food was cold and stale. looked like it had been cooked few hrs ago and left under heat light.

food was 90 mins late. and stone cold!!! compmetely un edible

Waited two hours for my food to arrive.

wrong items delivered ask the delivery driver if was right order was told yes but ate it anyway

Yuk. Cold and soggy. Chicken was awful. Won’t buy this again from here

There was a mix up with the drop off location, so ended up being longer than expected, but got the food in the end so it was all good

I can't tell you what the food was today i was going back to give them a second chance but got there for 11-10 a staff member came out and said it will be 15 minutes because the fyer was not hot enough 11-30 what looked like the manager came out and drove off in is car sloppy and un professional i left i thick all the big name takeaways in the teeside area are not fit for purpose .Well been back today and tryed it again bargin family bucket 22pounds and 99 pence it went in the bin and i forgot large gravy 2.99 that had no taste its a franchise and there never has good but i won't be going back it was crap 😕

Brooke is an absolute credit to this KFC and also the franchise that operates it.. Despite being clearly understaffed, she showed great persistence, efficiently communicating with customers, keeping track of orders and delegating to her colleagues.. It is a real shame to see the state of the restaurant due to the lack of staff to cope with the demand.. That being said the food came out piping hot, and Brookes amazing customer service just about made our experience a positive one.. Keep going Brooke, your a star in the making.

Don’t bother ordering from here ordered full family food no gravy , missing large popcorn chicken that payed extra for and no mini filet burger.

This KFC is easily one of the best in the north east. Every time I've been, I've been served in under 5 minutes. All items are there, and the food is always hot. It's easy to order with the self service touch points, or you can order at the counter. This KFC is mostly quiet, and isn't busy. Staff are great, so is service.

Love the chicken wings. Been craving for then recently.

Took far too long to arrive! Orders should not be taken if food cannot be delivered in a reasonable time span! Nobody should have to wait over an hour for such a small order!

Didn't arrive at all but claimed to be delivered 2 hours after ordering. No way of contacting them as no answer on phone. Absolutely do not order from here!

Food is missing on a simple order

The order wait time kept jumping. Originally it was 32 minutes, but I ended up waiting 1 hour 30 minutes to receive my food.

Dear KFC Team, I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience when I purchased the Mini Fillet Snack Box & Drink (Mini Fillet, Regular Signature Fries, and Regular Pepsi MAX). When I received my order, I noticed that there were only around 10 small pieces of fries, which seemed far less than expected. Upon questioning the staff, I was surprised to be met with laughter instead of a helpful response. I felt disrespected and let down by the lack of customer service. This experience was not up to the usual standards I’ve come to expect from KFC, and I wanted to express my dissatisfaction. Didn’t put popcorn chicken, gravy and supercharger sauce. Got a 6 piece VARIETY bucket and they gave us 6 chicken legs. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s meant to be a variety. Useless

the chicken fillet all of them were hard and not nice at all they had to be binned they are normally lovely from hear but I was very disappointed that I had to bin them all , I wasn't risking becoming poorly .

Food arrived cold, only the gravy was warm. Didn’t receive chicken wings & chicken recipe.

over 2 hours passed. tried to call no answer so walked with 10 year old son in dark to restaurant after 9pm. order was still on screen not processed since 7pm. Once I complained they processed order and delivery driver turned up while i was in the restaurant. I gave him the pin to say I had the order but I collected it myself after nearly 2.5 hours wait. had to walk home, food cold and to find extra chicken strips missing. extremely unhappy, hungry, cold and over 30 pounds wasted!!

I was given 2 extremely small burnt chicken

waited 2 hours paid £40 for the food and the complety wrong order arrived restaurant wouldn't do anything about it

my order said it would be ready from 6 so I quickly jumped in the shower - it arrived early and the driver called. When I answered, he began shouting at me because he had been waiting 9 minutes and couldn't find the door. Google maps clearly shows the flat entrance is at the back - if he had gone to the door and rang the bell, he wouldn't have waited. He continued to be aggressive when I answered the door, shouting at me for not answering the phone and him not finding the house. Unacceptable.

Delivery driver absolutely hopeless. And food was absolutely freezing

order was placed at estimated 15 to 30 minutes delivery. took an hour. good was cold when arrived. driver stated had taken amd delivered other orders while waiting which meant food sat for long time.

my two chicken burgers were not warm at all I had to heat them up before I ate

Got delivered the totally wrong order, delivery driver couldn’t understand a word I said, took food that was delivered back to shop, I think the downfall here is communication issues, or system! I spoke to manager who was curtious and professional, with the situation. I’ll still order from this kfc, tip, check, double check, triple check, thank you

New burger with stuffing is good. Sometimes the corn is good but it was not very nice today.

Christmas stuffing tower was delicious but no potato layer. Stuffing is nice and the cranberry is good with a little bit of a spice.

Gave me the wrong order after I stated multiple times it wasn’t my order, he was too busy on the phone with his pals. When I tried to contact the driver call wouldn’t connect then contacted KFC and they were absolutely shocking, customer service needs to be improved.
