and you have to wait 20 mins and all they give you low grade chicken . I know people like drumsticks but in a 10 piece bucket I expect some white meat . The place is a farce and I will not be returning and avise all to avoid it

Every Tuesday at 20.45 I take my kids out for tea we go kfc first only to be told sorry you carnt eat in take away only it was run properly when pam was there at nite. So now we walk out and go McDonald's it's a shame maghull branch can't be bothered to serve and eat in till close time.

New KFC on way home and usually avoid. Was so very pleasantly surprised. The food was good even the chips were as I like not like crisps - nice and flexible. Great priced offer and tastly - perfect. The building is basic but kept extremely clean and tidy, the staff were super friendly and helpful when I couldnt find something on the machine. Well done all.

Waited 30 mins in the drive through queue (single lane so unable to exit) was told there were problems with the tills for the drive through, paid and parked up and waiting another 30mins, shame on the manager who I as told was hiding upstairs in the office, felt for the kids working there. Avoid if you can.

Staff are non existent hiding in the back not there for when you need customer service even though they can see you wanting their attention. Staff seriously need customer service training and learn how to crack a smile. My son also fell flat on his back as the the floor was so wet !

The staff need re-training. Their customer service is abysmal. They are all rude. Very poor experience. Will not be returning.

Prime time Saturday night (6.30pm) and only 3 servers on the front. Take away order took 20 minutes and was missing a whole meal order. Very annoying.

We will never visit this KFC again. Ordered a party bucket on way home from work as a treat for the family. When home 20 mins later realised it was missing 2 x large sides and a large popcorn. Rang the restaurant and spoke to the rudest person I've ever had to speak to. Her tone and manner were appaulling, she had no interest in helping us and could barely put a sentence together. We asked to speak to the manager, and were astounded when she said she was the manager. KFC what is wrong with you? Do you not train or vet your Managers? obviously not as she had no clue how to talk to a customer. She ended up putting the phone down on us. Disgraceful representation for KFC. However, if the order hadn't been missing half of the items we wouldn't have had to go through this.

Ordered food at 8:30pm for delivery with just eat. Driver rang us at 21:45 to tell us they had got to the KFC and there was NO food. Despite ordering over 1 hour previous. Absolutely terrible service. Always a slow service. Can’t do orders correct. Worst KFC around
