Take their time and on few occasions food wasn't correct but it's kfc so good chicken

Let everyone stand at kiosk and then line up to pay waited 20 mins to be told contacted is not working absolute joke a si.ple sight would of been nice

Wings usually ok but today these were overdone or refried. Had to throw away.

Driver was late, food was stone cold and tasted rank.

The ordered chicken was really dark. Blackish. Concerned about the quality of the cooking oil .

took over 1 hour to come from store. the update was that the courier was at the store for over 30 mins. ironically once I called the store the delivery was updated that they had left the shop. this kfc seems to always be delayed and late

Delivered completely the wrong meals, with only a handful of chips, and when I called KFC they just said it was an error and to get in touch with Just Eat for a refund with no offer to replace. Very helpful

With the bucket offers, why can we not choose the pieces that go inside? Even if extra is charged for choice pieces? We love thighs and legs.. there were 1 of each only out of 6 in bucket. The rest were very dry and inedible !! Very disappointed experience, we are sorry to say. Time to change please?

Wow big difference from my last visit The service was immaculate polite young gentleman and the food was hot , all the condiments were put in my bag . Very impressed Keep it this way

Not sure I received the extra chicken breast and the extra portion of rice pot is now reduced in size and only half of the pot was filled with rice.

Food was good, they gave me beans instead of creamy mash but other than that all good.

As KFCs go, it's a goodun. Drive thru and sit down area. Restaurant was pretty clean, food was good (and piping hot), and service was great.

The quality of the food was fine however part of my order was missing. I have requested a refund as I will not pay for something I have not received.

we ordered X2 creamy mash and received X2 gravy instead food and delivery time fine but as usual with Kentucky something wrong with order getting to the point I won't order it again

First time visiting this store. Blimey I have never known it so hard to do a order without using the useless machines. Asked for a snack bucket bundle and it took the staff 5 minutes to find out what it was. Then looked at the receipt and it was incorrect. So spoken to the member of staff again saying that you still got it wrong despite asking for what I wanted half a dozen times and then I even had to redo the order by showing them exactly what I wanted by using the app. Then they tried getting away with not providing me with everything I paid for. Staff need to be retrained in the tills and how to find out where things are on the tills. It should take 30 seconds if that. But instead it took 6 minutes. Very low sense in the way the system works and how to find things.. then noticed I am missing a Pepsi max drink which should had came with the order. Also no forks for customers to use 😕

Disappointing Experience I recently ordered a meal that included 14 Original Recipes, 8 fillets, 8 hot wings, fries, and popcorn chicken, costing £40. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. First, the delivery took an hour, even though the estimated time was just 15 minutes. This delay was frustrating, as we were eagerly waiting for our meal. When the food finally arrived, it was extremely salty—so much so that it was almost inedible. This was a major letdown, as we were expecting a much better quality meal for the price. Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory. The delayed delivery and overly salty food made it a poor value for money. I hope the restaurant can improve both its delivery times and food quality in the future.

he parked in front of the house for 10 minutes and cleaned his car, I left the house twice and he was doing the same and I received the cold food

I came to order food and then i heard a dog barking inside the restaurant, how is it possible to allow animals in a restaurant…i like animals but they should never enter a shop or a restaurant for many reasons.

Left items out again! Every time! Got to the point where sometimes we order extras just to make sure someone doesn't lose out because you can guarantee something gets missed.

No gravy! Gravy missing again. Quite often this happens, something is missing and food isn’t cheap!

KFC can't go wrong unfortunately this is the worst one I've ever been in the staff do not care always forget to put things in your bag the food is awful try getting someone over 12 years old to take control of the place and maybe it can be good again

Need to sort there own delivery drivers, not just once or twice but every order I'm missing something and they can only refund meaning I then have to pay for another delivery worst service ever I'd give less stars if it was possible

Ordered a trilogy box meal and didn't get the mini fillet in the box. Portion size on the zinger burger was tiny as well.

Always leave something off the order. We now play a game where we order 2 of each item because then you'll at least get one of each! And pretty much every time it happens.

The original time for delivery kept changing getting later and later so hard to say how late it was !! The delivery driver was brilliant I had already paid over just eat PayPal at the door I went to pay again the driver told me that I’d paid !! Very honest and he had a very happy attitude top marks

My order was extremely late and the app was not updating me, my food was cold by the time it came this is not acceptable at all I want a refund and the same thing happened with another order I had today aswell. This is very poor I have emailed and no one has responded to me I am very unhappy with the customer service.

Initial time said 8.15pm - 8.50 then 5min later it changed to 9.05pm - 9.25pm !!!! Making it 15 mins late on the original time Chicken was very greasy and fries were over cooked with no salt. Bucket had no salt sachets or serviettes or wipes

Absolutely awful first time in adges the food was warm not hot and the had to wait over a hole hour and 40 minutes for my order very disappointed

order was 3 hours late and cold and because we had to cook more food so my family could go home and the first order was taken and re put on at 19 33 my order was placed at 16.40

Our order was delivered late and when we began to eat it was apparent that our food was ready for quite some time... sitting there, waiting for a driver. Our chips were cold and "sweaty", the chicken was lukewarm. So not only did we wait a ridiculously long time, but it wasn't worth the wait! If our food was fresh and hot, then you might have disregarded the long wait. But waiting a long time, only to receive sub pár food, was not worth it.

i’m missing my mash and coleslaw

My food is extremely late .while writing this I haven’t received food. The time of delivery has been changed twice in app .now it’s above 2 hour since I ordered.This is really in unacceptable .Very poor service .
