Kebria Tandoori in Swindon

Please don't use ,their food is awful,never had a bad curry,but well it must of changed hands,tasteless,water running out,poor portions,tasteless undercooked must Tandoori mixed grill,not Tandoori,oven cooked meat ,no salad rubbish,Tandoori chicken tikka curry ,rubbish,tasted of nothing but water , chicken questionable, no taste ,better curry's from aldi, don't waist your money , go somewhere else,believe me

Ordered my second meal in two weeks as thought the first was a one off. Was incorrect. The food is appalling , bland and tasteless. A big change from last year indeed. I’ve heard that the food is not even cooked on the premises now as the old chef is away visiting family. Avoid at all costs.

Not sure what is going on, but they have gone downhill recently. They appear to be taking ordered here but not actually cooking in the Kebria, but their restaurant that is close by and run by the same family, then brining the food to the Kebria to be collected. This was our go to curry house for many years, but for the 3rd time in a row they got our order wrong, so we had to walk back up and get corrected. The quality and standard of food has changed, maybe due to it being cooked by a different chief?

Kebria appears to have changed significantly for the worse. It now seems pointless asking for tikka in any curry, as it appears to have seen no sign of a tandoor or any kind of marinade beforehand. As a long term regular customer I will now be looking to go elsewhere in future as our favourite dishes are now unrecognisable. Have all the chefs now moved to the restaurant I wonder or have rising costs affected the quality of the ingredients?

It’s a long story but, just don’t! Do you yourself a favour and keep looking it really isn’t worth the hassle.

Haven't been here since lockdown, ordered a takeaway to collect after I had walked my dog, owner was quite abrasive, unnecessarily so as there wasn't a queue, so no risk. Collected food on way back, no thank you offered. Onion bhajis were cold and rock hard, curry like warm. Really disappointing

Excellent flavour and value, but is very popular so you may have a long wait on busy nights. At least you know its fresh!

i have trying most on the menu and there all great and very tasty,ive only ever had one problem and that was the wrong nan bread nothing drastic,these things happen,overall this is a great takeaway...truely great food

Phoned up and ordered. Polite on the phone. Went to collect the order and had a fairly long wait for the food. It was worth the wait and I really enjoyed my starter and main meal. Good value for money and the food was piping hot

Just visited this place after recently moving into the area. I ordered whole tandoori chickens and was impressed with the juicy texture and great deep flavour. They also threw in complementary sides with the order which was a nice surprise considering the order wasn't that big. I will be returning to try other items...

I ordered a chicken tikka curry on the phone. I went and collected my food, drove home and it wasn’t what I asked for. So was very disappointed, I rang them back up to explain that the order they gave me was wrong, the man on the phone was very rude and didn’t seem to care. I did try to explain to him that my food was going to be very dry now as I had no curry, he didn’t offer to come and deliver anything for me. Also, when I rang up to place my order the man was quite abrupt on the phone and always seems to be in a rush! Unfortunately a very hungry and annoyed customer.

The most disgusting takeaway I have ever had, the chicken tikka I had was just about warm the naan bread we had was raw and liquid just disgusting! Never going there again!!

We hadn’t used this takeaway for a few years and decided to try it again. The menu choice was wide but didn’t include what we were actually looking for so had to have something else that I wasn’t keen on.

Consistently good take away. Cheapest in Highworth and the best. Tried the others but were not as good, and a lot dearer.

Normally order a curry from Kebria usually get a reasonable takeaway .. today ordered onion Bhaji "they were burnt and very overcooked " not impressed

It's with disapointment I write this review, this evening I placed an order with Kebria Tandoori ordering a delivery which I have never done!! I have always collected but being on cemo I didn't want to drive. So after being 30minutes late I'm told I don't live in the area I stated (Sorry I do know where I live) and there would be a five pounds delivery charge!! I'm then corrected again buy the drive apon delivering the food.

We found this take away a few months ago and absolutely loved the service, value and most of all the curry. The chicken was moist and plentiful and the sauce was so tasty. We put them to the test with a huge order for a birthday party for delivery & again they didn't disappoint. They gave us a realistic time for delivery and it arrived on time. Everyone said there's was the best curry they have tasted and will all now use in the future. Absolute gem.

With an excellent menu for every palette this little take away offer a supreme service with large portions and excellent service. I booked my meal in advance which was ready and on time when I picked up. The meal it self was hot and tasteful delighting every taste bud in you mouth. Highly recommended try your own piece of food heaven.

Wow I have had lots of takeaways but this place is an absolute jewel. Amazing food with lovely spice and flavour. A must for any foodie. Keep up the great work guys welldone😊.

Slow but worth the wait. This is a take away only restaurant so being slow is not as problem providing you plan ahead. Normally takes 1hr to 1:30 hrs from ordering to meal being ready - the staff are up front about the time.

Have been getting take away from here for years and the value and quality of the food never stops to impress. Well worth the money.
