KFC Farnworth - Albert Road in Bolton

Second visit. App doesn't work. Visit 1: Zinger burger average and expensive at £5.99. Visit 2: Tried gravy and mash for first time, not as good as I expected. Vegan burger okay. Fries were nice. Too expensive in general with reg fries, reg gravy, reg mash and vegan burger, came to over £12.

I’m not a big fan of fast food but my grandsons love it so we called in on a Saturday tea time. We won’t be going to Farnworth KFC again. The food was over cooked, Luke warm & tough! There were groups of teenagers vaping inside & after eating just leftover mess on the tables. It was cold inside & not pleasant at all! So definitely won’t go here again!

stale buns chicken dry no mayo. hot wings disintegrated. gravy no taste

I got the correct meal, with no items missing unlike last time. Food was good and fast delivery

Food was Alryt seeing as I got someone else's order, fancied a boneless banquet and copped for 2 zingers lol! Was gutted about having no gravy as for me that makes it, who don't order Gravy?

Missing fries, restaurant doesn’t answer phone. Just Eat replies with “We’ll contact you in 7 days” is this a joke?

Arrived hot, fresh & order complete so can't say better than that.

Ordered through Just Eat 2 hours ago. Job was accepted but when we checked and called it seems shop is closed and we haven’t received any food. Why would you accept a job if you can’t do it?! This isn’t acceptable.

I still haven’t received my food after three and a half hours. I’m really disappointed with your terrible service. Not only did I not get my order after all this time, but it’s also marked as “delivered.”

Says chicken but more cow. Tastes like what comes out of a cows bottom and has the same texture as leather.

Had meals missing and was late. You really need to educate ur delivery drivers to check the meals before hand and know where they are going

For £17 I probably got about £10 worth of food. The portions were small and food was cold. I wasn't best impressed I'm afraid and I've never had an issue before with this KFC

food was due for delivery at 13.04 spoke to resteraunt at 13.30 food had left. 5 min drive maximum to location, food arrived at 13.56 cold

The driver didn't deliver the food that I ordered only the drinks. When I questioned it, he told me to phone KFC. KFC were fantastic but I had to go and pick up the food order myself!

I was tracking driver and he took a good 5 mins before he set off with our food abd it was cold had he set off immediately then it would of arrived as estimated and of been warm

Well what can I say. Burgers loose and dismantled in the bag!! Large gravy split and WATERED down. The regular gravy was fine but you could actually see how much the large had been watered down. Absolutely shocking!! Chips not even cooked and hard. Just the worst takeaway experience. Avoid!!!!!!

Appalling. Ordered a “boneless banquet” for £11.49 for my son. Received chips, dip and gravy. No chicken whatsoever. No Pepsi max can. Contacted just eat and it’s just AI, advising they’ll contact me in a few days. Supposed to be chicken fillets as well as popcorn chicken yet no mention of them once you place the order. £11.49 for chips and gravy?? What a joke
