Asked for no seasoning on the chips and arrived with seasoning on ordered a crispy strip and they sent a fillet burger

the amount of time i had waited for my meal to arrive is astounding, changing every 5 minutes even longer and longer.

I wish we had been given a receipt as would put a formal complaint in avoid at all costs. Half of one of the meals purchased missing, food I would say had been left out for hours. Husband woke up this morning with sickness this was the only thing he ate yesterday apart from cereal bar. Will never use this KFC again even the staff were very unprofessional and laughing at the forgotten items.

The time kept changing and do the staff not read the notes as we asked for one of the burgers plain! They both came with lettuce and mayonnaise stuff on which my daughter is allergic to it

Can’t even order at a till…I’ve never been to a takeaway restaurant where you can’t order at a till only the touch screens. I then wanted table service and they didn’t do table service and was just told to click no for that option. Worst kfc.

Very polite delivery driver and on time

didn’t get the correct drinks, didn’t get sauces that was selected and the hot wings was left to the bottom of the bag. When paying £30 for a meal you expect it to come correct.

I ordered three dips but got just one

Twice now the staff have failed to pack the order correctly. First time was via Uber eats and the second time was through Just eat. Each time a full box meal has been missing from the bag. Terrible staff!! We won't be going again

We bought a family bucket so you expect a variety of chicken pieces and sizes. I had to wonder if the lady serving made every effort to look for the smallest, driest pieces of chicken that she could find. We had mostly wings in the bucket and the one thigh we found was so small I missed it at first glance. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was going to take it back to the counter but there was a queue and I just couldn't wait any longer. Usually happy with KFC in other places but this branch just didn't meet up to the usual standard.

If you order through the drive through or take out and eat at home check any salad in your burger or wrap before eating. Brown and slimy are the nicer words to describe it. Bread for the mini fillet burger was hard and could be crumbled like an Oxo cube (bread shouldn't do that) Do yourself a favour and check before leaving I unfortunately had eaten the wrap before unwrapping the burger so no doubt the lettuce in that was also brown and slimy "Manager" was very rude and tried to explain that it's normal! Tried getting away with refunding as little as possible also threw my receipt in the bin then asked for my receipt! Updated Feb 20th 2025

Only brought one burger and chips was freezing cold

Every time I order there is something wrong I ordered 3 piece bucket @ got 3 strips

Absolutely disgraceful. We purchased a 6 piece Bargain Bucket at the drive-thru to eat at home. When we opened it, the pieces of chicken were tiny and ALL were dry to eat. If it hadn't been for the fact that I have other commitments, I would have taken it back for a refund. This is the second KFC I will never visit again (the other is Dewsbury). @KFC your standards are slipping. Maybe you should change your name to Kentucky Fried Sparrow to reflect the size of your portions.

Quick service, good food choices and it's clean. Not much to moan about!

Food and service average at best, however being fined £100 for being 20 minutes over the free parking period when it was dark and raining and I didn’t see the sign, neither was I aware of this, it’s totally unacceptable, needless to say I’ll never visit again.

Food was terrible been sat on the racks ages chicken was dry chucking was greasy and mushy the breast piece half of breast missing no spices on it barely. To be honest the chips even had a weird taste to them. This is one bad KFC now. The staff didn't speak loudly or had good English food left on the side waiting ,nobody in the place and to cap it left to see 2 big dirty Rodney run up the side of car

kids meal didn't have chips or drink. supercharger zinger meal was not a zinger and the bread was not fresh

When we got order one of the main meals were missing from the order when we return to the counter the stuff we're incredibly rude and had a real attitude, We understand this is a fast food chain and it's not all about smiles, yes please and thank yous but when the staff get snappy and just plain rude is just totally uncalled for. The toilet were horrendous as well. I would recommend avoiding this place!

Food is usually ok got home had some of the order missing contacted customer service regarding this matter the gravy was solid short in portions staff speaking to each other in their own language when there's a few customers waiting but could speak very good English I got a frappe got home it was nearly all ice like with a bit of ice cream to colour

Driver very rude. Came wrong way up a one way street to deliver food.

The pineapple sticks were frozen.. And then acted as a coolbox which made the chicken and sweetcorn go cold. Sweetcorn sticks fell off on 2 of the 5.

Every time you order you always are guaranteed something missing it’s a joke, a main part of a meal missing, how do you manage it. Wouldn’t recommend it’s not only once it’s every time

Missing items rang restaurant wasn't interested

Delivery was on time however missing the main part of the meal which is the 6pc chicken. This isn’t the first time food was missing last with it was the hot wings. Which wasn’t a bing deal but to miss the main part of the meal deal ridiculous

Not only over priced food but now a sixty pounds parking fine through the post for parking in the KFC carpark whilst eating in and apparently going 15 mins over the 1 hour 15 mins allowed to order your meal wait for it and eat it. Don't eat and chat here, pay your money stuff it down and run out before you get fined. DISGUSTED DISGRUNTLED EX CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN.

Food was ok, but got pinned with a fine. Car park only allows 75 minutes and we were there for 90. Those twenty minutes and a substandard dessert weren't worth £60. Won't be coming back.

Totally useless, tried charging me extra then told me the deal I got was cheaper but infact I ended up with a box meal I didn’t want and side that was wrong two pieces of bone and cold fries. Zinger burger meal and wrap meal both wrong orders but they wouldn’t sort out. Disgusting

The food we received was fine, however; for the second time now we have left the drive through after purchasing a party busket costing £35 without the mini fillets. It’s a main part of the meal, my favourite, so could not enjoy the food once returned home. Obviously had to start eating or everyone’s meals would have been cold. So called them from home, it constantly rang out or was hung up on which was really frustrating. I spent 10 mins calling then tried again a short time later without any answer, it was 19.50 so it was not busy. Very unhappy and annoyed, did not enjoy the meal. Made worse by the lack of service to sort it out and that this is not the first time.

Got a zinger meal yesterday and what a joke that was. The burger was thinner than a chip and the batter was twice as thick as the burger. It wouldn’t have filled a 2 years old.
