food was cold by the time it arrived, very disappointing considering how expensive the order was! £38.26 🤯

I ordered this at 7.15pm. It wasn’t delivered until 11.15pm. This was for a child who went to bed at 9.30. There was no option to allow me to cancel the order. I ended up driving to a local store to go and purchase the order at 9pm. At 10.30pm the app showed me it was delivered which it wasn’t. At 11.15pm the driver called me on my phone and woke me up asking me to open the door.

We wanted some of the chips seasoned and some unseasoned, they gave us exactly what we wanted. Was fab.

I ordered KFC and was given Sainsbury’s after waiting for almost 2 hours

I never leave bad reviews but after 40 minutes estimate at time of order, one hour later than estimate - way too long to wait

3 zinger meals and small popcorn chicken £50!!!!!!! Absolute rip off

Don’t know how long driver had food but it was cold when delivered, ended up throwing food away and eating in the premier inn restaurant

everything was fine except the garlic buttermilk mayo dip was missing from my order.

Buk Kerck. Chicken. KFC is finger licking good. The staff wanted me to buy more because I am a millionaire and they know it. I was wearing a Stetson hat and a bolo tie. I said YeHaw and they were laughing. Everybody laughs when I make jokes. They're always saying, "That Keith is a funny cat". Service was excellent as I saw them laughing at my japes. Food was excellent and I locked the fingers of other patrons. Atmos was great. It is a little small. But that is okay as I can get to others quicker and have a chortle with them and tell them a story or two. Sometimes I take food left by other families.

Ordered food,order acknowledged by shop no action taken just waiting! When food was dispatched delivery time just kept being extended. When order arrived food was missing zinger burger and rest was stone cold .

Smallest bit of chicken more bone than chicken. Burger looked like been in a five aside football game (as the ball)

was tasty however the popcorn chicken was missing and also the corn on the cobs which was disappointing.

The Just Eat site said delivery would be between 10 and 20 minutes. I was expecting it to be nearer 20 as I know how long it takes to get from Fleet. However, it took a hour.

The biggest waste of money ever, the chicken in the burger was smaller than a mini fillet (yes i actually checked). Justeat refuse to refund - sent them picture. Awful . Will stick to using Uber eats. Delivery was great and driver polite.

Missing item, I am missing the popcorn chicken

The fries were a little cold and soggy and when I placed my order I asked for salt sachets to be included but this was ignored.

Food was all there; tasty and hot. Drinks nice and chilled. Order arrived promptly. Very happy

Extremely disappointed with how long the food took to arrive almost 2 hours! The food arrive cold and missing items with gravy spilt making it soggy!

ordered before 6pm, didnt receive food until 8 45pm. time for delivery was pushed back every time i checked the app, after an hour of waiting called the restaurant they had my food sat there waiting to be picked up by a driver. at the time of calling they were not busy and he promised a fresh cooked order when a driver EVENTUALLY arrived. waited another hour and rang the restuarant again no answer. we waited nearly 3 hours for mediocre lukewarm food utterly unnacceptable and will never use again

Food is get cold its not enough warn

Food was ok. Certainly no way near standard of Aldershot. Suggested delivery between 735>750pm. Eventually rocked up 815pm

We were missing two portions of fries from our orders which were both meals! Not ideal. We’ve had multiple orders with missing items now.

Not only was the order late, but the fries hadn't been cooked properly and we had to throw them away. Also the courier phoned me and almost insisted I go out in the rain to collect from him, instead of delivering to my door. What did I pay a delivery fee for?

Hot and tasty just as we like! Arrived very quickly - very welcome sight! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller to other buyers unreservedly!

Missing items, limp soggy chips and dry chicken…whats to like

This has to be the best KFC in the area, always quality food and quick service.

I just want to this kfc an ordered 10 peice s variety bucket only to get home and find 6 peices instead. Not very happy 😕

Missing gravy. Ordered 2 wraps one with supercharger mayo and one with kentucky mayo.. both arrived with supercharger mayo. Just Eat useless at resolving issue.

I have been waiting for 2 hrs and then got a notification saying that I have received my KFC. Well where is it?

KFC Fleet for the order wrong again, supposed to have two hot wings as the side, but they put in a chicken leg, again! When it arrived, the tower burger looked like it had been used as a football. Also, they always put chicken legs in the order, out of a 4 piece meal, 3 of the portions were chicken legs instead of a variety. One of the worst KFC shops in the local area. I won’t be ordering from them again. If they get the order right, it would be a miracle!

Food wasn't hot Chips were soggy and very over seasoned

Missing items which ruined a nice dinner for the family. You don’t organise bringing it out so ended up having to cook dinner which just completely wasted my time and money. I won’t be using your app again

This is as much for Just Eat as KFC. There are items missing from the order (fries X4) which is annoying enough on its own, but the Just Eat app doesn't give you the option to flag that there are missing items, and the 'service charge is a joke when something as small as fries is missed off. I would appreciate the refund for the missing items and the service charge...and sort your app out, the help section directs you to parts of the app that don't exist any more. amateurish

I got 2 chips and no hot wings

If I am ordering for my family I can guarantee something will be missing from my order. 100% fail rate which in itself is quite impressive! It’s usually correct if ordering for 1 person.

I think that the driver has left my delivery at another address but it has not arrived here. According to the latest map update, he went to number 2 Cheviot drive which is around the corner. Nobody is in and I have not received my delivery

Order not delivered app said driver was out for delivery 3 hours and still no food no tracking connection to driver last time I used just eats.

The original time quoted was 8.20 - 8.40 and it arrived at 9.10. The food was good but we were missing one of the portions of chips. Considering we ordered 4 meals which each include chips, this was very disappointing. Please try to be more careful when putting together orders

Chicken cold, over cooked as were the chips. Worst KFC I have ever eaten, binned most of it.

Time kept changing and courier was apparently at the restaurant for 20mins then arrived stone cold. Even the drink was warm. Would not order again

Clean enough! Fast order! Attentive staff (receipts ran out in one of the ordering kiosks and a worker immediately replaced them). Food was solid - good job guys on the vegan burger thingy. It was yummy! Fries could be crispier :⁠-⁠) but lovely seasoning!

Quiet and tidy. Plenty of space. Wings was a bit stale. Decent for a quick meal.

Delivery was fine on the driver’s end but one of my items was missing.

my order has NOT been delivered, it is stating on the just eat app, that it has, but it absolutely hasn't. estimated delivery time was just before 10pm ... this didn't happen, I have just double checked the app and it is saying delivered, I am sat on my sofa by my back door with 3 large dogs that kick off if anyone so much as opens my gate. no one has come here.

I do not know what time the order arrived as the food was just left on the door step, niether the door bell or knocker was used therefore the meal was stone cold.

Order was missing 1 item, even though we were charged. This has happened the last 2 times we have ordered from Fleet KFC. This is dreadful performance from a totally proceduralised business.

A little too greasy for my experience of KFCs, but still tasty and a clean restaurant. Service a little slow at counter.

The delivery driver was no where near my house I had to go out in my car and find him so not really a great delivery service and the food was cold

just left on doorstep, no ring on doorbell or knock on door. After receiving notification of delivery on phone. Food stone cold, thrown in bin. Absolute waste of money. A full refund required or I will never use you again.

Did not get the sides that were ordered

Fleet KFC has really gone downhill. It’s fast becoming the worst in the country. Waited over an hour and a half. The baked beans were solid. Get your act together!

It's a KFC, but the chicken is rarely greasy here, unlike some other KFCs. Not sure why they've started putting that coating on their chips though, not an improvement in my view.

Delivery slot just kept getting put back, in the end nearly 2 hrs. Sent wrong items but waited so long didnt want to bother complaining.

Two pieces of chicken where very dry so had obviously been cooked ages ago then sent out to me. Disappointed with meal to be honest.

Food was left on the doorstep without the delivery driver not ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. The food was freezing cold when we eventually found it outside. Terrible behaviour from your delivery driver and a poor reflection on the KFC brand.

Very quick delivery and the quality of the food was kept very good.
