I ordered at approximately 12:45 and it didn’t get delivered until 14:30ish.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Black Bull in East Holton, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The pub itself is charming, and I especially appreciated the dedicated restaurant area. It was quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The Christmas decorations added a lovely festive touch, making the experience even more special. Now, let's talk about the food – absolutely incredible! Every dish was freshly prepared with obvious care and attention to detail. The flavors were fantastic, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. It's clear that The Black Bull takes pride in serving delicious, home-cooked food. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at The Black Bull. Me and my friend come here all the time for a nice cup of coffee and a desert. We are always greeted with a smile and the staff are so lovely and caring. Especially a staff member called Sam who always manages to go above and beyond in making us welcome! Keep it going!!

For a favourite haunt of ours today the service was really disappointing - clearly it was busy but to accept a group booking to me means we are on top of it but to have been there 2.5hrs and had 1 course tells its own story - starters for some was at least 40 mins with 2 of them being soup. Dessert was never offered as an option & whilst we brought a birthday cake it wasnt our intention to have in place of theirs. Didnt feel valued so just left.
