2 hours for a delivery for cold chips and a missing burger

Very un happy driver gave me the wrong order and I had to go to McDonald’s to get the correct order

I ordered one classic coke and it didn’t come. Can I have my money back?

Never order again food was cold n ordered both burgers to be no lettuce both had lettuce

Just received my order and it was flat cold only had 1 chip as they was freezing and had 2 bites of my big mc and it all went in bin

McDonalds half assed the banana milkshake, used a medium cup but only did enough for a small, all McDonalds fault, not the drivers

My meal was paid for online. She asked for 4 digit code. I didn’t have it. So she asked for 4 digits of phone number which was correct. In the end she says I can’t give u meal and left with it. So meal wasn’t delivered

Ice cream melted food cold drink was empty leaked all over

No McFlurry or milkshake - disappointed

ordered 5 hash browns only received 2 the coca colas was flat. Not happy at all

Very good hotel with great staff who cannot do enough for the guests.

shocking. he went to loads of different places like picking up his wife instead of doing his job. then says he went the wrong way when it said he was in little Horton. I want my money because the food is cold. your company is a joke always something wrong

food delivery came pretty quick as to why I have (9 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS MISSING OFF THE ORDER) which my daughter now has not got a full meal only chips & drink. This is not the first time mcdonalds staff have done this same thing when preparing food and making sure All food that is ordered and paid for are in the bag! Tired of this and getting fed up of not receiving the food properly, makes me not want to order anything again. Now I have to wait days for a REFUND.

You order a Minecraft meal and don’t even get a toy and it not the first time it’s happened now

When you order a double sausage and egg McMuffin and all you get is cheese and egg McMuffin. Are you all asleep there, this is getting a regular occurrence with this McDonalds

bits of onions on plain hamburger my child won't eat it he knows they have tried to scrape them but left bits of onions on.

Food is always cold so frustrating when you go for hot food chips, always freezing and soggy, and burgers are always luke warm

my mcplant burger didnt have a burger in it!!! it was just a slice of tomato and cheese with lettuce and mayo the other side of the bun!!! I found their number online but it seems no-one was there!!! my call went unanswered

McDonald’s always mess up on orders never send you everything you order

We ordered the Minecraft meals which came with NO TOYS When placing the order I specifically stated to make sure the toys were included, as My Sons delivery at Teatime for his family had their toys missing. Minecraft is big at the moment and it’s heartbreaking to see disappointed kids when no toy arrives. Once is a mistake but twice in same day from same shop indicates a problem to me. If they can’t supply the goods they shouldn’t advertise them

Food flat cold half of the order missing and the drink had bust and was pouring on my floor he just looked at me and walked off

waited nearly 2 hours, it took an hour for the food to even start being prepared, then a further 40 to be prepared. Anyway eventually turned up, freezing cold

Ordered food at 18:32pm time kept changing from an hour and half delivery to an hour and was showing 20 minutes delivery time for ages with no changes. Food turned up at 19:55 all cold and soggy so must have been sat waiting around. Really disappointed!

Receipt showed order had been collected 45mins ago food was stone cold

Absolutely dreadful! When the driver delivered the order, all that turned up was a drink, nearly all of the order was missing, and we paid over £40 for it. Everytime I order from this restaurant, or in fact any mcdonalds restaurant, something is missing, the order is never correct

the food was really cold even inside the burger flat cold and it's not like u can put it in the Microwave, very bad service and my address is wrong on the sat nav so always go elsewhere with my food first very disappointed again!

Gave McDonald’s one last chance ordering as I had issues last week and only got refunded £3 something can’t remember exactly the amount !! ANYWAYS ordered today, food is freezing! Cheeseburger I asked for plain, came with stuff on it, chicken wrap the chicken was rock hard!! And the fries were cold, refunded £2.49! £16 order and I get £2.49 back! What a joke of a company who put prices on top of food already!!!!

Food and drinks all cold and delivery was half hour later than supposed to be ?? Thought we might have hot food at least from the lot fast food place ?

The food was cold when it arrived, they forgot part of the order which was a cheese burger, the mayo chickens were like chewing on rubber, one of the bags had been sealed but reopened and one of the happy meals had also been opened before it arrived there wasn’t much right with this order needless to say I won’t be ordering from here again and would like a refund.

The order was not complete, 2 drinks to the wrap meal deal were missing. Also the sauces to the 20 nuggets were missing.

No sauces even though we requested extra. Food was cold so chips and nuggets were hard. Great delivery time so don’t think it was couriers fault at all. Not worth ordering

He knew what he did he was speeding we couldn’t eat any of the food and the drinks was empty as it was all over the bags and food was soaking wet went to shout him he spun off I’m really unhappy

The lady called Diane on the drinks and front of house need a pay rise. Doing the job of 3 people. Excellent customer service. So helpful and customer focused. Diane never stopped the whole time we were in the store. All macdonalds need a Diane

my order came the sealed bag was open there were 6 nuggets missing chips had been eaten it was stone cold and uneatable due toe it being cold and tampered with by the driver I've spoke to the restaurant and they advised me to ask for a full refund of the full £21 many thanks

literally only delivered drinks!! zero food! A whole family's order and managed to forget every last scrap of food! you can't get any worse really!

I ordered the mcmuffin meal for 2 which clearly states you get 2 mcmuffins and 2 hashbrowns, so why did i open the bag to find only 2 mcmuffins. I normally wouldn’t complain but i’ve just basically paid 12 pounds for 2 mcmuffins it’s ridiculous sort it out.

Sprite zero tasted funny no sauce in the order again and why can’t your staff understand DO NOT PUT ICE IN DRINKS I say this every time I order but you still do it

Food was flat cold we couldn’t eat it and the delivery driver had no just eat bag keeping my food warm was cold outside and he came to my door with no just eat bag we didn’t even get to eat it it was that cold chips like sprikes never would I order again!!!!

Ordered food around 12:45 no update on the food for a while, delivery time changed multiple times, was finally estimated for 2:03, arrived at 2:15pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Food was cold and in total took nearly 2 hours to come.

Delivery very quick. Lunch for a colleague and apple pie for me. Only thing you forgot was my apple pie. Not happy at all !!

Waiting more than 20 minutes for food (table service)(if it is busy )then it may be cold otherwise it's good , staff are brilliant, polite, friendly, and helpful, xx

I don’t know what idiots are working here but eveytime something is missing from the order. Seriously how hard is it to read a receipt, and put those items in a bag for the driver
