Unhappy with my order payed for 4 corn and cobs and wrap and never come

came hot and fresh the stuffing burger meal was good my kfc craving was satisfying

No HOT WINGS!!!! Very dissatisfied

Had meals missing and was late. You really need to educate ur delivery drivers to check the meals before hand and know where they are going

Kept putting my delivery time back more and more I ordered my food at 15.20

Didn’t even turn up after 2 hours wating

Not delivered at all, didn't get it, put request in for refund, not got that yet either.

Food was cold, and sent wrong drink

For £17 I probably got about £10 worth of food. The portions were small and food was cold. I wasn't best impressed I'm afraid and I've never had an issue before with this KFC

2 items missing off the order, 1 x sweet chilli bites 1 x colslaw

food was due for delivery at 13.04 spoke to resteraunt at 13.30 food had left. 5 min drive maximum to location, food arrived at 13.56 cold

Food didnt arrive even though said delivered absolute joke of a place

The driver didn't deliver the food that I ordered only the drinks. When I questioned it, he told me to phone KFC. KFC were fantastic but I had to go and pick up the food order myself!

Chicken was dry and warm - not hot. Not sure how long the chicken had been sitting on the shelf but not impressed. I stopped ordering from KFC Walkden because of this. Won’t be ordering delivery again

Absolutely filthy with food all over the floor. It wasn't particularly busy so no excuses for it to be not cleaned

I was tracking driver and he took a good 5 mins before he set off with our food abd it was cold had he set off immediately then it would of arrived as estimated and of been warm

Great service, choose the drive-throughs as no que. Served within seconds and service and food where as tasty as usual. Loved it.

Well what can I say. Burgers loose and dismantled in the bag!! Large gravy split and WATERED down. The regular gravy was fine but you could actually see how much the large had been watered down. Absolutely shocking!! Chips not even cooked and hard. Just the worst takeaway experience. Avoid!!!!!!

Worst experience ever won’t be using again

Just been for 2 rice boxes paid for extra chicken to come home to find there's no extra chicken in the box! Fuming! 😡waited at least 20 mins for my order, and tried to call them 15 times with no answer to tell them the chicken was missing. Poor customer service.

Came super quick and the food was all hot, listened to my order notes as well and allowed for substitutions. All tasted good and fresh

Appalling. Ordered a “boneless banquet” for £11.49 for my son. Received chips, dip and gravy. No chicken whatsoever. No Pepsi max can. Contacted just eat and it’s just AI, advising they’ll contact me in a few days. Supposed to be chicken fillets as well as popcorn chicken yet no mention of them once you place the order. £11.49 for chips and gravy?? What a joke

Delivery driver went round the houses, food was tepid, just eat not interested as usual.

Food good, delivery on time but it felt like the driver almost threw the bag at the door - heard a noise, looked out the window to see them getting back into their car - have definitely had deliveries handled with more care.

A standard KFC but the food is always fresh and the service is good, always busy but it has a drive through which isn't always that busy.
