We had delivery it was amazing and delicious food and was quick and efficient and the driver was so friendly

Freezing cold in here. no coffee didn’t tell me until i’d paid, wrong size.

I am baffled by how much time l have just waited just to get food me my family were really hungry and thought of getting KFC for dinner but unfortunately l came here for 8:31 and got food at 8:54. If you are in a hurry or want to have food quickly l do not recommend this KFC!

Food was relatively served quick. Atmosphere was a little off due to the group of school kids.

As usual just eat just letting drivers not bothering to deliver food we are paying and getting a delivery fee for!!!

Poorly managed with poorly trained staff. Some items missing - when queried - the manager who was on duty on 30th Jan 9pm just washed his hands and said there’s nothing he can do - contact JUST EAT. Yes he can do something - he can have some PRIDE in what he and his staff delivers. He can ensure that orders are checked first before deliver to customers. He can train his staff to READ the order list. When a branch closes down, you cry ? Do better, have pride in what you do.

Order was not delivered, your delivery driver did not bother to check the delivery code and dropped it off at some other place. Awful and disappointing customer service..

I really felt the 'real KFC' after a long time. Ample parking and courteous staff. I will definitely visit here next time

surprisingly the food arrived correct and very hot. Downside the time kept changing on delivery and was getting later and later

It was easy to order on the just eat app, being able to track the order was helpful too.

I ordered food last night on just eat, they missed out something and it wasn’t the first time either, wether I go in person or order online. I called the restaurant and spoke to Alfie and he was excellent with the way he dealt with it. Unfortunately I had to leave my food at home and go straight to the restaurant to collect what was missing. Once I got there Alfie wasn’t available, but the two workers who were there made me wait over 10minutes to get this problem resolved, this had initially made my food gone cold at home. whether it was out of spite I don’t know. I don’t know names but the African descent cook at the time who wears a red bandana underneath his hat needs to go! He cooks and touches food without gloves which is disgusting. He’s the one who constantly messes up our order and when I ask for specific chicken pieces I don’t receive it and I think he does it on purpose. When I got home and opened the sweet chilli dipped bites, it was plain with a little bit of sauce at the bottom. I didn’t approach at the time as I would’ve let my anger get the best of me and I would’ve ended up getting in trouble and Alfie luckily resolved the situation but if this were to happen again I WILL confront! Get this nasty staff gone or tell him to please be grateful he has a job and do it properly!! I will be going in again to make sure changes have been made. I have just spoken to Sam at the restaurant, I hope this don’t happen again.

Ordered this to my grandad’s care home for a Christmas Eve test but the rider stole it and marked it as delivered.

Took 2 hours to arrive. Phoned up KFC 0800 number, they told us it said it arrived on their system and "therefore there's nothing they can do" and they hung up on us. The food eventually arrived cold.

Good, convenient and fairly cheap.

Items missing failed to follow instructions in notes. Really not very good.

Would never eat here again we had the boneless feast box and when we got home it was semi cold and the chips where very soggy and then the chicken looked undercooked and not crispy and was watery and tasted disgusting the popcorn chicken was okay and I would never recommend eating here again as my family always never trusted this kfc the best one to go to is in Springfield that’s the best kfc never eat at this one they should of kept it shut down

Don't bother going to this one as the staff are useless was waiting to pay cash for my order one of the cooks said there someone waiting at the desk and no one came to the counter so I left the shop without my food. After waiting 15 mins. And you pay more at the shop than other shops and get a fraction of your meal And the wheelchair access for people who needs it isn't good And I wouldn't have given it 1 star but that's the lowest option

Was in there after the refurbishment it was hot in there asked them to turn air conditioning on and they said we don't have air conditioning! There was food on most tables and on the floor! No one came out and cleaned! Managers and staff need to be trained properly! Very lazy McDonald's get orders wrong but they always have staff on the floor cleaning!

Vile customer service. Staff are disrespectful, rude and very slow. Food was appalling, cold and dry. Will not be ordering from here again. Apparently you are unable to pay cash as they want us to use the screens to order instead. Myself and other half have an impairment that makes us unable to use these. Very unhelpful and inconsiderate staff.

We ordered the exact same order twice, after the first one not turning up. We ordered again and two complete meals did not arrive, the only two that came one was completely wrong and they only gave 2 out of 4 cookies. Very unsatisfied to get a delivery so wrong twice, and someone must have got the first delivery, however without giving the code.

KFC got my order totally wrong. the receipt on the bag was for what I ordered but instead inside the bag was completely different items. we didn't get anything I ordered except the drinks

Delivered completely the wrong meals, with only a handful of chips, and when I called KFC they just said it was an error and to get in touch with Just Eat for a refund with no offer to replace. Very helpful

With the bucket offers, why can we not choose the pieces that go inside? Even if extra is charged for choice pieces? We love thighs and legs.. there were 1 of each only out of 6 in bucket. The rest were very dry and inedible !! Very disappointed experience, we are sorry to say. Time to change please?

Wow big difference from my last visit The service was immaculate polite young gentleman and the food was hot , all the condiments were put in my bag . Very impressed Keep it this way

Not sure I received the extra chicken breast and the extra portion of rice pot is now reduced in size and only half of the pot was filled with rice.

Food was good, they gave me beans instead of creamy mash but other than that all good.

As KFCs go, it's a goodun. Drive thru and sit down area. Restaurant was pretty clean, food was good (and piping hot), and service was great.

The quality of the food was fine however part of my order was missing. I have requested a refund as I will not pay for something I have not received.

First time visiting this store. Blimey I have never known it so hard to do a order without using the useless machines. Asked for a snack bucket bundle and it took the staff 5 minutes to find out what it was. Then looked at the receipt and it was incorrect. So spoken to the member of staff again saying that you still got it wrong despite asking for what I wanted half a dozen times and then I even had to redo the order by showing them exactly what I wanted by using the app. Then they tried getting away with not providing me with everything I paid for. Staff need to be retrained in the tills and how to find out where things are on the tills. It should take 30 seconds if that. But instead it took 6 minutes. Very low sense in the way the system works and how to find things.. then noticed I am missing a Pepsi max drink which should had came with the order. Also no forks for customers to use 😕

Disappointing Experience I recently ordered a meal that included 14 Original Recipes, 8 fillets, 8 hot wings, fries, and popcorn chicken, costing £40. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. First, the delivery took an hour, even though the estimated time was just 15 minutes. This delay was frustrating, as we were eagerly waiting for our meal. When the food finally arrived, it was extremely salty—so much so that it was almost inedible. This was a major letdown, as we were expecting a much better quality meal for the price. Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory. The delayed delivery and overly salty food made it a poor value for money. I hope the restaurant can improve both its delivery times and food quality in the future.
