Look 1 hour and 40 minutes, it arrived 20 minutes after the time slot, food arrived cold, soggy and tasteless. Ordered often from here and never had a problem but this was not great, disappointed. Turn orders off if you can’t deal with them

Ordered food at 19.48pm and was expected to arrive at 21.00pm. It didn’t arrive until 21.30pm. That to me is more than enough time to make 2 pizzas and a burger. Once the food arrived, the pizzas were cold, the chips were soggy but somehow the drinks were lukewarm? Not sure what happened as we order from here often.

Not many places can get that Korma taste, but Fat Joe's do it perfectly. Love it

ordered a deep pan pizza and got a thin crust pizza that was over cooked! starters seemed not fresh n rubbery...

Excellent quality food. Highly recommend. Curries are super tasty and freshly made to order.

I have ordered from here for years and usually it is consistently good . But I have noticed recently the standards are starting to slip. However I will give my honest feedback of tonight’s order, delivery was late, food was cold, pizzas bland & not much topping, chips dark brown and soaked in fat, you want to try giving them a squeeze and you will be shocked. Worst takeaway I have had delivered in my life (binned) , new chef? If so he needs some training? I hope you use this feedback to improve!

The mixed kebab was cold, the naan wasn't a naan it was a pizza base and the mixed starter had the wrong items in and I requested no salad on the starter and it had salad

Well I advice to never order the large kebab on naan it’s just a box of chips and cheap naan and a sprinkle of meat. Shocking

Cold food missing my stuffed crust

the majority of the food was lovely. the only thing to spoil it was there was no barbecue sauce on the pizza and it wasn't very warm but it is winter so only to be expected

The pizzas were really thin and not filling would not order from here again

Yummy stuffed crust pizza 🍕 and great price at 40% off. Mum didnt mind the Bhuna meat pieces could have been bigger, mixed starter was nice good flavours throughout and tasty chapattis too. Chips are very thin fries defo dont taste great warmed up x

Great food ordered from here lots

Food took over an hour and a half to come and when it did everything came cold, chips were uncooked and soggy, onion rings came cold and soggy, overall very unhappy with my order and won’t be ordering again.

Really sweet delivery driver checked we were OK in power cut and didn't need anything else 😀

First time eating here and really impressed. Really tasty food and plenty of it especially the large Donna kebab nans, and the kids loved the burger and chicken box. Will definitely be ordering again soon. Thanks v much!! 👍

Really enjoyed the food from here - so fresh and tasty. Not the usual greasy rubbish that you get from a lot of the local takeaways. Good sized portions lovely fresh salad, will definitely be ordering from here again 👍

just lost a good customer! order from here all the time but won't be ordering again. ordered a meat pizza tonight and found 2 shards of bone in the pizza. rang and complained and they said they would send a replacement. this was over an hour and a half ago. disappointed to say the least.

Pizza was cold and bit rubbery. Wasn't awful but wasn't great.

Burger was a bit fatty with hard bits

I made an error at check out and the customer service was amazing! I called up and they instantly helped out and delivered to a new address and the delivery driver was so kind and polite, the food has always been amazing here as we are regulars but the customer service today really tops it. Chicken tikka really poor quality. Tiny, dry pieces not nice at all. Pitta bread was ripped in various places had holes all over it so couldn't even eat it as a kebab. Samosa really greasy. Really disappointing as have enjoyed from here in the past.

this is the second time I have used this take away . the food was cold 🥶. had to reheat myself .I have applied for a refund twice and be refused. I will never use this takeaway again I will be recommending other people dont too .lucky I am even putting 1 star

Pizza was perfect can’t complain but chips were old and stale looked like they had been reheated in microwave.

Rang at 17:12 got food at 18:49 not worth the almost 2 hour wait at all. Driver barely apologise either stay away

Ordered 3 pizzas 2 were meant to be deep pan and 1 thin but all came the same - the tomato based pizzas were really nice but the bbq sauce base was a bit overpowering as was also on top of the pizza so couldn’t taste or see any toppings on the meat pizza - the pizzas though did taste freshly prepared

we have been ordering from Joe's for a couple of year's now but I've discovered the grilled donner in pitta......wow absolutely delicious and this is my third time just to make sure ha ha. thanks again guy's great food, delivery, price, and several 👌

The chips were soggy with oil and soft .Could not eat them had to throw away.

The food was cold and soggy chips, the kebab had no taste and the garlic mayo just tasted of lard. Was not edible. Would not recommend

Not enjoyable atall. Chips was practically boiled. Pizza was burnt and tasted stale even smelt foul. Garlic mayo tasted like vinegar. Garlic bread wasn’t to bad but who ever sliced that up just ruined it

Before I start, fat Joe's is usually excellent. Hoping this is due to a busy Friday but it took almost 2 hours to come, courier refused to deliver inside the flats. The tray of donner was dripping grease and the pizza was barely even warm. The drinks came hotter!! Really disappointed

The chicken pakoras where soggy and cold the curly fries where also soggy and cold the burger was on the only thing warm but I asked for ketchup and mayo there was none I won’t be coming back sorry

One of best curries I’ve had in ages!

The food wasn’t hot only warm. The chips were ordered weren’t cooked properly either still partly frozen. The delivery person was nice and polite

Ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread, and chips. Not a difficult order. Arrived 30 mins late and stone cold. Bag with chips in was so soggy it fell apart as I picked it up. Whole lot went in the bin.

The food arrived late and everything was stone cold. The chips had turned soggy in what was by the time it got here, a wet bag. Heated the meal up in the oven, but eventually went in the bin.

If I could give no stars I would!! I used fat joes by referral by friends and family. The keema curry was nothing but the taste of ginger it was disgusting!!!🤢 I didn’t even want to get fobed off with excuses!! Never again!! Beware when ordering!!!

Avoid misses the food off ur order then trys to blame you even though on recipt won't refund but sends ur missing food 45 min later manager is rude avoid avoid no help to busy answering phone y ur co planning rude

We are staying in Yorkshire for 3 days so don’t know the area. Went off reviews on JustEat. They found us as we were staying in the middle of nowhere. The chips were a bit soggy, our burgers were fine but nothing special. Probably wouldn’t come again

Food took over an hour to arrive. When i called up to ask how long it would be the operator was very rude. When food turnt up all burgers were burnt including the kids burger. The chips were soggy. The pizza was like a morrisons frozen savers pizza. Absolutely disgusting. A couple years back the food was good. I dont know what's happened since then but i do not recommend anymore.

Chicken nuggets dry cardboard, what else can I say, staff were welcoming though, but they need to stop serving people week old food, balti was okay at best, but no not got much to say about this place. Had a pizza from here a while ago it was swimming in grease I would love to show you but I don't want to waste money

everything was really nice apart from the chicken Tikka biryani. It tasted like a different chef made it and was too hot and very greasy. The rest of the food was lovely as always.
