Scam. Food not delivered, lied to foodhub not delivered. Can not possibly recommend, had to block the payment with my bank. Avoid at all costs

honestly this place was appalling. went in and they all completely ignored me for a good 10 mins before asking what i wanted. i told them my order in which it was about £7 more than it said on the menu and so i asked and they said the ‘prices had changed’ but the menu still said the ‘old’ prices? which is illegal? i agreed to pay and the man serving me said it would be 25 mins and to wait in the car. i went and waited and it got to about 20 mins so i went inside to wait as it was cold outside and thought it might save them some time to just hand it to me instead of coming to find me. when i walked in, the man who’d served me said to go back to the car and he’d bring it out, so i thought it was abit off but just went and waited. 10 mins went by and i’d now been waiting nearly 35 mins so went back in and asked how long it’d be. they LAUGHED at me and told me to ‘go back in the car’. i went back and waited another 15 mins until it got to 50 minutes. i got out and asked them how long it would be and i had been told it would be 25 mins and had been waiting double that. i got the same responce again. they finally brought the food out after an hour and 10 mins, in which they’d forgot the cheese on the chips( which i paid £3 extra for) and hadn’t given me any of the sauces i ordered (which were 50p each). i went back in and they all just glared at me by this time i was starving and so said i’ve been waiting over an hour for u to make a basic pizza and burger and chips and u haven’t made it correctly. they sprinkled some cheese over it and said that’s it and told me to go, without giving me the sauces either. by this point i was tired and hungry as it was now 8.45 and had hungry family at home. got home and the food was cold, the pizzas were small and the pizzas were shocking. i’m not even one to write a review but this places food and attitude was so horrible i wouldnt reccomend it to anybody- please don’t go.

Took 2 hrs to arrive. No mint sauce and curry was like water ....never again

Will never order from this place again. I ordered some food yesterday and i gave the delivery driver a £20 note, he then asked if i had some smaller change so i then gave him a tenner. He then asked for another 40p coz my food came to £10.40. He said he gave me the £20 back but he did not... be aware people the delivery driver is a robber!!!

Ordered a few times from here and it's always been ok not the best but ok. This time we ordered chicken and chips absolutely inedible completely burnt and you can see the meat no breadcrumbs. I thought it was a new way of cooking but it actually was terrible. My nephew got chicken burger, we were struggling to find the burger completely flattened. I called the shop and the lad that answered the phone was adamant the kitchen staff are telling him it was fine when it was packed. I suggested I'll take pictures of food and send to him he then says the manager is not there and doesn't know what to do. Great that's £20 quid literally in the bin. Thanks guys really appreciate you ruining our food and night.

Fist time ordering the pizza I delicious they did forget my coke but bless the delivery driver he went to the shop and got be another will definitely use again and recommend

Check your receipt against the menu prices, that's if you can get it out of the delivery driver's hands. Tried charging me £17 for a £9 meal saying prices had gone up. Big increase that is. Food not that great either, over cooked and luke warm. Never again

Ordered on Friday night, arrived like warm, we live very close but I just assumed they had made a few deliveries before us. A few hours after eating pizza and chips my nephew was severely sick. The next day my daughter was projectile vomiting all day. This is the only food they both ate together as they weren’t together the rest of the day. reported to uber eats and will never order from here again.

Was driving past after being to a wedding and used to get food from here all the time back in the day. So popped back in ordered my old favorite pizza. It was just how it was all them years ago.

Great place, nice food. I actually invented the korma pizza here. I hear its popular.

Normally ok, lately been over charged on more then one occasion, found a hair in our pizza and the burger was stale

Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for the delivery guy to play dumb as to why it was late, then got overcharged. Curry was lukewarm, chips were stone cold and the chicken was that hard my dog refused to eat it. Phoned up to get a load of abuse. I only put 1 star to get on to the comment box. Never again

Always cold just turned up found a big black hair when eating it and was physically sick will never order again and will be contacting the local authorities regarding hygiene!!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!

Avoid like Covid-19... rude and abysmal customer service citing excuses. Food was luke warm... never have I witnessed as poor customer service as this. If you know whats food for you don't order these guys can't deliver any expectations. I rang then every 10 minutes after the expected time and around 45 minutes after my order I then get an update to say it will be another 15 minutes. Total time 2 hours. Customer experience shocking I'm flabbergasted.

The food arrived before expected delivery time and delivery driver was very friendly. They had forgotten to include part of our order so called to query, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, raised his voice at my partner and basically called him a liar. What ever happened to ‘the customer is always right’?! The food that did arrive was ok but the chicken tikka was rather dry and the chips were overcooked. Will not be ordering from here again.

I've eaten here a few times now and I would not recommend the burgers, however the Donner is quite delicious. Delivery time is quite long but the driver is really friendly 😁

If you want to be bombarded with text messages on their special offers even if you opt out then this is the place for you. I however do not and wish they would stop as not even in the area anymore.

Never had such a rubbish pizza 2 inch of crust overcooked outside and doughy in the middle.

Food is good only place I will ever get a pizza from, missed a few things from my orders a few times so that needs to improve, staff can be rude on the phones when you do phone to complain but wouldn’t happen if you can get orders right, that won’t stop be ordering though

2hrs to wait for a pizza to be driven about 1 mile!! Ordered via Hungryhouse. Next time I will go and collect it as it would have been quicker to go to Rome for a pizza.

three times in a row they have got order wrong! would be a 5 if not for that! Need to sort the phone line out or have the person that takes the order pay attention and confirm the order at the end of the call! after the first two times I stopped using them for two months, I decided to try them again tonight and they Brought one curry instead of two! So yeah terrible customer service is letting this takeaway down. I originally gave these 5 stars but changed to a 4 due to really poor service!

I went to caesars for the first time last night I found the staff to be very nice and helpful, the food was amazing the best we have had in a long time. I phoned the order in for collection it was just getting wrapped as I got there on time. FIVE STARS CAESARS keep it up and THANKS

Been a customer of ceasars for years without complaint.. What has happened guys last few times we have ordered it has been sub standard and needed correcting... You need to get back on track seems something is lacking.. Food not to usual standard sort it out and have a word Mr Manager..This is not good you Will lose us if the next time is a bad experience!!!.. Remember this is a weeky treat for most of us so needs to be A1 to keep your regular customers coming back..
