Kfc in Huntingdonshire

I liked that the price of the mighty bucket for one was £2 than I last paid. That said, the screen said that my food when it was ready when it was not ready - they were all like that. It must appear in the stats that they are dishing it out in no time, when this is not the case. The tables in the middle were dirty. As KFC goes these days, this food was towards the better end of the range.

We decided to stay in and have a KFC for our anniversary meal. What a mistake no rice bowls no fries very few choices as to what you can actually get! Couldn’t even do mayonnaise right and the coleslaw was bone dry so not great if I could give less than 1 star I would. Only 1 job to do and they couldn’t even do that!?

I'm reviewing a wicked variety bucket 10 pcs that used to cost 18.99 now 25.99 if ordered thru the foodie apps, so there goes 13% inflation on that one. The chicken pieces are soaked in oil, that's how the last 3 orders were at least. Out of 10 pieces that used to be a variety of thighs, breast or legs, now at least 6 of them were those funny cuts with wings and bit of breast. Overall good taste when not soaked and when hot, unaffordable for my pocket as they defo not worth the money anymore. And the drivers tend to pick up 2,3 orders at a time therefore 2nd and 3rd drop will get the food cold. U do the maths.... but whatever result u will get to, will be greater than 13% inflation rate. I'm sorry but I'm not the one paying all the middlemen anymore.

We stopped off for lunch on a journey using the compensation voucher from complaining about a London branch which does not appear to be listed on Trip Advisor. It took two staff to get the code to work and then a phone call by the second when the code thought that it had been applied but the till had not changed the amount. They were a good team and they stuck with it. We got our free fried chicken in the end. It was KFC. It was lovely.

We called in for lunch on the way home, looking forward to a nice lunch. We were not lucky. The girl serving us missed off our drinks and then practically threw them at us...and although the Zinger wrap was adequate, the chips were stone cold. We were too scared to take them back...probably her aim. We couldn't even give feedback on this horrible experience because the order machine didn't give us a ticket so we couldn't select a store number! Avoid at all costs. 😖

Well popped in for a quick bite no body behind the counter wearing face masks one person even touched there hair and didn't even go and clean them. I and as for the food chicked like it had been stood for ages gravy like water chips stone cold and asked for some salt and it was as if I had asked for gold there is plenty more in the services avoid kfc

Terrible service from this KFC, the cashier doesn’t know how to interact with people or even smile! Only after I left did I realise I’d not been given a receipt, so will not be able to claim this as a works lunch! No wipe given either or salt for the chips. There’s other places to eat in the services here, I’d use them rather than this branch again!

This was the worst KFC meal I have ever had. (Although it was what I ordered which can be a plus). Suspect that menu changes have simply stopped KFC being what is was and tried to make it modern. Unpleasant chips, and really heavy lumpy coating on fillets, pieces and wings. Gravy lacked any chicken flavour and having no napkins did little to make eating sensible.

Staff were so rude it’s unbelievable. All we asked for was a mocha and with no eye contact or apology, we were blatantly told that they only had black or white coffee. We would have been way more forgiving if we were told nicely.

After a 330 miles trip to Liverpool and Manchester I missed the burger king on the A1 and ended up at Peterborough services. McD was busy so opted for KFC. Threw most away as chicken was cold and bordering on coming back to life. Chips were just about warm. Pepsi wasn't bad which is the best part (and only fully finished part of the meal). Staff are uninterested and seem more interested what is going on around the other parts of the other areas of the service area than what is going on in front of them. Please think before you buy. I love KFC but this was the worst in 40 years.

Very little food available for the past few visits,expect it to have changed when I go back but nope. Very disappointed

Limited time stop, so we just wanted something quick to eat. I had the Mighty Bucket which I thought was good value and certainly filled the gap.

limited time stop on our coach tour. Menu is not a full KFC menu so dont expect this, you only have a couple of options. same priced as a full standard KFC though.... Ordered and food received within 5 minutes. Had a boneless banquet, which was fine. nothing special and service wasn't anything special, typical fast food in a very busy service station.

Popped in last night during the snow. It was freezing out and noticed how cold it was inside too. The ceiling vents were blowing out cold air which made it feel like we were standing inside a fridge. They seemed to be short handed as all the condiments had run out and there were people's left overs and wrappers on many of the tables/counters. We ordered our food, don't think I could have braved a milkshake in the circumstances but didn't have the option as all the machines were out of order! We debated about eating in the car to warm up, but decided to stay there to eat as I didn't fancy dashing to the car through the snow. It was only marginally warmer inside though so was a huge relief to get back into the car. When asked about the temperature, the staff shrugged. I admire their commitment as I would be unable to work all night in those temperatures. Would like to visit again as the food was tasty but not worth the frostbite lol.

Always used to look foreword to a KFC but this experience has put me off. Staff were inattentive, food very greasy, do not intend to return.

stopped on a Sunday afternoon whilst travelling to York. staff are ok and took order quickly. ordered a 2 piece meal and asked for orange Fanta drink. This was taken from the fridge in a bottle and was luke warm ( not surprising as the door was open!) the food was to the usual expected quality for a KFC. In future I will avoid the drink and use elsewhere!

Quick service, tasty food and well priced. All that was missing was a smile from the guy behind the counter.

Área de servicio normal, pero si es KFC el más alto de la zona de servicio creado por el Grupo extra o un mejor KFC, la experiencia aquí es sin duda mejor que la norma.

Un par de nosotros estuvimos en estos servicios para una comida rápida. Pedimos grandes comidas y el chico nos dio sólo dos servilleta s. Teníamos que volver a conseguir otra dos. La comida es en el peldaño de CALIDAD KFC. En ser pidió más pañuelos, el muchacho llamado Riz dijo que ya me 4! ! !

Food was hot and order was correct. Quite greasy however that is to be expected really from KFC didn't have to wait too long either.

Experiencia en centro de servicio de la autopista. Funcional, pero en definitiva bastante unfulfilling. Llegamos en condiciones monótonas lluviosa y no era el "centro complementados con". Sirve un propósito, pero eso es todo.

Odio pagar los precios de los servicios de la autopista, pero en comparación con Burger king KFC es una ganga. Ambos optaron por la comida fuerte Big Daddy, y no nos podemos quejar en absoluto - sabrosa hamburguesa de pollo, patatas fritas, bañera de col...

Justo al salir del hospital y me apetecía KFC con la familia, bien comida sabrosa y caliente y el servicio era rápido y volveremos muy pronto como el Kentucky Fried Chicken en Peterborough es inconsistente London Road y sobre todo el año en un 15

Al haber estado aquí varias veces antes de encontrar nos decepcionó tonto meneando nos fuera de un trozo de pollo ( quizás alguien sólo tiene 9 dedos y aprobado para ayudar con el escrutinio). El pollo estaba super grasienta y patatas fritas tibio. No es bueno.

Sempre uma boa pedida para quem come bem e quer excelente custo benefício, cardápio bastante variado, com bom atendimento.

Visited whilst on a return journey from the Christmas markets in Luxembourg, trier and Metz. We had only a limited time here due to drivers hours but neede something hot. The service was very good. Was quick and efficient and the food was hot and tasty. Just what was needed to see us through on our journey home

When you eat KFC you generally know what you will get, however they are constantly trying to slip in new things, latest is Rice, it will probably go the way of the pulled meat!

Elderly mother loves Kentucky. Staff are always efficient but never time to smile!! Food with us within 10 mins. Always the same. Perhaps the time has come to have a little more time to engage with the public.. Visit every week.

It's very consistent, no matter where you are you know what you're going to get and its good! Perfect spot this on the motorway, busy but never too packed. No ice was a shame though

Had a meal and unfortunately it made me ill for nearly 3 days. Shame as most kfc stores are fantastic

The KFC at the Peterborough Extra Services.Busy as it was the friday at the end of the school holiday.Service was quick and the food fresh.No problem finding seats.

Visited on a return journey from the Christmas markets in Belgium. Due to traffic holdups we were not given much time and so tried the KFC. It was a good decision. The staff were very friendly and helpful offering advice where needed. The service was very quick and the food was hot when we received it. The portions were more than ample and the prices very reasonable at under £15 for three people

Super recomendo após a balada, até mesmo após as compras. Recomendo o frango frito apimentado... é simplesmente fantástico.
