It's another fast food restaurant. If you are hungry and in rush it is good place to stop for food. Clinles of bathroom nee to be improved.

We used to come here alot but mow the staff have changed the place has gone down hill waiting 20 minutes for fries is not acceptable the staff are rude there is always something wrong with my order and the service is horrible don't waste your time or your money here they will rip you off to the point you will be in debt horrible staff horrible place horrible environment go to the taco bell next door they have much better service and staff

Shocking KFC none speak English won't change orders for you

the popcorn chicken was inedible, the chips were fine as was 3 pieces of the chicken, the rest was dry. my biggest gripe was the lack of gravey, which I ordered and was replaced with slaw. worst KFC I have ever had, not cheap at £25.

The shrinkflation is excessive. I got a supercharger burger meal and you got hardly any fries and a tiny drink. Its just not acceptable for the price you're paying. Season your fries. Just bland and disappointing. The staff also just dump my food out on the counter rather impolite overall.

Chicken very dry and so tasteless. It had been overcooked.

Why would a driver as for a code? It’s not to get a look at your phone and rob your details is it ???. The driver has your address so why as for a code ?

Went to this lunchtime with my Mrs. Burger was very cold and stuff was stood around laughing. We did make a complaint. They said they’ll make a fresh one for us but it came out cold might as well go to farm foods

The presentation & taste of the food was really nice. Ordered 3no. Zinger burger meals to takeout & they were still really warm even after a 15 minute drive. So would highly rate the food / branch based on this. Customer service was meh.. nothing above & beyond or special. They put your order on counter & call your order with their back turned to you.. not even an acknowledgement.

Very bad tasting chicken .its like it was cooked on bad oil and over Cooked too.will not be calling again £21.00 wasted

Absolutely loved the personal touch of the manager who went out of their way to accommodate us . Ensured that we ordered purely vegetarian dishes and gave us a large table to sit as well . Loved the hospitality

This used to be a 5* KFC for me. The food is still ok but they now refuse to serve you at the counter and you are forced to use the order kiosks that are clunky, slow and cluttered. I won't return to this KFC now unless this changes back.

Driver Couldn't Find My Address So He Delivered it to Someone Else

The food and the place is just ok for a KFC, but the toilets had a very horrible smell and were dirty. That is not acceptable. The standards are very low in the cleanliness of the toilets.

I got my food delivered and while the delivery man brought it to me my delivery times were changing all the time so when it did get to me it was just barely warm don't think I will order from KFC again

Dirty tables chips and popcorn was cold but was exchanged. Eaten corn on the cob at the side of front door sunhill maneager was told about this but nothing was done.My daughter picked it up on the way out.chair legs were dirty gravy on the back of my daughter's chair she wiped it off no napkins given no wet wipes givenno folks were given two booth be were left dirty.food on the floor in more then one place.

my food was left on the doorstep. was waiting patiently for it and by the time I realised food was cold. I have 2 dogs so if anyone knocked my dogs would bark but nothing. noticed it said it had been delivered so assumed it had been given to a neighbour or something. checked the door and was shocked to have found it just left there

Ate here as a family. Returned home to realise I had forgotten my bag which had a few bits and £20 cash in it. Phoned to say I would pick up. Went back to be greeted by a lovely smile by a staff member who brought my bag out. I got a little teary at his kindness, thanks so much lovely to know there are still honest Humans out there

I could see feathers sticking out of the chicken wings, which was so off-putting. The chicken wasn't nice either, not enough spice/seasoning, a bit dry and chips are a joke. All ten of them!

The staff are always very quick and friendly, Parking can be a little bit messy as the car park has a poor layout but that does not take away from the store. It's always clean, only downside I would say is inside it's a little dark

Shocking! Cancelled just eat order when the courier was at the restaurant. Not ordered from KFC on line before and definitely won’t go there again.

Went in on my dinner break ordered food got back to work order totally wrong rang up was told to bring it back. Couldn't take it back cause I would have been late back to work. It takes me 15mins to get there but 25mins to get back with all the traffic Guy on phone said you got what you paid for. I said that might be the case but it's not what I ordered the woman got my order totally wrong. His reply was oh well take it up with head office. Appalling customer service

Only thing that came warm was chips, missing a popcorn chicken and the 6 piece chicken box well the chicken was tiny and full of vain and bones not one nice piece of chicken on the bone tbh, and the boneless chicken was hard and cold, wouldn’t waste your money

We use this place due to convenient location. But we decided to stop coming. Staff is rude and lacking basic manners they are not trained properly. It's hard to communicate as their English is very basic and then there is always something missing in the order. Food quality really went down the slopes. Having all those other choices around is just not worth the money. I've spent £7 for this joke of a chicken burger. It's disrespectful.

Went to KFC Birstal this evening after work: ordered my food and got my bill: I then showed the man on the desk my Blue light card to get my 10% discount as I always do: only to be told he wouldn’t accept the card and to download the KFC app and add my card to it: Never had a problem anywhere else: so I didn’t get my 10% discount: even though I had my physical card with me: Well done KFC,,, you saved 10% You should have honoured the Blue light card: Burger next time.

Ordered at 4pm, turned up at 5.50 absolutely flat cold, bag of hot wings missing. Ordered £50 worth of food for my children for it to turn up almost 2 hours later and cold

Chicken is freshly cooked, nice, and very quick service. Got our huge order in under 10min. Just watch out that the Car park is limited time, so make sure you time your stay.

Ordered TANGO with meal. Got PEPSI MAX instead. All the delivery driver sad was that's what they gave him! Don't just send whatever a random item, read the order. If you run out, just say that.

Hot and tasty but as a rare treat

So upsetting that I’ve just placed an order for £38 and there is half of it missing. 3 mayo dips chips 3 flaming wraps I need a refund for the missing items or re delivery I have reported this to just eat as well

I ordered my meal on the order machine it said error I reported this then they tried telling me nothing was wrong with the machine and that the money was pending now yes the money was pending but the issue is my order never came through very upset with this

Disappointed that our coleslaw and fries haven’t arrived.

I bought 12 cookies, asked for 11 chocolate chip and 1 white chocolate, instead got 9 chocolate chip and 4 white, all of them OLD and HARD, he passed me the old stock, however everytime a male went in to get them instead of me(as I get them quite regular), they have been fresh and edible. The male was sexist! Shame on the guy that served to a customer what he wouldn’t even eat himself for free. Upon return he’s saying ‘they were fresh, I can go get you some fresh ones’???? How does that even make sense? Then as I’m leaving he mimics ‘rock solid’ behind my back. Disgusting customer service! Bottom line - Customers shouldn’t be receiving old stock, we don’t come beg for food, we pay for it.
