Came here for the first time. I asked for two pieces of chicken, only to be rudely told that they did not have any! KFC does not have chicken pieces?? Never again!

Went on the way back from Lego land. A very indecisive family we’re helped by some extremely helpful staff. The food was hot and fresh and we were poked after brilliantly. It’s more of a take away but does have like 10-12 covers. We ate in as we had a long drive home. All of the staff 2 lads with glasses and a lady were very helpful. They made it really easy for us and their recommendations suited us perfectly. Thanks

The food was absolutely disgusting. It was cold It did not taste anything like what KFC was supposed to taste like The chips were Very Very Small cold and horrible and the bread was stale. The service was less than friendly. The girl behind the counter that served me was as miserable as could be possible. No. smile, no reaction. If I was working there, I think I would have been the same as well. A very unpleasant experience. I certainly would not recommend it.

Visited this place during our family visit to Windsor Castle. I have seen a lot of negative comments but for us is Perfect. No problem at all

Total con. I ordered delivery through uber eats and it arrived quickly but that is where the good ends. I ordered 6 pc sharing bucket, got 4 legs, one tiny wing and one small thigh. In addition 2 of the legs were stone cold. How can that be right or don't KFC even do breast any more. NEVER order from here unless you pick up or eat in. They obviously dish out the cheap or old stuff for deliveries as they assume there will be no come back. Disgrace

This KFC is the worst. There is always something to complain about. Awful chips, under cooked chicken, items missing etc I have twice complained to head office and they gave me refund vouchers. Avoid!

On trying this new store was with out doubt the worst choice the Chicken Bacon was the worst I have ever come across the bun was so stale hard and dry the chicken was small dry and hard and the bacon burnt and hard ang good luck trying to find the Lettuce and the cheese was grey A staff member must of seen me taking photos of my order and come out and ask me if my meal was OK I told him it was disgusting and no editable he said OK and walk off back into the kitchen and never come back I threw most of it in the bin worst food and service

Just stood waiting for somebody to acknowledge me, terrible service. Would rather spend my money somewhere else.

I have order from here on deliveroo, uber eats and in branch and every time something is missing. last 2 times the pineapple sticks in my sons kids meal, I went into branch and even asked to make sure. When I got home not there. I won’t be going here again. The staff are working hard but have no customer service training, all too busy having a chat about last night beers than the guests

The chicken was soggy and old. I think it had been lying around for a day or two. Absolutely the worst KFC I have ever had! Staff not wearing masks despite current guidelines. Really disappointed

Customer service was amazing, staff were very friendly they helped me out as I was having trouble reading the menu. Food was on a different level, I BLOODY LOVE YOUR CHICKEN, MHMM TASTY!!!!!! I will be coming back for sure. #windsorkfcrules

My husband visited Windsor kfc Windsor road, came from Maidenhead as was dispointed before with our Maidenhead one, we had a bargain bucket 10 piece, only to find just 2 portions of chips not the usual 4. Phoned shop to complain and got cut off twice, was told phones were playing up,too far to go back,just wanted to make them aware of missing portions,after reading reports seems it happens quite often.

Thought my kids and I would try uber eats with kfc windsor. Never again. The food was cold and not what we ordered. Rang the windsor branch and although it was obviously their fault REFUSED to help me. Obviously kfc gave no regard for quality and staff should be sacked both of them. Why give a tip?

Ordered with Deliveroo. Took 1 hour to arrive when the estimated arrival time when I ordered was 25 minutes. Food was stone cold, greasy and fries were rock hard. Called them up and they said ring Deliveroo for a refund. I asked for refund from Deliveroo but they could only give me credit on my account (not the end of the world, but still annoying). What I really don’t understand though is how it’s Deliveroo’s fault that the food was in that poor condition? I watched on the live map as the Deliveroo driver picked up the food from KFC and drove it to my door, that took 10 minutes. The food had to have already been stone cold when the driver had picked it up! I’ve ordered from here before and it was terrible then too, stupid me for giving them a second chance! This place needs to be shut down ASAP or taken over by new management!!!

Decided to have bargain bucket today, called them and asked about offer and been told yes we do it. Drove there and been told that only drive thru open, we can't eat in ( we were going to have take away and not eat in anyway). Ordered...came to the window to pay...and been told that it's full price because restaurant closed!!! Keep your chicken then!!!Can you make sure you put that on your website and app so people know about that! Will never go back there😡

Attended today and got 3 box meals all of them was Overcooked dry and most of the order was wrong but couldn’t do anything as was home!

I had a burger with some chicken, bacon and cheese it didn't smell nice I had a bite and it was awful. For sure it wasn't fresh. Chips were brown and definitely uneatable. I wasted my money and time.

woman on front desk can not even speak fluently take so long to refund non chicken pieces or chicken wings ready everything horrible never come again.

Really poor. Very rude staff and the pieces of chicken are the size of wings... they were so small the party bucket was half empty. AVOID

The new KFC fries are awful, soggy and tasteless or what taste they do have is appalling. The old ones were not always the best but that was generally due to being kept warm rather than freshly cooked.

Very poor service, I ordered a large popcorn meal and 4 boneless fillets got home, small popcorn meal and only 3 fillets but I paid for large and 4

He ordenado desde aquí dos veces usando Deliveroo y ha sido lo mismo. El filete de pollo deshuesado y las hamburguesas parecen estar bien, sin embargo, el pollo al hueso es absolutamente asqueroso. No estoy seguro exactamente de qué se trata ese pollo, pero huele y sabe asqueroso, lo suficientemente fuerte como para hacer que te enfermes, ¿posiblemente un pollo desactualizado? El pollo en el hueso también está empapado y mojado debido a que gotea grasa.De todos modos, llamé a KFC cuando ocurrió la segunda vez y les conté sobre el mal sabor y el mal olor, y les aconsejé que necesiten pollo de mejor calidad o posiblemente que cambien su aceite. El hombre del teléfono se disculpó y dijo: "Le haremos saber al conductor de Deliveroo". Le respondí diciendo: "¿Qué tiene que ver exactamente con el conductor de Deliveroo? Él no cocinó el pollo, ¿qué va a resolver?" y siguió pidiendo disculpas y repetía que le avisaría al conductor de Deliveroo. Pollo sucio y personal despistado.

Average food at average prices. Not bad although could be hotter was just warm when we were given it, seems as we ate straight away. I didn’t like how they were handling food without gloves or hand washing.

Well what can you say? It is a KFC with all the usual items so no problems there. Just recently they have started delivering via Deliveroo which you would think is a great addition. However they charge considerably more for their food if you use the Deliveroo service. This is on top of the £2.50 delivery charge from Deliveroo and seems very unfair. Personally we have stopped ordering from them because there are many other food outlets accessible through Deliveroo which do not charge any more for the food if ordered in this way.

Hello. From the moment I got in took me only a few minutes to place my order,the service was good. The food was good to.

On weekends the queue can get very long. Fast food with great taste and will leave you wanting more. Can be very unhealthy, so I wouldn’t go if you are on a diet. Nice range of chicken meals, drinks and desserts.

El servicio estaba bien. El equipo parecía un poco ocupado y desinteresado. Parece normal para KFC, a diferencia de McDonald's, donde el personal es amigable.

went into the kfc and was really dissapointed. the chicken pieces were dripping in grease. it was auwful

I normally go to kfc with dread but I was very surprised by the service and well cooked food at this branch. Congrats to all the staff for restoring my faith in this brand

4 niños hambrientos estaban felices de parar aquí durante nuestra estadía en Windsor. El personal fue muy amigable. La comida se cayó al suelo (se rompió el papel), el personal hizo un cubo de pollo fresco sin que nosotros tengamos que preguntar. Muy cortés. ¡Gracias! La parte del restaurante estaba muy limpia, pero elegimos la opción llevar. La comida estaba caliente y deliciosa.

Siendo este mi KFC local, he estado aquí varias veces y honestamente diría que es al azar. A menudo las papas fritas son frías y el pollo no sabe bien. Hace unas semanas pedí una sucia luisiana y me dijeron que ya no la servían a pesar de que se publicitaban en Windsor. ¡Una persona que estaba esperando comida mencionó que lo había ordenado! Lo mencionó a KFC y aparentemente la empleada en cuestión será recapacitada. Pedimos una fiesta familiar esta noche y de nuevo la comida estaba fría y el pollo no estaba cocinado correctamente y era rosa dentro ver fotos adjuntas. No tengo ganas de los gritos fritos de Kentucky en la mañana. Espero tener suficiente rollo de pantano.

20-30mins service... no choice of chicken pieces... told to take what given or leave... parking is poor.. always mess on tables and sometimes floor

A small KFC just outside of windsor which does a good job at serving the local community. Wait times can sometimes be long when busy but the restaurant copes well.

how many times do they warm up the chips? and do they change the oil? second time i take from here but will be the last.

Fresh food but generally slow service. The seating area is more frequently full of crumbs and rubbish left from previous guests I enjoyed the good the back looks clean I just don't eat in

No entiendo cómo la gente puede calificar este KFC como terrible! Fuimos en nuestro camino a casa de Legoland y el personal encantador y servicial, todas las áreas estaban impecablemente limpias y la comida era deliciosa, fresca y caliente. No me puedo quejar del lugar!

Talking to the employees was like talking to a brick wall one employee called Alex was useless and was just standing around clearly getting on the nerves of other staff gravy was dirty and watery nothing like other KFC'S gravy will not be returning chicken was poor just to top it off gives KFC a bad name...

Dead worth road Windsor Got kfc home chips cold and sockey , chicken crease and Luke warm ,no wipes or serverets , no salt or pepper no sauces , the only hot thing were the hot wings.I doubt if l will bother again ,as this was not the first time it has been like this.

Needed a quick bite to eat so popped in here. Really wish I hadn't bothered as nowhere near the standards I would expect for KFC even if it is a fast food outlet. Service was disinterested at best and it was left to me to locate the condiments. Whilst the food arrived quickly I was very disappointed with the quality. Fries were at best lukewarm and tasteless. The mighty bucket for one is supposed to have two fillets according to the menu not one. The two pieces of chicken were soggy and had little chicken to them. The Pepsi was flat and tasted like liquid syrup however the hot wings were ok but I didn't complain as I really didn't want to subject myself to more if this was the benchmark. I won't be going back.

This place has poor service , usually 1 person serving during busy times . We have often had items missing from the takeaway order, probably because the person serving is so busy running around. so word of warning try and keep lookout when they prepare the order . Chicken greasy so could do with improvements

Not enough staff, sloppy cooking, dirty restaurant and very very slow service..This place needs sorting as it is the worst KFC I have ever visited.Management need to support the staff they have and understand how bad this restaurant is.At 5.30pm, one member of staff to serve cook and pack the food is unacceptable.KFC: you can do so much better, please invest in this restaurant and do what you do all over the world.One trip-advisor point is to much for my experience tonight.Shocking, simply shocking.Kind regards,A customer..

Only one server on at 7pm on a weekday evening when late home and dinner had gone cold. There were several people in the queue, excessive noise from a dozen or so teenagers (all of which had nothing to eat or drink but were merely 'hanging out' and the manager on duty seemed to scared to move them on), half the people checked their orders before leaving and they were wrong, the food was very greasy unlike so branches I have visited before and no sauces offered or on show either. Overall I wish I had starved that evening!

Do not go here. I have been there times and every time the chicken has gone off. So many others have the same problem. The manager doesn't care and will not offer a refund. Go to slough! Its that bad.

Food good, but so far every time we have placed our order we have got home and it has had a wrong item or missed out item!

Amo o frango no balde. Uma delícia. Ótimo ambiente. Requintado e tranquilo. Atendimento muito bom também.
