KFC in North Lanarkshire

I give KFC 1 and a half bc it’s way to expensive I remember it used to be cheap but now it’s way to expensive for two people £20 some times a little bit over £20

Ordered a boneless box meal and a tower fillet burger meal with a side of fillets - after a 6 minute wait (long for a drive-through order) - the burger is missing. Didn't find out until I was 20 mins away in Hamilton. Do I have to assume incompetence and check every order I buy? I admit I write this in frustrated hunger, but come on - it's a simple thing to fill an order of food - don't hand it out until it's complete right?

All donkeys food is terrible cold over cooked and quesadilla are terrible avoid go some were decent!!!

Almost 100 precent of the time you go through the drive through they miss things out of your order that you have paid for. Today was gravy, superchsrger sauce and chicken popcorn but there is always something. How hard is it to read an order and not miss anything. Absolute mutants, will drive to Hamilton next time

52 minute wait from ordering to getting our food,rang and was told they were bagging our food then fella came out and shut drive threw.you g man come out apologised and said machine broke and we’re preparing fresh orders as the food would have been substandard.dont think they realised we were facing the window in our car and could see him doing very little.got order but when home afterwards we realised that it wasn’t ours but were too peeved off and hungry to return so just made do with what we had then to make matters worse found out from online newspaper that a member of staff had tested positive for covid the previous day.

The boy that served us today was absolutely superb and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Sorted.

well it's a KFC first alternative to McD's in the area busy and well run clean only draw back is the car-park exiting it please turn LEFT as the road is busy or park in the reatail park and walk a few minutes saves a lot of time

brought my son here for dinner yesterday after school everything was on time and piping hot would certainly be back here

I popped round the drive thru for a quick bite to eat. Pulled up asked for a box mealTold they’re nearly closing so dryers are turned off it’s just what’s left.It was 50 minutes off closing time actually! Unless their signs need updating. So I didn’t argue with the lady and said popcorn chicken and all the other things which were available without the fryer being on. I drive round collected my drink and paid and was told they would bring it round to me. I waited 10 minutes before it came. I had drunk my Pepsi without the straw and had to drive back round and get a fork for my beans and collect the missing items. The staff are lazy, rude and the food is dire.

Went in for a quick dinner the floor looked like it was moped last year. Asked for pepsi max and was told its comin out foamy n weird do you still want it errrrr no thanks. Partner went to toilet and had to dry her hands with paper towels from the floor before eating her finger lickin chicken . Both got sore bellys today. Avoid at all costs

Always wait ages for your order to be prepared. 9 times out of 10 it's wrong. Theres clearly communication issues with the staff.

No matter when I call into KFC in this area , something is always left out of the order , not a good way to encourage people to come back

On this visit we chose to sit in. After collecting our meal my wife found her burrito zinger was cold/ frozen. She returned it to Euan who said he would arrange a replacement. After waiting for 15mins he returned to our table to advise the wife that he was sorry for the delay but it was being heated & would not be much longer. The staff who heat the food don’t appear to be as customer focused as the counter staff. Will I be back, I doubt it.

We were in on Sunday the 20th August placed our order in and the server sneezed in his hands then proceeded to handle the food, when my husband questioned him about this the server started getting aggressive with him, so my husband asked to speak to the manager which she was really nice they put on new fries but then the server picked they fries up as well still without washing his hands so my husband asked for our money back which the manager did without a problem

Customer service at the drive through is amazing always service with a smile especially with a car with only to folk with a hangover on a munchy run buying 4 large meals and a bottle of Coke cause we love some fried chicken in the morning the quality of food is great service is fast unless you request for a meal that has to be made fresh.

KFC is good for a quick bite. Food is always freshly cooked & the restaurant is clean & bright with friendly staff. Would definitely return.

For a fast food outlet had to wait in a queue for over 20 mins with only 4 or 5 in front of me the chicken popcorn was enjoyed however i ordered a spicy chicken burger ( forget the name) which i have had in the past it seemed to have shrunk in size will i go again i dont know

We got 2 family buckets between 8 of us and this was plenty, really love the taste of KFC and it filled you. Have never had to complain about anything I've eaten

¿Qué es con este KFC. Siempre es un desastre. Hoy visita tuve que alguien uno y limpia las mesas. No una mesa limpia. La Papelera estaba a rebosar y un montón de basura en el suelo. La planta tenía un montón de comida debajo de la mesa. Los inodoros de male donde repugnante.

Los clientes que son regulares, pero este fue nuestro kfc primera vez en Wishaw. Nos quedamos tan impresionados con la calidad del restaurante que nos pareció que era nuevo, gran capacidad y en general un lugar relajante para comer. Tenemos una orden estándar dondequiera que visita y esta fue servida muy rápidamente se personal agradable.

I love the new look of the restraints but what is it with KFC and their air con. Eating in a ice house. Oh and over cooked chips...

It's KFC, serves fried chicken, chips and other food. Not sure what some people expect from a fast food place...

Was here yesterday with besto and it was ok. Girl behind counter was lovely and our order was taken quickly and efficently. I've never been to this KFC before and was a bit unsure to go in as I'd heard bad reviews. Place was clean and tidy and not very busy (for 4pm). Would I go back? For ice cream yes.

Got refurbished recently. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the guy on the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. He was particularly pleasant and knowledgeable. This was the best KFC I've ever had too, food was excellent.

Food is good and always enjoy kfc but this restaurant has in problems with staff cleaning tables, chairs and the floor. On my last three visits two were terrible but on the last one the standard had improved . Hopefully this will continue.

only have a kfc about once every couple months, the last two times I have used this restaurant its taken a while for anyone to clear tables which customers have left in a mess. food is usually good though.

chicken good was hot ,a bit expensive when 4 kids and 2 adults but kids loved popping chicken pieces and chips

This is my grandchildren's favourite place to go with Gran and Grampa. They get exactly what they want and the staff a pleasant and helpful to them when they ask for something extra. The food is warm and well cooked and as a special treat this is ideal for the children and gran's pocket.

When it comes to good customer service then this girl wins it hands down, think her name was louise, smile and very bubbly girl and good customer service skills,just what this store is needing.Meal was good for a change.

KFC Wishaw I visited this restaurant and i wish i had not spent my money now, when i first walked in was not too busy the floor looked like it had not been cleaned, the Gents bathroom is tiny and had wee all over the floor and smelt really bad,Wile waiting in the que the young girl who was serving someone was tucking her hair in to her hat, Ie (workers with long hair don't wear hair nets) Witch is suppose to use if working with food, after playing with the hair she was touching the food, not the best idea,Don't know who was suppose to be in charge, seems to be this Kfc has went down hill since it opened, Overall customer service sucks,

Went here the other day as it was not that busy, was served right away so no problems,when i opened my boneless banquette for one the chicken was soft and lovley but 2 of the chips were green when the girl was passing i said i think you should have this.Her reply was ok..... and walked away and that was it.Young girl with blonde hair was told to brush up and wile she was brushing she was told by a older women to wipe tables wile other staff was just standing there doing nothing. Sometimes this restaurant tables are dirty and sometimes the bathroom are discusting

The staff are always friendly and as a treat I feel you cant get better value than a kfc.The food is always consistant

I have been in a few times and I have to say that the staff are always wonderfull, patient and happy, well done to whoever manages recruitment at this venue, it's so nice to be served by genuinely pleasant well presented staff, I hope they are rewarded for this

I went here around 11 oclock wile it was quite, we spent around £15.00 on different meals i ordered 3 snack boxes , 1 boneless box for one, large lunch snackbox.I don't live that far but when i got home the food was still warm but the taste was not good felt like they had been reheated not what i expected. the girl that served me was very polite.

The gravy is like water and the chicken tastes like it been dipped in a pile of water and it's so soggy

I'm not a fan of KFC, so when I tried their Texan BBQ Supercharger meal I was delighted to have found something that I enjoyed. Unfortunately it changes every time I go.First time it was about £5-£6, was breaded chicken in a sandwich with lettuce, cheese, and BBQ sauce. Just to be safe I asked for it without mayo since I'm allergic and they politely told me they don't serve mayo anyway. It came with extra large fries and a huge drink.Second time it was the same price with significantly less fries and a small drink - what was I paying for?Third time the chicken wasn't breaded and it did have mayonnaise, despite being the same price and everything else being the same. Couldn't finish it due to the mayo.Fourth time I was told they didn't do the Supercharger anymore despite the fact it was clearly listed on the menu board behind the tills.Disappointed that the one meal I don't mind having changes every time I go, safe to say I won't be back. I'll find somewhere else for a quick meal after a long shift.

Last time i was there was 18th Aug, so decided to go on the 7th nov and service was slow only one person serving at 2.00pm had to wait about 8mins for food, was good

On arriving the restaurant only had one girl serving and the que was about 6 people long, the the chicken seems to have got smaller and the meal was nice.

When arriving in the restaurant it was not that busy so I waited in the small que and when the guy served me he took my order he was very polite and was quick but when the order arrive then I took my seat in restaurant.The 3 pieces of chicken looked really small and 1 was halfed , and the chips were fine but the juice was the worse it had been overfilled and when giving me my meal it had leaked onto the tray where my food was, I told him he would have to take some juice out, by time I got to my seat the juice had overflow parts of the food and I had to use paper towel to soak it up. For the amount I payed £5.69 it was not worth it. Even the beans looked like they were all dried up.I did go back to the counter and tell the girl that the chicken was small she asked me who served her I told her it was the lad but the lad told her he never served me, overall the girl told me there all the same size and replaced the small bit of chicken.Overall the staff were friendly and the young girl kept going around asking if everyone was ok. , the restaurnat was clean but i feel the food just looks worse and worse

driving by and went in was nice the staff ok a bit slow but what can you be expected. lovely fresh food though
