Best Western Atlantic Hotel in Chelmsford

I booked a Christmas lunch for our team of 15. The food and service were perfect and I will be back throughout the year.

I visited store on Sunday evening and was banned for standing in doorway too answer mobile male assistant was very rude won't be attempting to enter premises again ,I spend £60 a week very unprofessional staff member

1.Had prawn toast v nice and special rice s/s chicken all good will use again 2.Had same again tonight a bit salty but still good

I like coming here mainly to watch the car park carnage from above it's funny watching idiots driving up the wrong way only to confront someone trying to leave the right way then arms start flapping. I normally have a big breakfast which overall is OK for the price but I always get guts ache after. I'm sure they scrape left over food onto your plate but who knows. I have always found the staff polite but also as other people have noted sometimes they don't have everything. I like that it's normally quiet there too maybe again it has something to do with the quality of the food.

EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE AND DELICIOUS FOOD. Arrived last night way after they closed, and the lady saw we were so hungry and asked the chef if he could make something and he sais yes! I find this is an exceptional costumer service as they had every right to say no as it had been closed for an hour but instead they fed 3 of us with the biggest smile in their face. On top op that the food was delicious and great prices for the high quality food. Thank you and we will be back!🙂
