Popped in to Nando's in Kensington whilst in London last Monday. We have been here before, but we have to say that on this visit we had probably the best Nando's we have ever had. Very succulent chicken, quick service even though quite busy. Opted for he Boneless Chicken meal for two. Recommended

Amazing staff and service. Very welcoming. Came here with two friends on a Friday night for my birthday. Staff are exceptional. Iva and Puria took care of us and I even got a free birthday cheesecake, very unexpected but so thoughtful and kind of them!! The staff also came around and wished me a happy birthday. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and staff are quick to assist and check up on you. They really go above and beyond. It’s just a lovely atmosphere. Food served quick and hot. We tried the new mac and cheese side too (delicious!!!). Thank you all for your hard work and exceptional customer service. It really makes a difference. Will definitely be back soon!

We didn’t have to wait at all for a table, and the food was amazing. Messy, but very tasty. Their sense of humour was also great.

Called here to eat whilst out and about. Very small very clean and staff were lovely. Got a table right away, got food within 19 mins can’t fault it.

Our first time at abandons…. Sad to say the time it took to get seated 45 minutes. Not worth it. Hostess was friendly, but the restaurant was understaffed. Food was ok but not worth the wait.

There was a long, slow queue to order food, but to be fair the staff were efficient. The food then arrived fast, which was surprising considering the place was absolutely packed. I am vegetarian but there were 3 hot choices for me (including 2 burgers) and also salads obviously. I had called to try and book but was told this wasn't possible which is a shame, we nearly missed the event we were going to afterwards because of the time it took to order. Overall tasty meal though and nice, friendly staff, I wouldn't go on a Saturday evening though unless I had to (also very noisy due to young children in groups)..

Amazing food and only minute away from the hotel we stayed in. Great staff and were welcomed with a smile. Huge area downstairs but we preferred to stay upstairs, quite live and was busy. Had the Vegan option and was amazing. really loved the food

Así que una vez nos dieron la mesa y nos soltaron las cartas encima, nos quedamos esperando más de veinte minutos. Nuestro inglés era nivel medio así que pensamos en preguntar si nos iban a tomar nota o como se hacia. Tienes que hacer el pedido a través de una aplicación o bien, levantarte y pedírselo al personal en barra. Al ver que tampoco ponían interés en que les entendiéramos tanto en el funcionamiento como en lo que comer, decidimos pedir cualquier cosa. Estaba bueno, pero caro para ser un sitio de comida rápida.

Came to this nandos after visiting the natural history museum, walked in and was standing around looking for someone to tell me where to sit. Told we would have to wait 10 minutes for a table which was fine, waited less than 5 minutes to be told a table was ready upstairs. When we went upstairs there was loads of empty tables available, so couldn't understand why we had to wait 10 minutes. We sat down and ordered through the app at 14.45, 15:00 other people arrived and were seated and got there food before us. (They actually thought we had already eaten) 15:20 was when we finally got our food after I had to ask what was happening with the order. When the food came the chips were burnt, garlic bread was cold it just wasn't worth eating. My poor 7 year old son was hungry so had no choice but to eat it. Given the area you would have thought this would have been excellent however turns out to be very poor, if I had know KFC, Burger King, Gail's etc... were around the corner I wouldn't have spent my money there.

Excellent branch run by a fantastic manager, I eat here for two reasons 1) halal 2) The manager He runs this branch so efficiently and always ensures a pleasant evening for me and my family. Service is always fast and easy. Highly recommended.

Very slow service and poor management,. The food came cold after one hour delay. Seems they forgot to serve our order after 3 times notifying! Not all the items came as should ask about the missing items each time. Very bad experience with this branch unfortunately!

Really upset, we have eaten here many times. Tonight we were asked to sit downstairs, with many couples and a large 12 persons table. We ordered at the till before everyone else as my brother in law is diabetic, after being told 10 mins , 30 mins later .we watched as 5 tables were serlved before us whom had ordered after us. We decided to leave after waiting 50 mins to be told by the manager we told them we noted the wrong table which was incorrect. The manager was rude and said we had turned the food away!??? I enjoy Nandos have visited many outlets. However this particular restaurant is poorly run and the manager is rude and not a good reflection of what the chain strives to be. We shall not be back and unfortunately not recommend this Nandos. 😔

3 of us walked in for a quick casual meal. Service was friendly. Unfortunately the food was really bad. The chicken was very dry and over cooked. The haloumi cheese was burnt. The food was tasteless.

Despite my bad experience at Earls Court, I had another go - this time at Kensington High Street venue. I am glad I did. My lunch, with a friend from abroad, was great - good food, good service, good value. I will come again.

Chicken was good as usual & delivered on time, wine was not cold enough. Place seemed clean & tidy. 2 waitresses only on the whole floor, but that was ok considering that customers have to order on till & get their own soft drinks. Recommend.

This restaurant tries to put a spin on typical food. We ate breakfast and ordered spicy maple syrup pancakes. The syrup was definitely spicy, which was sort of weird. But still pretty good.

Late lunch with family . When you are in mood of eating chicken then it is Nando's . It is always good . The only thing is the cutlery was not clean and I had to clean it before eating.

It's great to have a nandos, where if your from a different country, there's such diversity in the team, from what I so...they were able to speak different languages which makes it even more accommodating. Very nice place. Althought it belongs to a chain of stablishments, it manteins the atention of the little restaurants, almost in a familiar way. Easy to select meals, very well preparated and in a very reasonable price.

I came here with some friends one evening when looking for a place to eat. We passed a number of good restaurants, but they were adamant that we stuck to a chain so that we knew what the food would be like beforehand. I've never been to Nando's before and I was completely unimpressed. The food was terrible and service was non-existent. Apparently they've either lowered the heat level of their sauce, or this particular one serves lower level sauce, which isn't good for people like me who like hot food. I can't see myself ever going to a Nando's again.Having never been to a Nando's before, I spent a while looking over the menu. There wasn't anything in particular that seemed appealing, so I just took my friend's recommendations and went for extra hot chicken in pitta, with side orders of fries and garlic bread. I decided to plump for dessert while I was here as well and went for the unlimited frozen yoghurt.The garlic bread was horrific, being the worst garlic bread that I have ever had by a country mile. The bread was hard, and the garlic was either non-existent or used in such trace amounts that it couldn't be detected. The top of the bread was covered with some crispy brown thing that seemed to simply peel off the top. I assume that was supposed to be the garlic, but there was no detectable flavour present. The chips were french fries and were completely devoid of any flavour. They had a terrible soggy texture too.I was completely unimpressed with the chicken. Like the rest of their menu, there was simply very little flavour to it. The supposed extra hot peri-peri sauce was only mildly spicy, so to call this 'extra hot' felt like an absolute joke. It was the same with the sauce, which for some bizarre reason you have to put on yourself. My friends were shocked when I said that it was barely hot at all as they have had this before and were unable to handle it. They ended up trying it themselves to test it and were shocked to discover that it was barely any hotter than the medium sauce that they were trying. They think that Nando's have either lowered the heat level or this particular restaurant use a lower heat level for some reason. I gave the medium sauce a try and found that the only difference was that it was sweet.The frozen yoghurt continued Nando's tradition of tasteless food as the flavour here, which was supposed to be toffee apple, was barely detectable, with the yoghurt taste being much stronger than the flavourings. I grabbed a second serving just so that I didn't feel completely ripped off and then left it. It was pointless eating something that was unpleasant to consume.The service in here is truly non-existent. You come in, sit at a table, then go to the counter to place your order. It's a really bizarre way of doing things. Normally you either place your order at the counter, then sit down, or sit down and wait for the waiting staff to come to you. The only service on offer here is them taking the food to you, then taking it away. I'm not sure why they have a tips box at the counter, as the staff do nothing to warrant it. They don't even take the cutlery to you and you have to collect this from a counter instead.The woman at all the till had a grumpy look on her face the entire time and spoke in a monotone, depressed voice. She was clearly unhappy with her job and reflected this onto the customers she served at the till. I also didn't like her approach where she tried to convince me to order more food than I had ordered, or her poor listening skills where I had to correct the order.The value in here seems good at first. It's obviously significantly cheaper than you would find at most restaurants, but when you consider how terrible the food is here, it isn't good value at all. You don't even get a decent amount of chicken in the pitta bread either, which consists mostly of salad, with a few small lumps of chicken buried deep at the bottom. The free refills seem good, but the drinks and frozen yoghurt are so poor that you won't get more than two servings, so the value ends up being lost.

If you are hungry and have a strong appetite, you can eat whole chicken here. WIth periperi sauce and sides. Always lots of customers inside particularly at evening time.

Chicken was good but not the best, service was friendly but slow as they didnt have enough people as there was a queue for seating as usual. Relatively very expensive for what you get, but a great meal nonetheless.

If you like chicken hot n spicy, then Nando's is the place to go. And loyalty program is a bonus. I've used free perks many times here.

I've visited many different Nando's restaurants.So far my favourite is one in Notting Hill, London.I guess it depends who cooks your meal and if the meat is fresh.But always a good option, if you crave some chicken :)plus the service is always nice.

Visited Nandos with friends just before Christmas. Lively atmosphere, busy, buzzy, fun. Chicken meal was good but like so many restaurants serving this meat, it is difficult to really taste the chicken. It is more the taste of what it is cooked in, and with. However, Nandos does make their chicken tasty, and the chips were well done and crisp. Definately a place to visit with friends, family and certainly with kids.

Nandos is always good for lunch the staff are so friendly and all there places are very clean ,, some you will have to wait for a table . But its worth it

I had heard about Nandos so much and finally visiting London my curiosity came to an end, and let me tell you the end was just too good. Now I know why Nandos is so famous. It's a definitely worth-visiting guys.

For those who haven't experienced Nandos - it's for the chicken lovers only - great food, quickly grilled on the rack. You walk up to the bar, order your meal, give your table number and select sides & a drink (unlimited refills). My recommendation would be the double chicken breast in a mild peri-peri sauce, with coleslaw and fries. Delicious! Go get a refill from the counter, choose additional sauces, cutlery & sit down at your allocated table. All very simple, yet extremely scrumptious.

Nandos never fails to satisfy me and my hungry family! Sometimes can get extremely busy and to my knowledge, you cannot book a table!Its fast and efficient and tasty food!

We visited Nandos quite excited as we all love chicken - but when it came it was very dry and unappetising. Also the chairs and tables had bits of the last customer's food stuck on them and were not cleaned at any time.

All the inconvenience of a fast food joint, at restaurant prices. So you get a table, and you sit and you sit. Then you realise you have to go up and order your food, and bring back your drinks yourself. Why? I start to wonder whether I have to cook the food myself, or maybe kill the chicken. Or lay the egg. Go to pret. Their drinks are easier to carry to your table.

Nandos at Brent Cross Shopping Complex in London. Their roast chicken is epicurean. The service is excellent. The Peri Peri sauce compliments the zizling tender roast chicken like a marriage between the two, made for each other.They are like heavenly celestial food that one wants come back again and again.

I fancy more than a little spice in my cuisine and I did not want to have Indian cuisine abroad, so this restaurant made for a delicious alternative with it's fiery sauces and roast chicken options. Loved the music and ambience as well!

I don't think I've met anyone who has said "I don't like Nando's!"What can you say? For me it's the wings platter, fries, corn a glass of Chenin Blanc at £16.80 pls the wine for 2 people. Can't go wrong I say.

I love Nandos. They have introduced a wide variety of vegetarian and salad dishes. You can now add avocado to your salad which I love.
