Poor service. Closed 20 min before closing time. Previous visit wrong order rude staff and cold soggy chicken. Worst KFC in UK

Enjoyable fast food, quick service

Extremely disappointed with how long the food took to arrive almost 2 hours! The food arrive cold and missing items with gravy spilt making it soggy!

ordered before 6pm, didnt receive food until 8 45pm. time for delivery was pushed back every time i checked the app, after an hour of waiting called the restaurant they had my food sat there waiting to be picked up by a driver. at the time of calling they were not busy and he promised a fresh cooked order when a driver EVENTUALLY arrived. waited another hour and rang the restuarant again no answer. we waited nearly 3 hours for mediocre lukewarm food utterly unnacceptable and will never use again

Food is get cold its not enough warn

Food was ok. Certainly no way near standard of Aldershot. Suggested delivery between 735>750pm. Eventually rocked up 815pm

We were missing two portions of fries from our orders which were both meals! Not ideal. We’ve had multiple orders with missing items now.

Hot and tasty just as we like! Arrived very quickly - very welcome sight! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller to other buyers unreservedly!

Not only was the order late, but the fries hadn't been cooked properly and we had to throw them away. Also the courier phoned me and almost insisted I go out in the rain to collect from him, instead of delivering to my door. What did I pay a delivery fee for?

Missing items, limp soggy chips and dry chicken…whats to like

This has to be the best KFC in the area, always quality food and quick service.

I just want to this kfc an ordered 10 peice s variety bucket only to get home and find 6 peices instead. Not very happy 😕

Missing gravy. Ordered 2 wraps one with supercharger mayo and one with kentucky mayo.. both arrived with supercharger mayo. Just Eat useless at resolving issue.

I have been waiting for 2 hrs and then got a notification saying that I have received my KFC. Well where is it?

KFC Fleet for the order wrong again, supposed to have two hot wings as the side, but they put in a chicken leg, again! When it arrived, the tower burger looked like it had been used as a football. Also, they always put chicken legs in the order, out of a 4 piece meal, 3 of the portions were chicken legs instead of a variety. One of the worst KFC shops in the local area. I won’t be ordering from them again. If they get the order right, it would be a miracle!

Food wasn't hot Chips were soggy and very over seasoned

Missing items which ruined a nice dinner for the family. You don’t organise bringing it out so ended up having to cook dinner which just completely wasted my time and money. I won’t be using your app again

I got 2 chips and no hot wings

This is as much for Just Eat as KFC. There are items missing from the order (fries X4) which is annoying enough on its own, but the Just Eat app doesn't give you the option to flag that there are missing items, and the 'service charge is a joke when something as small as fries is missed off. I would appreciate the refund for the missing items and the service charge...and sort your app out, the help section directs you to parts of the app that don't exist any more. amateurish

If I am ordering for my family I can guarantee something will be missing from my order. 100% fail rate which in itself is quite impressive! It’s usually correct if ordering for 1 person.

I think that the driver has left my delivery at another address but it has not arrived here. According to the latest map update, he went to number 2 Cheviot drive which is around the corner. Nobody is in and I have not received my delivery

Order not delivered app said driver was out for delivery 3 hours and still no food no tracking connection to driver last time I used just eats.

The original time quoted was 8.20 - 8.40 and it arrived at 9.10. The food was good but we were missing one of the portions of chips. Considering we ordered 4 meals which each include chips, this was very disappointing. Please try to be more careful when putting together orders

Chicken cold, over cooked as were the chips. Worst KFC I have ever eaten, binned most of it.

Time kept changing and courier was apparently at the restaurant for 20mins then arrived stone cold. Even the drink was warm. Would not order again

Clean enough! Fast order! Attentive staff (receipts ran out in one of the ordering kiosks and a worker immediately replaced them). Food was solid - good job guys on the vegan burger thingy. It was yummy! Fries could be crispier :⁠-⁠) but lovely seasoning!

Quiet and tidy. Plenty of space. Wings was a bit stale. Decent for a quick meal.

Delivery was fine on the driver’s end but one of my items was missing.

my order has NOT been delivered, it is stating on the just eat app, that it has, but it absolutely hasn't. estimated delivery time was just before 10pm ... this didn't happen, I have just double checked the app and it is saying delivered, I am sat on my sofa by my back door with 3 large dogs that kick off if anyone so much as opens my gate. no one has come here.

App was lagging behind the driver.....

I do not know what time the order arrived as the food was just left on the door step, niether the door bell or knocker was used therefore the meal was stone cold.

A little too greasy for my experience of KFCs, but still tasty and a clean restaurant. Service a little slow at counter.

Order was missing 1 item, even though we were charged. This has happened the last 2 times we have ordered from Fleet KFC. This is dreadful performance from a totally proceduralised business.

The delivery driver was no where near my house I had to go out in my car and find him so not really a great delivery service and the food was cold

just left on doorstep, no ring on doorbell or knock on door. After receiving notification of delivery on phone. Food stone cold, thrown in bin. Absolute waste of money. A full refund required or I will never use you again.

Did not get the sides that were ordered

Fleet KFC has really gone downhill. It’s fast becoming the worst in the country. Waited over an hour and a half. The baked beans were solid. Get your act together!

It's a KFC, but the chicken is rarely greasy here, unlike some other KFCs. Not sure why they've started putting that coating on their chips though, not an improvement in my view.

Delivery slot just kept getting put back, in the end nearly 2 hrs. Sent wrong items but waited so long didnt want to bother complaining.

Two pieces of chicken where very dry so had obviously been cooked ages ago then sent out to me. Disappointed with meal to be honest.

Food was left on the doorstep without the delivery driver not ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. The food was freezing cold when we eventually found it outside. Terrible behaviour from your delivery driver and a poor reflection on the KFC brand.

Very quick delivery and the quality of the food was kept very good.

Food was 1 hour 20 mins late. Chips had lost all their life and tasted stale. Chicken also cold. Not sure how long food had been sat waiting for it to be collected. Driver said he collected it as soon as the restaurant had called him. So not sure exactly what had happened

Was called by the proprietar to state they were closing and to cancel the order. I then ordered from another KFC only to then receive this delivery an hour late. No communication whatsoever that the status had changed.!!!

Food has just turned up, I have refused to accept it and have returned it to the resturant with driver. I either want a replacement or a refund, delivery driver opened the bag and to my horror everything was split, beans and gravy everywhere, hot wings and chicken opened and on the bottom of his just eat delivery bag. It looked like he had dropped the whole bag, he tried to give it to me even with bean juice dripping off everything including his hands and I have refused to accept it as it was diabolical and expensive!! Absolutely shocking service and have never encountered such poor service.

After 2.5 hours of waiting my food didn’t even get collected from the restaurant. I went to then collect it myself and the kfc staff were lovely and remade all my food fresh. After speaking to the just eat team I am not happy as I have not got the refund I was told I was going to get I got £3 added to my just eat account in which I will never be ordering from here again!! This has also recently happened to someone else in my town after being told by the kfc workers

KFC is 6 minutes from my house, I waited almost an hour for my food, which was completely cold when it arrived. Absolute joke!

All ok apart from missing items (hot wings that were paid for). Seems to be the norm now with just eat deliveries. Some places don’t care because there is no comeback. Be aware.

Got told it was getting delivered at 3:20 however i end up getting it at 4:20 and it’s cold I want a full refund.

Absolutely shocking. Placed my order, a driver was assigned, delivery time set. And then nothing. It all went quiet, couldn't track, they had "closed for online orders". Tried ringing the restaurant and got no answer. Then after 35mins the time updates and we got a new time. In total the food was an hour late, and it was cold and clearly just been sat in the restaurant. Will never order from here again!!!!

Food was soaked in oil, oil tasted like it hadn't been changed in a month. Skin was flabby not crispy. A whole bucket of drumsticks? Couldn't eat it, shame as is normally good from here.

Missing a whole meal which meant someone had no food and refund only includes food not delivery and to re order would mean an additional delivery fee. Awful service

Rating lowered to 1 star as disappointed with today's visit. 4 of us, all ordered zinger burger box meals. Chips portions very variable with one being half the portion of another. And all zinger burgers with hardly any lettice. Also had two krushams, both filled un evenly and only to two thirds or less.

The staff where really moody and just not inviting! I accidentally ordered 4 cookies instead of 1 and I asked if she could refund me and give me just one cookie, and she sighed and huffed about. When I got home I I opened the gravey and it spilled on me ( obviously not their fault) and the gravey was boiling hot. I had to put a ice pack on the burn for about 30 mins and the redness still hadn't gone down. Very disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff!

Left on doorstep no ring the bell food found cold and wet

KFC left out food from our order, being a Friday night and the fact we had 3 kids who were hungry we knew complaining would be pointless as this has happened previously with another fast food service and ended up with food being delivered at 9 o'clock at night.

Ordered tango got pepsi max and didn’t get even tissues. Chicken is also half cooked.

Hot and tasty and right on time, what can you ask!? I’ve never had any problems with KFC, always good food and prompt delivery! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants good food!

The most disgusting piece of food I have ever been served with. The zinger Berger was a cold, flat piece of what looked like formed meat in a stale bun. The regular fries were ‘skin on’ (not regular fries as it said on the order). It has all gone in the bin and now I am £30 down and still hungry. All in all, quite unacceptable.

Did not like the chips, preferred the skinny chips with no skin.

It's a KFC - the chicken is usually good, though it has been too greasy on a couple of times. Sadly their (KFC as a chain) chips still are far inferior to McDonald's and Burger King.

Delivery came really quick, caught me off guard being used to waiting an hour for a McDonald’s delivery.
