KFC in Belfast

Waited for my order more than 20 mins and my friend get his order earlier than me When I came to ask, my order wasn’t even started and no one even apologised. Wrap is really small, with no salad and just a little of sauce

Went here with may daughter and grandson I went to the drive through and ordered a bucket at £17.99 and a box of popcorn. The lady that was giving the food through a small dirty hatch was also taking the money I asked her twice was the pop corn in the bag she told me yes. When I got home (which is about 7 miles from (KFC Yorkgate) there was no popcorn chicken and the chicken that I got the skin was falling off it should be crispy also when I bit through the chicken it was pink when I got to the bone. I would not recommend this particular KFC. Staff also need to clean their uniforms clean they had stains all over their tops.

Went today and was so looking forward to my meal when I got home the drink was as flat as a pancake couldn’t drink it then the chicken burger was like rubber so for my money I got chips very disappointed Dolly E

AFTER along day at work my friend and i went thru the drive thru, we ordered two meals at £17 , IT was disgusting reheated burn't vile dirt, the chips were cold and soggy the pepsi was flat, the chicken burgers were cold and reheated that the idiots with the manners of numtoids burnt' them, I called the next day and the manager refused a refund he gave me a burger ans chip which i threw in the bun , avoid this dirty hole at all costs disgusting rubbish , il never darken that land fill tip again, a national disgrace to our wee country,,

I got 2 gravys. 1 was slightly watery but otherwise fine while the other was just pure grease. Total time at drive thru: 18 minutes. Next day. Club orange was warm and tasted more like sparkling water with a hint of orange. Total time at drive thru: approx 15 minutes. Abysmal quality, compared to other surrounding outlets. Outlets that will recieve my custom in future.

good fast service,great food,very good value and very friendly staff so if you want to eat in or take away its all good i have done both

I find this KFC good. The staff are pleasant. The counter is protected by wires to protect staff from local hoods jumping over and assaulting staff or robbing the till. Shocking for the staff. Anyway I just wanted snacks,so I ordered a mini chicken fillet burger. Very nice and hot. I also ordered a BBQ wrap. Again very hot and nice but chilli instead of BBQ given. But I was peckish and eat it anyway. Will be back sometime.

KFC establece estándares. Consistente y confiable. ¡Esperado! Y luego uno se encuentra con un encantador y simpático ayudante de buenos modales llamado Patrick. Qué delicia hizo a nuestro viaje. Excelente comida servida por un verdadero embajador para el servicio al cliente. Este tipo está destinado a ser un brillante ejemplo para sus compañeros de trabajo y absolutamente el mejor candidato para el éxito en la gestión. La comida también fue genial.

One person served at a time with an average of 15mins to serve each. I counted 4 staff working and yet there were two persons in front of me and I waited 30mins for my order to be taken. Fast food? I think not. Sorry KFC. This was nothing short of abysmal.

Have been to KFC portadown loads of times and always get my favourite,the mega box. Decided to call in to this KFC for lunch one day and never been as disappointed in my life with food . I'm not gonna describe each fun size burnt piece so I will show a picture. I returned it to the counter looking a refund which I was refused. Manager says I got my four bits and that all the chicken pieces were small in size . She proceeded to get some bits out of oven to prove to me . She then put them into my box but took the other bits out and threw them in the bin !!!!!!!! WTF!!! Will never darken their rotten doorstep again . Oh yea forgot to mention they healed an already made up cold chip portion into my box when serving it !

called into KFC Brougham st Belfast fro 2 zinger box meals mine was ok but the photo shows my sons was not i rang to explain but they insisted the chicken was cooked and it was the marinate that made it look like this no I know raw chicken when i see it they were so ignorant on the phone. Never will i eat again in it, the service is so slow 1person on till 1 order at time you wait maybe 15mins to get served then on your meal.

Up to the normal standard of KFC really tasty chicken and service with a smile. Even when I asked for extra fries as I don't eat the side orders on my meal it was not a problem love coming here

Dropped in for new mighty bucket for one. Ordered BBQ beans as they and others have been out if coleslaw for quite a while. The lady serving overcharged me and I had to ask for manager. She was learning the ropes and I was refunded after I told her. She was nice. The meal was non greasy but very small portions. The beans at £0.99 were the size of an egg cup. So small I complained and was offered a free one. Service was quick and food was good.

La formule est intéressante et copieuse pour moins de 7 livres . Ce n'est pas de la haute cuisine mais cela reste sympa . Le personnel est accueillant et souriant .

Me and my sister gave here a go for dinner, I have to say it was a bit better than last time I was in. The food was warm enough but could have been warmer. Tables were clean even though the floor wasn't. Toilets do seriously need a clean though. May return in future.

The chicken batter is always dry (the way it's supposed to be, yum yum!) and not greasy as it seems to be everywhere else. It's always clean when we are here. Staff are friendly =) Connwater branch isn't bad, a close second

Place was really dirty, observed this before thinking a 1 off but looks like the norm. Walked back out after reluctantly waiting 10 mins not to be served. Wont be back.

Nos detuvimos en este KFC después de ver una película en el cine Cityside. Me sorprendió gratamente hasta que vi el estado de las mesas sucias y pisos y casi sin personal y limpio. Cuando ordene, me sentí apresurada al realizar el pedido, la comida era de calor así que no lo hacía bueno para comer. Puede volver si los estándares de aumento.

Nipped here for a quick bite and was very pleased to see the sit-in area was spotless. Food was all hot and we got exactly what we ordered so all good.

Always clean, always fast service however the variety bucket doesnt have enough variety, too many drumsticks and the fries are too thin., hardly any potatoe

Fairly standard know what you're getting. At yorkgate shopping centre it is only a few minutes from the Stena ferry ports for Scotland and Liverpool boats. Safe yourself a fortune by eating here rather than on the boat. But remember, it's rarely served massively hot...

i could see the bottom of my megabox, i feel as if i have gained more spots because of your stanky KFC meal, i would advise not to go to this KFC as it is greasy. Staff seem as if they are all from west belfast, all immigrants who don't know any english took 10 minutes to order my food. absolutely terrible.

I go here occasionally at lunch with my friend Ken. We love it. In fact we rate it among the top restaurants in Belfast, not even just fast food restaurant. The staff are friendly but most importantly the chicken is fresh and moist and the skin is crisp. All in all an outstanding dining experience, one which i hope to repeat on a weekly basis.

"Have no fear of perfection - you'll never reach it" Salvador Dalí once famously quoted these words, well Salvador Dalí obviously never visited Yorkgate KFC. From moist zinger fillets to buns so fresh that Mary Berry would be proud of them, the Yorkgate KFC is an experience you will never forget. 10/10 will return.

Stopped here to grab a bit of lunch. The food was very tasty. The chips didn't have any grease whatsoever. The cleanliness is okay. Would return again

Still cooking the best KFC but dryer not working in the WC and coffee machine (yet again) packed up. Come on KFC replace your coffee machines with a reliable make or is there some other reason why coffee is not available so often.

Has to be in the top ten of KFC outlets. Food always crisp hot and well presented. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Clean and tidy restaurant.

My family are always very happy when I take them to KFC it is a firm favourite and it has handy parking and we had great service from a lovely lady behind the counter. The food was excellent. A very happy family :)

Ich war Ende Januar hier essen, Bedienung unfreundlich, Raumtemperatur 5 Grad und außerdem waren die Pommes labrig und das Hähnchen kalt. Viel mehr kann man eigentlich nicht verkehrt machen.

KFC's can sometimes appear as a tired franchise and badly managed. This outlet stands out as efficient, friendly and well up to the task of a busy Saturday evening. Despite an almost full restaurant and a growing queue the polished staff set about their business in a calm friendly manner swiftly serving and completing orders and still finding time to clear tables and offer advice to those who still find the simple and well laid out menu to complicated to have made their choice by the time they reach the counter. Despite not being able to sit at my usual table everything else about this establishment including what I came for - the food - deserves a five star rating for this visit.

This was quite a grand KFC, its tiny looks can be misleading but the staff were friendly enough giving it to be a busy time on a Saturday evening. the food was piping hot and very filling, The cleanliness was a little bit of a let down but overall 4/5
