KFC Bradford - Westfield Shopping Centre in Bradford

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The food was sticky and cold. Chips for my baby was given after 15 minutes. Two guys were so obvious in delaying the remaining order of chips when I complained the guy was so aggressive and nasty that it was just unacceptable. When the manager came he did not do anything. Rubbish staff

I am very sorry that I did not expect this from a brand like KFC. The chips are soggy and the chicken wings are the smallest I've ever seen.

Awful cold food .. a couple of the fries weren’t even cooked on the middle, more bile than chicken . Staff too busy talking amongst themselves and the whole food hall in which KFC sits is a disaster area, untidy, unclean and noisy.. I suggest they close this place down

The worst place ever broadway KFC!!! I came with my husband today around 4.55 pm and the guy on the cashier rushed us so much saying they’re going to close and order soon. Also whatever the food I asked he always replied saying it’s not available and by the mean time he was telling us in a rude way that they want to close and order soon. I also work in a restaurant, we also have a closing time but whenever a customers comes even we are about to close we never treat them like that! Very disappointed! A manager has to be responsible about the behaviour of the employees and also has to teach them about treating customers . Because we pay and buy the food not like we ask for free!

Really disappointed, whenever we came for shopping to broadway we used to oreder food from here but these days food standard you can see in pics price sooo high and chicken and 🍟 all burned in black oil, we complained and they exchanged chicken and its comes as same before..... burned Will never come again here....

My partner went there to get me some hot wings and they sell him 20 hot wings for 7.99 which they told him that it was a deal. Yes it was a nasty deal. 17 piece was left over chicken that they reheated and sell him. Worst ever kfc.

I recently came here with my ladies , they messed up me and my friends order ?! WHY? We only wanted 2 boneless banquets ?! And they completely ignored us when we asked for our drink at the other side of the counter.. Staff are inexperienced and rude.Not trained properly , Good food , bad service.

I ordered from uber eats (DO NOT EAT HERE) I sat down on my day off work and was hungry little did I know at 12am that night I would be throwing up the food was warm bit it gave me food poisoning

I've noticed something recently with the chicken here and that the people cooking it are getting sloppy because of the fact that the meat is slightly undercooked, meaning instead of the inside being fully cooked it was still somewhat pink. I hope the manager reads this, and gets a better crew for the back or train them to cook properly again, because if this keeps happening it's gonna be bad for business.

This was without doubt the worst KFC I have ever had. Unfortunately I had limited time so I didn't return the meal. I wasn't given a receipt so I had no order no. Luckily the women who served me remembered me ordering. The order showed takeaway when I was eating in (unnecessary waste of a bag) The chips were cold and the chicken in the burger was also cold. I will not be eating here again and its put me off eating KFC again after this experience.

It doesn’t take much time or effort to place the fillings in the centre of the bun. I don’t really feel like having my hands covered in the sauce

It's KFC. Not cheap, but easy and lazy. Staff are too busy to be smiley, but it's always a clean franchise unlike some of their other stores.

This place is very hit and miss. Smooth service, and quality chicken on one day and wrong orders with average food on another.

Avoid this KFC like the plague, the food is terrible ordered a mighty bucket for one. The chicken was tiny completely stale and dehydrated. And the service from the manager supervisor was appalling. Not worth the money you’re not getting much value.

Disgusting food. Zinger burger was shrivelled and dried up and so small. I took it back and told them it was revolting and they changed it for one worse. I’ve never seen such slop in my life. Complete and utter rip off.

I ordered a Teriyaki Box Meal and popcorn chicken meal. Teriyaki meal so small I had to go back and ask if they had given me the right meal, to be told yep that's what you asked for, £10,49 for something the size of a happy meal and it was cold, that's it for me n KFC I'm never buying again

Food was excellent at BURGER KING! But the service was very slow with long queues because there was only 2 Asian girls serving who we felt sorry for having to serve/ work with food during Ramadan. The food hall had no atmosphere.

So we came here for some food and were quite disappointed like most KFCs unfortunately. I ordered on the screen and it was a simple order, box meal with 2 got wings and buttermilk garlic mayo. I saw the 2 customers infront of me have to speak to staff regarding their order being wrong/missing items and sadly I had the same issue. They called my number and didn't have my buttermilk garlic mayo, i asked about the mayo and he gave me regular mayo. I had to reiterate that I paid for garlic mayo and he then gave me it. But how hard is it to read a screen and give customers what they pay for? I know it may sound petty or silly but it's silly have to collect your order and tell the staff you haven't given me the complete order I paid for. Not as bad the KFC in Keighley that completely just don't give you the food that you pay for. KFC NEED TO SORT THEIR STAFFS INCOMPETENCE OUT AS IT'S RUINING THEIR BUSINESSES.

I WENT TO KFCAND ASKED FOR A LARGE BONELESS BANQUET MEAL AND THEY GAVEME A SMALL MEAL. HOPE THIS HELPS OTHER PEOPLE TO AVOID KFC IN BROADWAY

The place, like most of this type in shopping centers, is full of people, and yet I did not stand in the queue for too long. Of course, you can place an order for self-service with card payment. Despite a very busy place, the staff is smiling, nice, the whole process from the moment of placing the order to picking up the food, I rate as good (relatively quickly despite really busy time). I can recommend it as something worth considering when choosing a place for a quick meal. PL: Miejsce, jak większość tego typu w centrach handlowych, pełne ludzi a mimo to w kolejce nie stałem przesadnie długo. Oczywiście można złożyć zamówienie na self service z płatnością kartą. Mimo dużego ruchu obsługa uśmiechnięta, miła cały proces od momentu złożenia zamówienia do odebrania jedzenia oceniam jako dobry (w miarę szybko pomimo naprawdę sporego ruchu). Mogę polecić jako godne wzięcia pod uwagę podczas wyboru miejsca na szybki posiłek.

Got a Kentucky Mayo twister which was just iceberg lettuce and pepper mayo, not the pickled slaw it should come with. The fillet inside was dry and clearly old. It had definitely been sat there for longer than it should have been. Asked for some mayonnaise sachets to be told by a disinterested guy that they didn’t have them (no sorry or any hint of customer service). Also witnessed the same member of staff being dismissive and rude to other customers which was even more off putting. Maybe he was having a bad day yet still not acceptable: Two stars as the lady on the till was friendly and helpful.

I got the mighty bucket for 1. The food came out quickly but the chicken was over cooked and horribly dry. The chips hard and tasteless. Never go to this branch again

Quick service food was not very hot

I asked the staff at KFC if its HMC certified . He replied as NO. Most of these food chains use stunned meat and not hand slaughtered which we eat as Muslims and consider Halal. I ate only once by mistake thinking its proper halal but that was . Won't eat again as can't compromise for it.

If you want cold chicken burgers, this is the place. Also asked the lass if they had any full fat drinks and she said Pepsi max. Employ some proper staff who serve hot food and knows difference between full fat and diet drinks. Absolute bell ends.

We were visiting Bradford to watch a show and chose KFC to eat. Very rude staff, standing talking to each other and ignoring customers, food when ready was shoved towards customers. One customers approached them with a problem and their response was "so". Husband asked for a plain burger that came with a sauce and grandaughters meal was cold, we would not recommend and definitely would never eat here again.

This restaurant stood out clearly in the shopping centre with the lights and KFC logo, where I did not have to bare waiting in a queue due to a kiosk being available. I had a fine amount of waiting time for my delicious order of hot wings and chips that were both warm, accompanied by a luxurious peach iced tea! The tables were in the centre area, having cleanliness maintained and a good amount of space.

Fast food? I've never had to wait that long in any fast food queue or even when collecting my order. Seemed like the staff were working as slow as they could and the food wasn't very nice after, the chicken was ridiculously oily. I frequent KFC every couple of weeks in different locations and this was easily hands down the worst by a mile

Ordered via just eat, some items were missing and some we're just left out. Missing an extra mini fillet and a supercharger dip, the mini fillet that was with the box meal was tiny and could have been classed as a nugget, chicken tasted bizzare, chips cold

We ordered a family bucket through “Just Eat” …. Firstly it was 40 minutes late, and secondly it was absolutely awful disgusting food, I’ve avoided eating KFC for the last 6 years, but as it was a birthday treat I thought why not ! …. NEVER AGAIN in a million years will I touch this disgusting junk food, …. 4 out of 5 of us suffered stomach cramps afterwards, I personally started burning up in the middle of the night, and had to make a swift toilet dash, I still feel a bit crook now as I’m writing this review, … please AVOID this place like the plague !!

Terrible food. Ordered a tower burger meal with 1pc chicken. Fries were cold and soggy, chicken fillet in the burger was thin and scraggly, the hash brown was soggy and the 1pc chicken was ridiculously dry and cold. Didn't give me the garlic mayo I paid extra for. Only edible thing was the side of coleslaw 🙄 worst KFC I've ever been to - AVOID!

I visited this branch yesterday. Took over 20 mins to get my meal to me. The Pepsi was full of ice. This means I am paying for Pepsi but getting ice for it. Horrible experience

Ordered a burger, waited more then 15 minutes while other people in the queue who ordered 10 minutes after me got their food first. The workers were casually on their phones, then disregarding me when i asked how long its going to be, what kind of service is this?

Ordered a delivery from here via Uber Eats. Delivery was great. Unfortunately whoever packed it put a cold can in with the hot food. Turned up cold and soggy.

Lucky they got a one star out of courtesy. Terrible place, food cold, no organisation, the poor lady placing the items in the box was asking for help as her staff looked out of sorts as there was a rush. Got the order after sometime and was cold and dry. Not sure if KFC audit their sites and this one certifiably needs an inspection and overhaul.

Stale bread on the zinger burger, chicken was dry and they had ran out of straws. They also forgot the spoons so I don't know how the though we were going to eat out beans and gravy. Definitely was not finger licking good. Though I had no choice as they forgot the napkins too.

Had some sweet chilli bites yesterday and have spent the whole night suffering with Sickness and Diarhea... I have food poisoning... Not impressed as its first time having food from here

It really was "finger lickin" chicken but let down by luke warm chips and bland gravy which is a shame. Staff were fine and dining area clean.

0 stars. ordered on just eat waited 1 hour and received an order cancellation email. called the restaurant who and spoke to a male who was diabolically under educated and not suitable to be answering the phone and providing what was essentially customer service. No help was given no explanation as to why the order was cancelled, didn't listen to the issue we had and while i was attempting to give an order number, the speaker cut me off to say 'oh we don't know what happened please try again' ... safe to say we did not re order form this KFC after already waiting 1 hour nor will we ever order again. BOYCOTT IT! ill trained staff with no care for the service.

In the words of Gordon Ramsay: IT'S RAAAWWW The KFC in Broadway is the luck of the draw. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh, and other it's is kinda cold, super greasy and unusually salty Last time I went, the chicken in the zinger burger was slightly pinkish and raw. I gace it back, and they gave me another raw-ish piece of chicken.
