Kfc in Chesterfield

Tis a grim KFC. Friers weren't working when we went so no fried chicken!

Missing items AGAIN from delivery order. Useless isnt the word for this KFC

Arrived yesterday to order food for takeaway yesterday 10 mins before closing. I was met by two very kind and polite employees called Chloe and Vonnie which which displayed great customer service! Thank you to both of them for being so kind and efficient.

The last 2 times I've ordered from here the food has arrived cold and the wrong order. Reoccurring theme here with the other one in Chesterfield.

Probably the worst kfc, me and my partner have ever eaten, every thing was cold, chips were soggy and horrible, my girlfriend had a chicken burger, and the chicken looked like it had been driven over buy a artic, then fried for 5 hours , it was horrendous!! Oh and my chicken burger was dry and stone cold, never ever will I use this kfc, total was of 17 quid !!!

Been out with a mate and fancied KFC. Stopped at West Bars. An eternity to get served to the point that the lass who came in the shop waited around 5 minutes herself before she just left. She hadn't been acknowledged at all by the staff! Poor, poor, poor! And although out chicken was piping hot, the chips were stone cold. I could have and in fact will call in at the KFC adjacent to Tesco's next time I might fancy some. This really was appalling.

Gemma was very accommodating and made the experience lovely. I would recommend over the other kfc in Chesterfield.

Absolutely couldn't get any better then staff at kfc west bars if you treat them right. Absolute legends ,so funny and helpful .The food is amazing .What more could you want .

Ordered though just eat many of time and there is always items missing and my recent order was completely wrong to the point I couldn't eat it, I rang the restaurant over 20 times and when I finally got to speak to someone (over email because theres actually no way to speak to a person) he said he new I'd been calling for a while and he also told me it's not his problem and to contact just eat. To say how expensive kfc is when your feeding 3 and NEVER have I had a order and everything I ordered be in it there's ALWAYS items missing or the items were wrong. Just Eat said they would contact me with in 24 hrs to give me a refund but 8 days later I got a email saying there investigation is closed and I will not be getting my refund...I argued it for days so they said they would give me credit of £6.50 to my just eat Account when my order was over £30 I told them I'll never use them again including KFC and I've deleted my account with them and they said well we can only credit you on your just eat account and not send you the money back.....it has been a nightmare and I'm still walking away with no refund.......don't waste your money guys

I adore this kfc, infact I like it better than my own house I love love love the little cashier up front who works Fridays never ever have got an order wrong and the food is so scrummy yummy in my tummy I could go there for the same meal (boneless meal) for breakfast, dinner, lunch, supper and desert. Someone who I know very well called Rhys silcock- yes that’s his name- can eat a whole party bucket in 30 seconds I’ve watched it. Love you kfc xx

The staff are all amazing Could no be anymore helpful if they tried, always a smile and a hello no matter how busy they are I would recommend west bars just for the friendly helpful staff And in all the years we have been going I can honestly stay they have never got my order wrong or forgot to put condiments in even when I haven’t asked 100%

Wow just wow ordered my food on just eat what arrived was someone else's order a lady by the name of Beth (who must of loved the order I paid for ) to then be told to return my food to the store .....rather frustrated I did tk be met by a horrid troll of a thing saying it was a manager ..when asked if I could have the trolls name it refused as did the rest of the staff ...thanks guys oh also had to go to just eat for a refund on my delivered not delivered not returned food it's known locally that this kfc branch Is pants ...just don't bother unless your going in person delivery service is absolutely sub par as well as the staff......jokes

Polite friendly staff even helped me to car with order

Great service and great food as usual. 5 star for the place, food and employees but finding a parking space for your car can be a pain so needs planning if you do decide to drive there. It's only a small premises though and slightly outside the town centre so most of the people that go there are on foot.

Very nice staff. Just for a slight delay they were very apologetic, and gave me so much free food.

Food nice but wrong order given

Everytime weve had a delivery from here or collected the chicken has been as dry as a nuns chuff. All small peices which taste like theyve been there all day. Would rather go to the one near the footy ground

Amazing staff great food. Drive through lockorford Lane refused to accept 2 4 1 offer so called these guys and couldn't be more helpful

Food is good and usually freshly cooked, staff are always friendly

KFC is one of my favourite fast food brands.

Haven't had KFC for ages went fetch family bucket not again chips horrible chicken its a though they cooked it at 11 am I went in 310 just armed up over cooked

I bought a bargain bucket, everything looked cooked but 1hr later we were stuck on the toilet. I think some of the staff aren't washing their hands, I'll never buy from there again.

No parking, tiny place, long waiting even if you order online. Staff is not attentive usually complaining of workload.

Great little kfc, lovely food, quick service, happy staff and very clean. Also the perfect distance for me to work to from work if I fancy. 10/10

I ordered many times from KFC, chesterfield through Uber eats. Most of the time 1 or 2 whole meals are missing, every-time I submitted complaint and they refunded it. And for the first time I got nothing when I claimed for refund. 1 or 2 times is ok to have mistake, so atleast check the order before you are handing over to the Uber staff. Thanks

Staff are pleasant an the store is clean. Sometimes abit of a wait as it is only a small store. But its definitely worth the wait, as the food is always hot. Far better then the other kfc in the area

Friendly staff. Fast service. The chicken from here is particularly flavoursome.

Ordered a 3 piece bucket for 1 and asked if I could swap the drink for a gravy which they did. When I got home and removed my order from the bag all I had was a pot of gravy and no chicken or fries .My friends order was complete. I visited again a week later and mentioned it but it fell on deaf ears. Don't know if I will go again.

Just ordered from here on uber eats, not happy at all with the state of the food. Had the 4pc colonel’s meal. 2 pieces were overcooked and the other 2 were undercooked and definitely not safe to eat. The chips were fine however they were quite cold on arrival (but that was uber eats fault as they went through 3 drivers before I got the food.) Overall not impressed and won’t be ordering from here again, will be recommending family and friends not to as well.

This place makes the drive through near Tesco look like a slum, the food is always hot and cooked fresh when I ask, never a problem for them to do it, where as you go to the drive through And it’s hard as rock , bravo to you for keeping the customers coming here

Unfortunately no one seems to be able to read. Second time ordering and dips/gravy has been forgotten. Useless.

My order is still not delivered from 6.15pm its now 7.30pm

Great service. Staff at this KFC are friendly, efficient and accomodating. Food is always hot. Coating on chicken is lovely and crispy 😋.

Yum yum in my tum. Mash is good. Don't have there gravy ever its yuk . Chickens yummy could do with a bit more stuffing in recipe though.

Pretty good to be fair. If you want KFC, this is the one to go to. The one by big Tesco are useless!

Food was spot on but the air conditioning was broken and those poor people was forced to work in the extreme temperatures, must have been 50 degrees in there , get your air conditioning fixed asap

I had a vegan burger and the edges were hard. I never feel safe in the branch as it is a haunt for drug and alcohol addicts. Staff were nice. I think the branch needs moving away from Westbars.

Long wait for food. Burger bun not defrosted. Staff rude when returned inedible food. All round terrible.

This KFC is the best .much faster then the rest .sutton in Ashfield is the slowest staff at small KFC Chesterfield very polite

Service was a bit slow and chicken was greasy.

I love a KFC but they are off their game at the moment. The food was mediocre at best. Chicken was dry, food was luke warm, bread was not great. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not familiar with the menu, so when you aren't sure what you want its difficult when the staff can't advise I any way. Also they had some stupid rules around the menu. Initially we only wanted 10 pieces of boneless chicken, that was all. But we were told that was only available as a delivery not a collection? Why/how it makes a difference who takes it out the building and drives it to the destination is beyond me! So we had to have 8 burger things instead. Which was an absolute waste of bread as we didn't want it in the first place and couldn't eat it if we had wanted to. 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄😕🤦🏻‍♀️ We threw it out for the birds but it was quite thick/hard/generally not great, that was proven when 4 days later it was still on the garden floor. 😳😳🤦🏻‍♀️😳

Uber Eats lost our order (driver supplied with incomplete address) and gave our food away. Then the driver completely contradicted the Uber Eats Support response. Now fighting Uber Eats for a double charge for only one meal delivered.

Ordered through Uber eats half the food was missing bare in mind we spent nearly £70 in one order we rung them and told them we was missing at least half of it and all the meals ect. They blamed Uber eats then we call KFC back for them to tell us they have found the extra bag of food and just threw it away!! Fuming isn't the bloddy word!!!!

No seating, and not really any space to eat your food. But pleasant staff and good service.

Flat Pepsi so took it back.. replacement had flakes in it. Had to clean own table and tray was dripping in oil

KFC express is the best KFC in chesterfield. All the staff are great (former employees)

They literally cant get any orders right… we have ordered about 6 times now (by just eat and picking up bu ourselves) and every time there is either something missing or they have given us the wrong thing….

Shocking food old cold chicken ordered though uber eats as am disabled half of it missing and phone them to explain told me if I wasn't far to go in and get the missing bits explained I can't because am disabled not care in the world people really need to stop using them

Please be careful as this KFC has no toilet, the Mc Donald nearby has🥲

I placed a very simple order in the store 2 boneless boxes and 2 pot of there gravy and they couldn't even manage to get that right when i got home and opened bag there was only 1 pot of gravy and of course they managed to charge 4 everything that I asked for so so the only thing they got correct was the receipt

Ordered through just eat missing fries and drink from 2 meals and pieces were tiny, safe to say will not use again

Terrible just like the drive through. Items missing, what's wrong with the KFCS in Chesterfield. Stop employing kids! Does KFC only do drumsticks now? Last time I go to KFC.

What can be said. The chicken is renowned as the tastiest receipt around. Staff pleasant and occasionally help with getting best deal for order but also on a couple of occasions have missed an item out. Just check correct before you leave.

Fast & clean. Customers entered without masks and nothing was said. 5 star if they sorted that

This KFC never fails to disappoint, every time I go I regret it and promise my self to never go there again but with it being the only KFC near me I'm forced to use it whilst I'm having a KFC crave. Didn't que last night as the 11 cars weren't moving so I went inside instead, 20mins later I hadn't even had a acknowledgement that I was there and a I will be with you soon, Nothing!, guess what I walked out, I'm not having a 20min wait and no order, I went to West bars and they were so busy I had to wait 26mins for a 3pce boneless meal, so much for fast food, in total it took me 1hr 17mins and 2 kfc's to get my little order, never again!!!! 🤔

I had laryngitis when last visited and found staff looked at me as if I was an 'alien' rather than under the weather. Fries no more than luke warm. Why do I regularly get served cold fries? I'm fed up of having to take back and sometimes are not able to e.g. if I've already driven away or am in a hurry. Won't be going back anytime soon......

Ordered by umber, waited well over an hour. When the food came the gravy had spilled out and so had the popcorn it was a mess. The food was also cold, i would not recommend!!!!

Wrong order. Coca-Cola needs to be changed as it was basicly flat brown water. I would of drove back to complain but we was just passing through the area..

Its an ok place, would like to know why chips are always cold when you get them. They need to take a leaf out of McDonalds for serving hot food

Absolute joke. Just ordered a ten piece fillet bucket via Uber eats. There are 3 pieces missing. The other 7 pieces are about the size of my index finger!! £10 for 7 little burnt pieces of indelible chicken plus nearly £3 delivery... Never again. Given them to the dogs

Waited a hour for it and every uber eats or just eats driver kept getting their orders before me even thou I only orderd one small box meal.

Don't know whether it's just me, but they get less tasty each time I go. The herbs and spices seem to get less and less. Bland taste.

Every time and I mean every time they get the order wrong. Even using the code for free food as an apology for getting the last order wrong and they get the free order wrong. What s bunch of complete idiots that work there.

I don't know why I keep giving it another go!! 25 minutes waiting for 2 meals. Got home and parts of each meal were missing. Useless!! 👎👎 I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Never again!!

it is small so can not sit down and sometime do not have as much food on as over big kfc but still go if need in food.

We visited this fast food place (fast food thats a joke)I arrived 740 pm.got served 744 waited 26 mins for 3 meals Tried to get servers attention few times no joy eventually got his attention to ask how much Longer my food would be after 24 mins waiting was told waiting for food (buffalo bites) to be cooked I said if you told me there was this Much wait I would have changed my order to the answer I didn't serve you Total bunch of complete rubbish customer service assistants We eventually walked out with our food 26 mins later not happy at all
