Best Western Atlantic Hotel in Chelmsford

EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE AND DELICIOUS FOOD. Arrived last night way after they closed, and the lady saw we were so hungry and asked the chef if he could make something and he sais yes! I find this is an exceptional costumer service as they had every right to say no as it had been closed for an hour but instead they fed 3 of us with the biggest smile in their face. On top op that the food was delicious and great prices for the high quality food. Thank you and we will be back!🙂

Had prawn toast v nice and special rice s/s chicken all good will use again

The staff is absolutely incredible and makes sure to always accommodate my special requests and toppings. Because of the variety, staff’s friendliness and the quick service this has become my regular place to grab my lunch 😍

The food here is amazing!! The chef Luke did a great job!! Supervisor Sian gave a lovely service and was always smiling!!!

Service on the till was pleasant, friendly and polite. No oat milk again. Wrong size drinks server and over priced. Breakfast is good value. Bacon is paper thin. Sausages were black. Nice freshly cooked, eggs on my plate, like rubber on my better Half's. Hash browns not crispy, almost stale, rubbery. One mushroom, hardly cooked, kind of warmed up. No tomato on menu, although when there was they were always under cooked. Aside from reasonable price, it would take so little to make it great. Poor management I suspect.
