Shocking customer service from this hotel. Made an error when booking and rather than assist in correcting it was very much computer says no….. stay in the premier in down the road much nicer/helpful staff

Had 3 rooms booked for wedding close by. Hotel cancelled at last minute. Very poor customer service. AVOID STAYING HERE!

Had a call nearly 2 weeks ago to say our booking has been cancelled, they refused to book us into the other Best Western in Chelmsford and are not refunding still! Something very dodgy going on, different excuses every time I call. No replies to any emails I've sent chasing it. You can't just cancel and decide to keep people's money! Avoid!!!!

Very helpful staff. Entrance to car park could be better not really what you expect from a good hotel , but as I say the staff more than made up for it. ,

Arrived last night way after they closed, and the lady saw we were so hungry and asked the chef if he could make something and he sais yes! I find this is an exceptional costumer service as they had every right to say no as it had been closed for an hour but instead they fed 3 of us with the biggest smile in their face. On top op that the food was delicious and great prices for the high quality food. Thank you and we will be back!🙂

Unit 9(2B, 9 Duke St, Chelmsford, CM1 1GZThe guys on subway as the manager old man he was very rude and not use gloves at all I asked him to use and then he use only one hand with not other hand I need complain to food safety!!! Also not putting right amount of meat and there is hair inside the meat speaking rude saying I will kick out we’re all customers back of me !!! Man looks like old with tracks No apron , as-well no hat really I disappointed never return back there 👎 business owner needs to know what’s happening inside needs to word with him !! I am waiting reply back from you !!

Runwell RoadMenu looks great with plenty of offers and specials. Good selection of beers and drinks. Open late. Big car park. Big beer garden. Nice pub
