KFC Cheltenham - Pittville Street in Cheltenham

Food was hot and fresh especially the hotwings. Staff was polite and helpful. Restaurant was cleaned and tidy. I got my food very quickly which was amazing fast service. Love you KFC for bringing hot wing offer back.

never recieved such poor/rude service. tried to order on the kiosks as the team members was watching us and not once did they come up to us to let us know that their machines was out of order. watched all 3 of us stood there for about 10 minutes trying to get the machines to work. we then went up to a team member at the counter to inform them that their machines was broken, and we were greeted with a snarky reply saying that they knew those machines was not working. when we then tried to pay at the counter, she laughed at me for trying to use my apple pay to then go on and explain that apple pay was the issue. once the ordeal of finally ordering our food was done, the food we recieved was stone cold and hard. it was obvious that the chicken had been cooked earlier on and just been left out all day and reheated for our order. this breaks many food safety regulations, laws and policies. we decided to eat in instead of takeaway as it was late at night and cold outside, to which we were surrounded by dirty tables covered in food, liquids and all sorts. the staff are doing next to nothing - apart from talking to each other and laughing, instead of focusing on running the restaurant and taking care of/checking on customers. since sitting at the table, at least 3 other groups have tried to order from the kiosks and not one of them was told the issue regarding apple pay. i am really disappointed with my experience at this kfc. i think management need to have a long hard think about what's important when managing a business that once used to be loved by many as this was a disgrace. DO BETTER.

Absolute joke of an establishment. Now where to start. 1. Been raining all evening, and the entrance slope was so slippy that both me and my friend slipped down the slope and there was no wet floor sign. 2. Tried to order from the kiosk but the card machines kept crashing every time we tried to pay. So I spoke to one of the workers behind the main counter and she said she was aware. I asked, did you not think to put an out of order sign on the machines. She just looked at me like I was stupid, and said no. Quite frankly don’t appreciate being treated this way, I have worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years now and understand that the most important part is to communicate with your guests. But to be treated like i’m stupid and to have no communication from the staff is absolutely disgusting. 3. When we eventually managed to order, considering also being the only people in the venue, there were no simple please or thank you’s from any of the staff just huffing and pointing. 4. Eventually getting the food, we decided to eat in, but as to no surprise, tables absolutely filthy, left over food everywhere and not a clean table in sight. 5. only ordering two kentucky chicken wraps and one corn of the cob for myself and my friend, it was awful. The chicken was bone dry, the skin was chewy. So obvious that it had been sat there all day and they couldn’t be othered to cook fresh. 6. whilst we were trying to make our way through the inedible, we watched three other groups come in after us and also struggle with the same issues and the staff members stand there and either stare at their guests or completely ignore them. When after a long day at work, all you want is a simple meal, and they can’t even manage to achieve what should be the basics of their jobs. From an international company you would expect a better standard of service. Might only be fast food, but still a simple expectation of having food cooked fresh, it to be hot and not stone cold, and just a little bit of simple communication. What a joke.

This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed with KFC. Coleslaw was missing, the gravy was too thick like paste and the chips were already cold. The chicken was delicious as usual.

After ordering it took an hour to come the only redeeming thing from this whole order was the pleasant and very professional even though she working in a thunderstorm

I left my bag here last night and was adamant I’d lost it. Popped in this morning to see if someone handed it in and was helped by two people who I didn’t catch the name off. One was a woman with dark her and the other a manager who’s name began with H but I can’t remember it for the life of me. Both were very pleasant and helpful and returned my bag to me

I didn't have a KFC in a really long time. I miss the skin of the chicken, that was the best part. 🤤 Definitely takes me back to my childhood

Food was still really hot driver was friendly

Food was hot. Clean toilets and tables . Staff were nice and friendly. The ones that say rude staff they sure came drunk or with attitude. Treat people how you want to be treated.

The food was great but! For starters the tables and toilets were quite disgusting and not clean. Aswell when I ordered my meal it was quite wrong I ordered to boneless banquets and got 4 prices of chicken instead the order was completely messed up not just that and then it took 5-10 minutes to fix it!! (It wasn’t even that busy)

The staff that was handling out delivery who seemed to be a pakistani / Bangladeshi or maybe an Indian lady was rude in speaking to me They probably need a soft skills communication training course before they are put to front. driver went to wrong address twice and has delivered to wrong address, he was within inches of the sign to my home when he turned his car around twice yet didn't see that that was where he was to deliver. poor quality of driver.

We didn't receive Tango can and a bottle of still water. Where are they? Could we have refund for those?

The delivery is not good didn’t ring my bell stayed outside my friend had to go and get it .I am disabled so it would have been a waste of time .when you order surely it should come to your door.

The bucket consisted of FIVE legs & one small piece of thigh! Not exactly a variety bucket. Who wants just legs? Plus 2 corn cobs were missing too. Not happy with this order.

One of the worst restaurants in Cheltenham when it comes to staff. Most of the people working there, including managers, are just rude and hostile. KFC Centrum park is 100 times better.

I’ve given only two stars for the actual order because it was missing the popcorn chicken which should have been part of the Kicker Licking Bucket. My grandson was really disappointed as the popcorn chicken was for him.

I was missing the zinger wings in a zinger box meal. Maybe put it in the box then it might help you ensure you’re Packing the correct items for the correct meal box. Chicken was tough and cold. Support didn’t register my complaint so I paid money for an awful meal I didn’t enjoy. Thanks.

Driver couldn’t find my address, spoke to him three times and explained clearly where I lived. He then asked me to walk and meet him, I said I wouldn’t do that and he said he’ll go and drop my order back to the restaurant. I have not received my order.
