KFC Hastings - Wellington Place in Hastings

delivery was fast. but they got our order wrong AGAIN.

Fast food! I only had to wait about 3 minutes for a tower burger, drink and fries and a twister sandwich, drink and fries. The restaurant is very clean too.

The food was hot and tasty. service was great

Fries were okay but not very happy with the burgers as I order two fillet burgers for my son and I but instead of the normal/usual fillet burger,they used mini fillet strips and were not as nice as a normal fillet burger.

Zinger burger was inedible, it was as chewy as rubber and couldn’t eat it at all.

driver made mistake on where it was but he was really nice about it and was friendly

Cold chips and not quite sure where the chicken fillet burgers were supposed to be, a small chicken strip inside a large bun? There was more lettuce and mayo than chicken!

the food was bearly warm and the driver was doing multiple deliveries at once. I saw them pass my address and come back 10 min later with my order.

didn't put in my extra chips or 1 peice of chicken... quite shocking for the amount I paid for me and my kids dinner.

I Love the food but two times now it’s taken 2 hours to get to me or just doesn’t arrive Otherwise great

The indian worker decided what I order and I payed 21 pounds for it and it was way to much

Apart from the order taking an hour to get to us we were missing some fries and the burger was not the double stack zinger which we ordered. On top of that the 4 cans of drink had not been near a fridge all day. The food we did get was OK but spoilt by the above.

Chicken was nice and juicy cant fault it!

Our food was cold an took nearly 1hr an 40min to be delivered so bad we couldn’t eat any of it

Food was barely warm, the wrap was so overloaded with sweet chilli sauce it was barely edible and the chicken salad was such a mess it looked like a dogs dinner! Worst experience I've ever had from this KFC. I wont order from here again.

They didn't deliver; driver arrived with someone else's name / order and not what we'd ordered so refused delivery.

Ordered from Hastings town KFC as Ore wasn’t taking orders . Ordered arrived promptly and was correct !

Items missing on an order AS USUAL from this location. Turned up luke warm at best. Absolutely ridiculous. Cookies and dips were missing. They happily take the money but make it as hard as possible to contact the shop or to request a refund.

wish there was options to not have cheese or hash brown on certain burgers. or the snack boxes kfc used to do were really good other than thar my burgers where good , family enjoyed the rest

1hr15mins for a burger & chips and when I got it everything was stone cold

due at 6.10 and arrived at 6.45. chips were cold

Two hours from time of order with no explanation

Guy threw food on floor because he drove past me twice on door step then parked another road I mentioned food was not in hot bag and I ts 1 degree out side he threw on floor and shouted agressibely

Luke warm. items missing. yet another poor display

Placed an order at 18:15 it didn’t arrive until 20:00 the rice box was like pig fodder ,all mixed up like in a trough and the chicken wrap was extremely spicy which is not what I wanted. The driver didn’t have a clue as to where he was delivering to. All in all a poor experience.

The driver was trying to blame me, saying that the address on the app was rung.

Food always hot and tasty, place a bit of a mess sometimes but they seem to be quite a small understaffed store. They forgot my sauce that I paid for and although it might seem like something so small it makes me really sad to see my boyfriend not get his meal right after a long day. He really deserves it and it’s only an extra second to make sure you got it right so that people can be happy. My sisters is autistic and if she doesn’t get her food right, she’ll have a big episode and refuse to eat at all. I respect the staff so much, especially as they work in Hastings town out of all places. From one hospitality staff to another, you’re doing great <3

No fries in the order and when I called said I could go and get them another time for free. Very helpful when I ordered for tonight.

Decent KFC, has everything you need, just stay indoors because seagull will try to pinch your food.

looked like the driver had several deliveries on route, so took a long time to get here from the restaurant, mean most of the food was cold... chicken in the burger was very rubbery too.

First time iv had cause to complain about this particular KFC stores order. Usually very good but today i was disappointed. 4 pieced of chicken ordered and 3 were drumsticks, the other a thigh. Considering how much it costs its not unreasonable to expect at least a couple of the decent pieces of chicken in your order.

Nothing to do with Just eat. KFC is just incredibly expensive nowadays. Quality was just ok, £9 for a fillet burger meal is what lost it some stars to be fair, for £9 I’m looking for something gourmet

really r you feeding pigeons??? 10 piece of chicken I ordered but look like it was a kids meal. St Leonards KFC much better big sizeable chicken legs and body. It was only cos they were not open. Stop being stingy. Rushed job I think or the last lot

Ordered in advance, order was 15 mins late, delivery driver asked me for a code from the app? Never happened before and when we finally got to eat 4 lots of fries were missing from the bargain bucket. Will not use this KFC again.

Most of the food was missing, delivery driver apologised and explained that they didn’t have any other food for us. Not the drivers fault. Couldn’t afford to order more so people went without dinner
