Ordered last week - spent £30. Food arrived within 20 mins which was a pleasant surprise but then I realised why. It was clearly microwaved or just left from the night before cos it definitely wasn’t just cooked. Was Luke warm , dry and all round a disgusting meal that ended up in the bin. Also specified no prawns in the vermicelli which the lady confirmed over the phone and yet it still had prawns in it . Likely tried to pick them out of the batch they made last night and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I rarely write reviews but this was literally disgusting service and food and ignorance on their part. Won’t be ordering here again .

Placed an order on just eat at 7:30pm, delivery states 8:10-8:30. No updated from them, called the restaurant to be told another half an hour! 9pm comes still no food, apparently still showing 8:10-8:30! At 9:10pm it changed to say 9:20pm, still no food asked just eat for a refund. Called again at 9:30 and said this is unacceptable and I would like a refund, just as the driver arrived who was rude and said well it's nothing to do with me! I get that you can be busy but you haven't updated me once I have had to chase you which is not great when I have spent £37. Won't be using again

Ordered on Just Eat, 30 minutes late and still waiting. The app says 'enjoy your meal' and asks for feedback. Phoned up twice and just got a stock 'its on its way'. For a £40 order, I'm disappointed. This was after a pre-order, numbered no.3. Just Eat should have more truthful reporting and better detail on the driver's pick up and set off times

First time ordering from here. Unfortunately the order was an hour late. I rang the restaurant twice and was told the delivery driver had issues with the vehicle. Was worried food would be cold but it wasn’t and in the main it was quite nice food.

I pre ordered so why late? hardly any gravy as tgere used to be! and the chips were very hard. chicken chow mein with noodles lovely.

Good quality food. Every dish I have tried does not disappoint. Driver very friendly and courteous too and it was hot when it arrived. Thank you once again.

Amazing to see Lins back on just eat. they were our ultimate favourite and still have the amazing quality. salt and pepper box is quality, salt and pepper done right. all food is really hot and decent quality. if I could eat Chinese everyday this is where I would go,

First time ordering from here and you have found a new customer, I was concerned being a little bit far away it might not be hot when it arrived but I needn't have worried it was piping hot, the food was delicious 😋 the nicest Chinese I have had for a long time.

We had the Beef and Mushroom Dish which was delicious. The Beef was really tasty and tender and the mushrooms and vegetables were fresh and well cooked too. A big thumbs up and thanks to the Chef. I want to mention the delivery driver too who was very polite and friendly and who had taken care in delivering the food. Appreciated all round!!!!!!!!! Thanks.

I wanted my delivery at 5.30 I got my food at 5.05pm and was little cold and dry I order this nearly every week but I most say I have to stop due to lack of consistency. food tasted dry and old like it was reheated from yesterday

Nice food but order over £30 so shouldn’t be charged for prawn crackers

The food is absolutely great from here. Only one criticism from me is, you can't do omelettes very well. an omelette should be nicely folded, with a side of peas. Everytime I order omelette from you guys it looks like its been mashed up and thrown into a box. I love the food, this is my only negative.

Always ordered off this restaurant lovely food , until tonight ordered my food was told the price then 10 mins later got a rude delivery man on the phone saying the price as changed, his reply was do u still want your food very aggressively!!!!! Un acceptable manner , disgusting will never order again from here again because of his attitude

I ordered at 20:10 and didn’t get my food until 21:50.. Even then I had to go outside and collect the luke warm soggy box from the driver myself.. The food.. Iv had worse but then again Iv had a lot better too.. All in all it was disappointing and I won’t be bothering again..

Been using Lin’s for 3 years now and have always had great food and service. I ordered what I usually get to be very disappointed in the portions I got for the price I paid, the salt and pepper chips especially at £4.40 they wouldn’t have done a small child let alone an adult. Plus no prawn crackers and I spent £17 More then I have done in the past and got them. Looks like I’m looking for a new Chinese now. Very disappointed!!!!

Got a takeaway from here chips were old and dry, mini sping rolls were like biting into rubber, the battered sweet and sour chicken ball meal all came in a tray so the chicken was soggy as well as like chewing an old boot and the honey chilli chicken just taste like peppers. Good thing is order came early so wasn't waiting too long for the disappointment

We moved home, and our old Chinese would not deliver to our new address. So we thought we would try Lin's. I'm so glad we did because the food is very nice and they are all very friendly. Really enjoy the salt and pepper spare ribs 10/10.

Used to order from here often whenever we wanted Chinese takeaway. The chicken fried rice was quite bland, barely any peas and no Spring onions, which used to be what I loved about their chicken fried rice. No longer do many Sauces. My go to was black bean and garlic which is now absent on the menu. My partner ordered the chicken in honey and black pepper sauce, and some bao buns, and said they didn't have much of a taste either. The menu is alot bigger with more items than it previously was, packaging was standard and the food was warm when delivered. I've read that its under new management, and unfortunately will be looking for another Chinese takeaway for future orders, as it's just not to my liking anymore.

Prices have gone up, but the food quality and quantity have definitely gone down in my opinion. No more prawn crackers. Also noticed that the printed receipt was for a lesser amount than they actually charged me. Will be looking for a new Chinese takeaway.

theyve changed owners, have a massively expanded menu but the food isnt of the same standard. free spring rolls replaced with fortune cookies, salt and pepper chicken was stodgy and chewy instead of being crispy and light. prawn crackers are oily. The duck was nice but cut too thick and not trimmed well. sauces were nice. chicken dish was again not trimmed well and was made up of way too many onions. frice rice is ok but too much nut oil. chips were ok. the menu has been significantly expanded and now includes thai and japanese items which made finding our favorites difficult. a lot of the menu appears to be now battered... but based on tonights offering, not done well. the delivery guy was very pleasant and confirmed a change of ownership and asked us to provide feedback which we're doing here. long story short we'll be on the hunt for a new chinese as based on tonights meal is now down amongst the others in the discard pile.this is a sad state of affiars as it took us 7 years to find lins in the first place which we enjoyed due to the food being consistently excellent even during their busy times.

I always order Chinese from here and was shocked to hear that prawn crackers require a £18 spend due to NEW MANAGEMENT. I went to collect my order today and they do not take card payment (they failed to tell me this on the phone). I had to pay online and I was charged a fee as if it was a delivery! When I mentioned this at the takeaway, which by the way is NOT under new management, they were not bothered. Rude chef.

This place is definitely a new favourite for my family, I read a bunch of reviews that gave it a 1 star saying the food was bad, it was too expensive etc etc and honestly, I really don’t know what they were talking about The food is absolutely delicious and for £7.20 I got a decently sized container with 2 chicken fillets, covered in curry sauce and filled with rice; the prices definitely don’t match the portion sizes, and I mean that in a positive aspect; they went above and beyond The 1 con I’d give this restaurant is the name, it says “Chinese takeaway” but they also have Japanese cuisine, Korean, Thai etc. But other than that 1 minor detail, I 100% recommend this restaurant Oh also the presentation is immaculate, coming in big round tubs all together rather than flimsy plastic boxes that everywhere else uses

Never really a bad meal but recently on 2 occasions the ribs have been disgraceful, no meat on them, bone and knuckles and very dry if they have supplied they need to change back as very disappointing will be using elsewhere in future

We tried lins tonight as our two other's we're closed. My wife is Chinese and we are shocked at how bad it was. So much msg thrown in a pan it was uneatable. Rock hard salt and pepper chicken and terrible vegetable dishes Never again

Love this place. Pop in regularly so can't comment on delivery. Always order the same thing - Tofu Satay, seaweed, chips, and occasionally prawn toast. Without a doubt the best Chinese in Bradford. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The chips are the BEST, and very generous portions. The tofu satay is fabulous. The prawn toast varies in quality - occasionally over cooked, but always tasty. Always polite and knowledgeable, and always willing to help when I ask randomly for Chinese transcript in the posters on site to be translated! Highly recommend.

Take away is descracefull with the way they ttreat their customors i have a recording of my partner and heard my partner order 2 of each item we orderred and yet we only get 2 when we have proof their curry sauce tastes exactly like petrol mixed with thinners this place needs closong down

My daughter spent her birthday money on food for the family we thought it was lovely. But then the food arrived the salt n pepper chicken was chewy and very dry and the shredded beef was even worse struggled to even find beef within the batter. We are thoughrely disappointed and will never order here again.

One thing I can say the delivery driver was wonderful and even gave us a free new year calendar.... Now were to start let's be honest home cooked food is better. I ordered a chicken chow mein with noodles now its ment to be with sauce I have no idea were that went the noodles tasted like noodles no taste to it at all. Chilli chicken and noodles was probably the best but all there was just spice didnt taste much garlic. Chicken balls were great no excess batter so very good spring rolls avarage. Food was hot and edible just no flavour that's all. Wont order again but cannot knock the service.

Last three orders we've had have either been wrong, very late or in this last case a miscommunication and wasn't right (wrong food sent). But when i rang back up to inform them they said another 45min to wait for a replacement . I've been more than fair and given them another chance but I doubt I'll be using them again after this last meal.

Unfortunately I had to ring them back today after being a valued customer, I found a hair in my curry, they wanted the food back and the hair???? And only gave me half my money back. It's a shame really as it's a pretty good takeaway but it's safe to say I won't be ordering from here again.
