Shocking customer service from this hotel. Made an error when booking and rather than assist in correcting it was very much computer says no….. stay in the premier in down the road much nicer/helpful staff

Had 3 rooms booked for wedding close by. Hotel cancelled at last minute. Very poor customer service. AVOID STAYING HERE!

Had a call nearly 2 weeks ago to say our booking has been cancelled, they refused to book us into the other Best Western in Chelmsford and are not refunding still! Something very dodgy going on, different excuses every time I call. No replies to any emails I've sent chasing it. You can't just cancel and decide to keep people's money! Avoid!!!!

Very helpful staff. Entrance to car park could be better not really what you expect from a good hotel , but as I say the staff more than made up for it. ,

EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE AND DELICIOUS FOOD. Arrived last night way after they closed, and the lady saw we were so hungry and asked the chef if he could make something and he sais yes! I find this is an exceptional costumer service as they had every right to say no as it had been closed for an hour but instead they fed 3 of us with the biggest smile in their face. On top op that the food was delicious and great prices for the high quality food. Thank you and we will be back!🙂

White Hart Ln, Springfield, Chelmsford CM2 5PA, United KingdomService on the till was pleasant, friendly and polite. No oat milk again. Wrong size drinks server and over priced. Breakfast is good value. Bacon is paper thin. Sausages were black. Nice freshly cooked, eggs on my plate, like rubber on my better Half's. Hash browns not crispy, almost stale, rubbery. One mushroom, hardly cooked, kind of warmed up. No tomato on menu, although when there was they were always under cooked. Aside from reasonable price, it would take so little to make it great. Poor management I suspect.
