KFC in Leeds

We are an old age couple not used to computers and the store manager Saeed took time to help us with our order and made sure we received what we ordered with excellent customer service.

no drinks as what we choose was unavailable but no replacement food was cold unfriendly delivery driver

It's a McDonald's, can't go wrong.

Been ordering from this place on and off since 2018. It used to be a favourite takeout place for me and the food was always amazing. I'm not sure what has happened to this place but the most recent order was horrendous. All the food was cold. The hotdog was undercooked. The burger was bland and poorly packaged. The bacon galore fries (usually my favourite thing from this place) were overcooked and the bacon looked and tasted like it was reheated. It's really a shame because the food used to be amazing but I won't be ordering from here again.
