Ordered 2 burgers but getting these seems to be well beyond the capabilities of the staff so that was £11.97 wasted. I remember when this was well run years ago but now it’s dreadful.

Terrible service...went In day before said they had no change of a £20 note ...today staff disorganised..many people left before ordering food

Absolutely horrendous service every single time I enter this place. The staff are terrible in every KFC but this is one has a special place for being the worse. The uneducated staff at the cashier always has an attitude here and are hardly working. Very slow service always something missing or something wrong. Disgusting. I am officially sick of KFC food and its staff. Never going KFC in UK again. Around 10 people in the office have said the same.

Very, very crowded. Told that doors were closing. For £10.49 I think I should have got a drink. Appreciate in the rush should have noticed but it was hectic

I use this place 4/5 times in a week last 2 months.Always fresh food and HANNA and ANDY are taking care if the orders perfectly.

Ordered a boneless chicken banquet. No popcorn chicken. Tiny chicken pieces and half a dozen chips. Shameful! Also, no cutlery supplied for the coleslaw side order. Was I supposed to eat it with my fingers? Unable to return to complain as had a train to catch. Busy establishment which was obviously poorly staffed.

Was a waste of time & money for me today. Bit too small for the area; if either KFC/the franchise outlet owner won't invest in a shop that can accommodate it's customer base properly, they will always get a poor review from me. Had never been able to use it as always chocka-block & queues seem to last for ages, until today when as it's Friday there was hardly anyone in London. Firstly, ordering machine not giving receipts so could not prove what I had bought. Secondly, waited considerably for order--not good when you only have only 45 min lunch break. When I get to my office to eat I find I was not given the fries the £8.49-ish meal I ordered included, leaving not only the meal for which I paid full price incomplete but me hungry as well too. Never again.

Food was OK, queues weren't too long and seating available upstairs. Tables could have done with a wipe down though. Toilets were reasonably clean.

To busy and not really happy about the food long wait toilet are not clean ..food come out cold .we complain in counter still now lesion ..

I had the vegan burger, fries, and a Sprite Zero, at KFC for ~GBP 5. Fine dining it wasn't, but it was a bargain.

Ordered boneless banquet for one which comes with a drink. Wasnt given the drink, went down to ask for it and was told they gave it to me despite still not having one. Very rude service, the fat guy serving me seemed to think every cup of pepsi he gives out comes out of his wages.

Come on guys. 23:00 closing... Really? This is the UK capital! All other kfcs in London close at 01:00! Last train from the train station opposite is 01:10! If you don't want the franchise give it up. Know your customer!

I dont expect much from a kfc, it is what it is, but this was a joke, rude not intrested staff, dirty premises, dry bun for the chicken fillet burger, which was wrong as ordered a zinger burger, and chips that where cold.. Tango was nice 🤣 if in london dont bother going here, its a rip off

It took a few attempts for the lady behind the till to understand my northern accent! lol But all staff were very friendly and helpful. After I had ordered (around 11am on a Saturday morning), I turned away to pick up a straw, literally 5 steps away, and as I was picking up my straw my number was already being called! Such super fast service! There were no seats downstairs, possibly there is a seating area upstairs? But I took my food away to eat in the station while I waited. The food was tasty and well presented, as per usual KFC orders.

Really disappointed with the speed of service. Really hungry but had to cancel my order so that I can catch my train. Really hate this 'new' service. Pay your money and wait for ages for your food! Sick of poor service! If adobting this modile I would expect to be receive table service. Very disappointed and frustrated with this service.

I would not normally go to a KFC when visiting London, as there are so many lovely interesting places to eat, however it was my young daughters treat and she was insistant that she wanted KFC so off we went, I wondered why it was not very busy considering its location outside Liverpool Street Station, I ordered and they had no gravy, no corn, no yogurts. when I recieved the dry overcooked chicken and chips, one of the chips was missing, which they finally replaced, there is nothing good to say about this place unfortunately, its dirty, the staff look miserable, the food is awful, dont go.

Go elsewhere for KFC, rude staff. Seemingly misplaced our order (10 bucket) then claimed that they had called us (whilst we were waiting about 3 foot from the counter) Won’t return.

Fui a este restaurante y pedí una hamburguesa sin ensalada ni salsas, solo la hamburguesa y el queso, lo explico 3 veces, pusieron la hamburguesa equivocada y fui a cambiarla, le expliqué nuevamente la hamburguesa que quería, la pusieron Salséelo de nuevo, y volví a ir de manera educada, luego escuché a la cocinera gritar, es la tercera vez que lo hago, si a ella no le gusta no es un problema, si le gusta, no es bueno. sáquela de aquí, y me sentí mal por esto, la cocinera me gritaba, llamé al gerente y me dijo que si quería una bebida gratis.Después de esto, pido el nombre de la niña porque quería poner un informe de ella, no me dieron el nombre y llamé directamente al centro de clientes de KFC.Im atonished, increíble, 9 empleados allí, 3 clientes, una hora por mi hamburguesa.NUNCA MÁS

Awful - served chicken with hay/grass on it. Manager treated us with zero respect and was extremely rude to us when they were at fault. NEVER AGAIN

Dont come here until staff are retrained and toilets cleaned too. Staff are clearly unhappy and the service is poor. Toilets not really clean either.

リバプールストリート駅正面のKFC、この辺りは平日はオフィス街、休日はショッピングで混雑するエリア。ロンドン物価高いので日本と同じスタイルのKFCはありがたいです

worst kfc ive ever been to. poorly staffed. ive had to wait 40 minutes in there before to get my food as all the staff had walked out. the food is always cold and it takes them forever to get it ready.

Horrible experiencia. Pedí una comida de hamburguesa con zinger y una comida completamente cargada. Tomó años. Subí a comer, la bolsa de comida no tenía patatas fritas de ninguna de las comidas. Y nuestras hamburguesas eran hamburguesas de filete básicas. Tan decepcionante. La cola fue tan larga y el servicio fue muy lento, no tuve tiempo de consultarlo. También tomaron mi recibo a cambio de la comida, haciendo las cosas aún más difíciles.

Caótico, mal administrado y el personal no parece saber lo que cada uno debería estar haciendo.

I'm from Romania, but I live in Italy and I love KFC in my county but this time, in London KFC is awful. The chicken in not crispy.. Is better Burger King, and I feel bad to say it

Una de las KFC más sucias que he visto, desde el exterior, y es genial que abran por las noches, pero no tiene mucho sentido si hay porteros en la puerta (¿verdad?) Que también se toman el trabajo. En serio y se niega la entrada a KFC para comprar una hamburguesa por sospecha de estar bajo la influencia del alcohol (¡a pesar de no ser perjudicial y compos mentis!). Peor aún, era otro individuo, fuera de nuestro grupo, que había venido directamente del trabajo y que ni siquiera había abierto la boca para hablar, a quien también se le había negado por estar "demasiado ebrio". Buen trabajo KFC.

Fue sobre la 1 de la madrugada y digamos que tuve una o dos bebidas durante los últimos 13 horas. KFC estaba cerca de mi hotel, yo tenía hambre y parecía el lugar más conveniente para ir de la zona.

Purtroppo la mia recensione si trova in linea le altre...ci siamo fermati per mangiare il pollo fritto ma dopo una lunga attesa (e non si è capito il perché dato che hanno servito prima persone che hanno ordinato dopo di io) ci è stato dato un pollo umido con una pastella non croccante e parecchio speziato. Pochi tavolini e per di più sporchi. Personale sbrigativo e approssimativo.Sconsiglio , credo che ci sia di meglio lungo la via.

Yo y mi primo tenía una comida en KFC la Estación Liverpool Street de Londres. Yo diría "servicios" "muy grosero patética personal " no modales cómo hablar a los clientes " personal ocupado de hablar entre ellos, las mesas estaban sucios, sin higiene. Estoy escribiendo...

Dedicato ai maniaci del pollo fritto (come il sottoscritto). Da usare solo per take away (pranzare dentro è come farlo in un pollaio incendiato). Ma il Mighty 5 One è delizioso e abbondante. Tutto il resto è inutile (non hanno nemmeno l'acqua gassata per dire)

Was expecting nice crispy chicken, got soggy chicken which tasted funny. Yuck, Was pretty tiny too so hardly any space to queue.

This kfc is open till late , they don't have traditional rice and spice and zinger is just OK, staff is not helping .I think bcs they r so busy they don't care but since it is at good place and in front of Liverpool Street station . Long que most of the time . If u love kfc then fine other wise next to this British food is realy good .

Fantastic staff and lovely food.I treat my little Timmy to a monthly trip up town on a Saturday afternoon and he dives right into the hot wings and also tries to get his grubby little paws on my Tower Burger too!He really loves this place, but I always put him and his best pal Max Causeway through their paces on a sunday morning at football training to burn off the pounds!!

Well located for tourists and office goers in the area. Good service and value for money. Would recommend.

Me and my friend came here to quickly get a bite to eat before our train. The place was filthy but we was so hungry we thought we would just try it. Well the food was really awful. I would not reccomend this kfc, I have never tasted kfc like it! Yuk!!

기름이 너무 많아서 손에 칠갑을하고 먹었답니다. 다 먹고나서도 너무 느끼해서 콜라를 몇잔을 들이켰는지 모를정도 였어요.. 별로였습니다

Service levels will not be too great and the floor space on the ground floor is quite small (seating mostly downstairs). But hey its KFC, you come for the fried chicken, not great service!

ottimo fast food, le porzione mi hanno stupito perche a differenza di quello che si trova in Italia, qui sono molto piu grandi e a mio parare la panatura del pollo è molto piu gustosa che da noi. forse un po caretto!

This is possibly the worst KFC outlet I have ever visited, in terms of service.Expect to wait in a queue for a long while, then have to shout your order at least three times to someone that is clearly not listening to you, then expect to receive only some of the items you ordered, having paid the full price!I was so incensed the last time I visited this place, that I wrote in to complain. I accidentally completed the complaint form twice on my computer, and received two responses from their customer services team with the exact same answer, but from two different people - that's known as a "canned response" in the industry, and it's really disgusting (and stupid) of them to send out two canned responses to the same email address and not expect me to realise they really don't care...

This branch opposite Liverpool Street station is just terrible. It feels rough, filthy dirty, long queues all the time (since it's a very small branch), poorly trained staff, rubbish food, yup, without doubt the worst branch of KFC I've visited. Just avoid it, it's not worth the hassle and inevitable disappointment.

Salut les amis,Je suis actuellement touriste à Londres et J'ai trouver un insecte le 25 juillet 2015 à 18h30 dans mon hamburger dans ce restaurant KFC je suis choqué ils m'ont forcer a rendre le sandwich pour ne pas que je garde de preuve ... C'est VRAIMENT GRAVE et ils sont continué a vendre après que j'ai signaler comme si de rien. Le patron du restaurant est venue ma forcer aracher l'insecte des mains et la jeter a la poubelle comme si de rien...

Pretty average. Burger was a little cold and not that great a service too. Wouldnt suggest it to anybody.

The title says it all, late at night after spending the evening at the pub beering it's a top choiche to dry all the booze up!

service here is always a bit edgy, they are almost always queuing out the door at lunch time and its not always easy to understand the staff. tried their new pulled chicken wrap which was a major disappointment and poor value....whilst i was waiting another extremely rude lady returned hers asking for something with some food in.....
