KFC Hastings - Wellington Place in Hastings

The driver was trying to blame me, saying that the address on the app was rung.

Food always hot and tasty, place a bit of a mess sometimes but they seem to be quite a small understaffed store. They forgot my sauce that I paid for and although it might seem like something so small it makes me really sad to see my boyfriend not get his meal right after a long day. He really deserves it and it’s only an extra second to make sure you got it right so that people can be happy. My sisters is autistic and if she doesn’t get her food right, she’ll have a big episode and refuse to eat at all. I respect the staff so much, especially as they work in Hastings town out of all places. From one hospitality staff to another, you’re doing great <3

No fries in the order and when I called said I could go and get them another time for free. Very helpful when I ordered for tonight.

Decent KFC, has everything you need, just stay indoors because seagull will try to pinch your food.

looked like the driver had several deliveries on route, so took a long time to get here from the restaurant, mean most of the food was cold... chicken in the burger was very rubbery too.

First time iv had cause to complain about this particular KFC stores order. Usually very good but today i was disappointed. 4 pieced of chicken ordered and 3 were drumsticks, the other a thigh. Considering how much it costs its not unreasonable to expect at least a couple of the decent pieces of chicken in your order.

I didn’t recieve a complete meal. This has happened the past 3 time I have ordered online

Ordered in advance, order was 15 mins late, delivery driver asked me for a code from the app? Never happened before and when we finally got to eat 4 lots of fries were missing from the bargain bucket. Will not use this KFC again.

Most of the food was missing, delivery driver apologised and explained that they didn’t have any other food for us. Not the drivers fault. Couldn’t afford to order more so people went without dinner

Dry chicken and bones were crumbling and also cold and lacking taste. Roasted sweaty dog would have been better. Never again !

Every time we order, there will always be 1 item missing. If I was to order in store, it would be precise to order. This, I'm certain is deliberate earning KFC millions. Our local Mc.Donalds does exactly the same thing. Always 1 item missing, 100% of the time

Unfortunately the food was cold, although it arrived 25-30 minutes after ordering it felt like we had been given food that was sat around for ages i understand it’s not going to be piping hot when it’s delivered but it was cold! Pretty frustrating to be honest!

I, have gone to KFC, I was eating in. My order was x2 zegaburgers Chips and 2 hot chicken wings. The KFC was very cold. The table was dirty, Food on the floor. There was flies. The cleaning person. Came with a cloth slapped dash touch the table, And with the same cloth touch the floor. KFC should be check. Plus staff. Hygiene is important. Pls look into this. Thank you.
