they have forgotten 2 lots of fries and 2 extra hot wing

Missed the drink and chicken was cold

order at 16:58 and delivered at 17:54 almost one hour of waiting too long.

Never arrived, totally useless in following up better to use any of the other chicken places in town

This is the second time my drink wasn’t delivered with my food.

completely wrong order sent £29 for 3 chicken filets and 1 small chips. when i rang and hown them they wasn't even bothered

Love the service from Natasha, she always goes out of her way to make sure my order is right, as I always ask for things a specific way. she makes this KFC great. The chicken is tasty too; the seasoning on the chicken is perfect and the gravy is tasty..

Delivery was great. Easy ordering. Food -awful. Thrown together! The fillet burgers had no lettuce/dressing on, & the fries were dreadful. The tiny bit of lettuce was brown, & didn't look pleasant at all. Chicken traditional pieces were hot & tasty.

Food wasn't particularly hot and the bottle of Pepsi Max was missing.

The food was amazing and was actually pretty good. I will never forget this trip to KFC the food was sublime and the chairs were exquisite. It is a great place for quick meals. The management is good and the store is looking a lot cleaner front staff is friendly and helpful.

I came on Sunday morning around 11am two lovely girls was serving me a 2pc chicken meal a girl named Urooj was serving me and was very patient and kind towards me.

Fast service is what you get at this location. Staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Would recommend this location, if you are looking for good food.

Forgotten how yummy KFC was. Will be ordering again

I had a great experience at KFC Burton. The hot wings were perfectly crispy, spicy, and fresh—definitely some of the best I’ve had! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. A special shoutout to a girl name Urwa, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure everything was just right and provided excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Drive through serving day was Monday 3rd March 10:20 pm the girl was soo rude there were two girls working one of them mis behaved with us had to wait long time for just two wraps she was using phone and laughing poor management poor service ever

I placed my order in advance at 5:40pm as I left to drive home from work with a delivery time of 7:30pm, Hoping that I would be home as my food was being delivered. Food turned up at 8pm and it was missing the dipping sauces as well. Very disappointing after a long day. Burton KFC is never that busy to have such a massive delay especially on a pre-order

Best ever chicken but the shop keeper is just horrible served me cold chicken and I had to go home and cook it in my air fryer. I hope u fix your ovens so I can come back with a better review. There was also chicken lying on the floor every where. 😭🦵

Very very very greasy food .. whilst staff were just standing there behind the counter every single table needed either clearing or wiping down which displays to me a serious lack of standards .

Normally takes forever but today was really quick!!

Firstly it was halal so that made me happy, the meals actually disappointed me a bit as they weren't as good as we hoped, crunchy burnt chicken in the burger, mash looked full but had a massive gap in the middle so there was only a small amount in there and chips tasted like the old ones, no seasoning, no taste and really soggy, I've only had the newer type once but they were really nice, I thought that was a replacement but maybe I was wrong

You need to get your drivers a sat nav, we live on Mill Hill lane a very straight long road and they still can’t find us.

I had to collect the takeaway as delivery just kept extending so want the delivery charge to be refunded and compensation given. The Burton KFC was a mess and food hadn’t even been prepared.

I was served by ALI HUSSAIN of BURTON BRANCH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Very polite and friendly I had various requirements and was in a hurry. He managed to serve me extremely fast and met all my expectations by providing me all specific allergy information and helped me choose the meal I required without any hesitation despite the pressure of being very busy. He's an asset to the company and I can see he works incredibly hard and is very passionate about his role working for KFC. I wish I could always be served by Ali everytime! He makes the experience 5 star and I have taken the time out of my busy day to write this review as a token of my appreciation. The food was delicious, piping hot and top class! What was delivered was not what I ordered the receipt on the outside of the bag was correct but the contents were completely different we ate so much of the contents because my husband is diabetic and taken his insulin and needed to eat asap

Really poor service guy on counter was struggling to put orders together, hope they can improve before they lose too many customers, everyone I speak to about KFC say service and food is awful, sadly I agree I try them 4 or 5 times, I had there chicken it's greasy and looks old. KFC chicken should be crispy and fresh and fries are greasy and don't taste fresh. Not worth the visit.

brilliant service fastest delivery I've ever had

Food was so late and turned up stone cold. Driver was located on the map but the time just kept moving later and later. I tried to contact the driver but no reply. Then when I was about the cancel the order he phoned and said the wrong name and the wrong address. He was down the road and my partner had to go and find him. It was so late that the food was un save able so we ended up having to trow it in the bin. Ordered at 19.11 and the food arrived an hour and a half after

Rubbish, missing all the drinks from the order and a side. Called the restaurant and no answer just rang and rang. Food was also cold. Will not be ordering from them again. I wouldn't mind but it's expensive.

Gravy was at the bottom of the bag, and leaked all over me as carried it through. Also there was a kids snack and a fruit shoot missing. Not impressed

Food was cold and soggy. Delivery driver brought in a Lidl bag no even an insulated one. Tried to heat food up and was inedible. Went in the bin. Expensive delivery charge and driver complained about how far it was. Won’t order again.

I went in burton kfc around at 7 o’clock was very pleased by the staff behaviour they were really nice and polite and received my order in short time. The store it self was very much clean and toilets were clean as well. JUST GIVE IT TRY.

Not the first time KFC have messed up but I suppose I got some food this time which is better than previous when none was delivered......well it was to a house somewhere else on the estate. absolute con artisits and can't get un touch with the restaurant as they won't answer the phone.

Store was not that busy. Have to order by selection board and then wait for order. Staff obviously weren't paying attention as we had stated it was takeout and they put everything on trays. Also staff were more interested in chatting to delivery driver than getting order ready.

I am very disappointed, the salad and chicken box is a joke. There was very little salad; tomatoes and corn were missing. £7 for 3 pieces of salad and 1 chicken. The corn on the cob in the meal deal is not fresh either.
