Placed an order on just eat order was accepted then not 5 minutes later the order was cancelled I'm guessing because of the location however you shouldn't advertise delivery to an area that you can't deliver to it's just common sense

Very disappointed. Both kebabs meat was dry and over cooked. I phoned up was told nothing they could do this evening and next time ring get a discount for our next order , plus our waiting time was 2 hours!

Waited over an hour for food to arrive and when arrived it was cold. Not very impressed with it and won’t be ordering again. Delivery driver was very kind tho.

The owner is nothing short of abusive, confrontational and has a god complex (please see his responses to other reviews-he can do no wrong!) The owner is rude and frankly unhinged, how he runs a business is beyond me, never in my life have I experienced such disgusting customer service, avoid at all costs.

Ordered via cash, paid and they demanded more more on ordered. Told them I already paid and they shouted at me. So unprofessional and gross. Angry.

I never had a problem with this kebab shop before best food but the one time its freezing cold doner meat cold even thou was supposed to be a wrap not pitta not cooked proper burger cold.

Food was lovely, like the fact that you can pay cash on delivery which so much easier.

Guaranteed two days off work, and great weight loss. Diarrhoea and vomiting both occasions I’ve ordered from here. Few days off work and I lost a stone and half!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waited over 2hrs and because we complained the guy told us he was going to cancel our order. Lied about delivery times. Left 4 kids with no food. Would avoid this place at all costs.

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy . I waited nearly 2 hours and when I kept calling for a delivery update they cancelled the order then became verbally abusive and and when I asked about a refund the voice on the end of the phone just repeated he didn't care . Steer clear of this place unless you don't mind bad service and a gamble on whether your order actually turns up.😔😞

Ordered from just eat as they came up that they delivered to us. When the order was 20 minutes late I called the restaurant and was told it would be with me any minute. An hour after the order was due to arrive it arrived stone cold with items missing. I called the restaurant only to be told "next time order from your local restaurant"(they are the next town) I asked why do they advertise on just eat that they deliver here if its an issue only to be told "we get big orders from the army barracks and "what your food is cold so that is the end of your life is it" I had been polite until this and told him that no although its not the end of my life I have paid for something I have not received so what is going to happen with the missing items. I was told I'll send them over and had the phone slammed down on me.

These guys claim they will deliver but whenever you actually order they wait 20 minutes and then kill the order so you are left without food late at night. They should stop lying about their service.

Rubbish I ordered from here and it never arrived, after receiving a conformation email stating it will be 1hr 30mins not even a phone call to say they couldn’t deliver it. Never ordering from here again shame i can’t give 0/5 stars

Cleanest burger shop in town. Been randomly in the night and saw the guys deep cleanig everywhere!! Been really impressed about it. Will be my choice whenever i go out for quick nice food! 😃

Was one of the only places open so called to check they would deliver before ordering via Uber Eats in which they agreed. Waited over an hour before calling them to check where the order was he said they were on their way and next thing it was cancelled on Uber Eats.. Why even agree to take the order in the first place if they weren't willing to fulfill? Shocking "service"

I waited 1hr 40min for my food which was one hour late. During this time I tried ringing several times to find out where my order was and nobody would pick up the phone. That’s just poor customer service. The kebab was ok but the chips were over cooked and horrible. Won’t be buying again.

Ordered from here twice now via uber eats as a company delivering to devizes and twice now they have just outright cancelled the order, I figured a second chance would be worth a shot as they may not have had a driver turn up but now I wash my hands, if you have a delivery radius tell uber eats otherwise don't waste our f ing time!

Order from this family business on regular basis, never had any issues at all. All the staff are really friendly, reasonable prices, speedy delivery depending on how busy they are & as I live a fair distance it’s never an issue. Food & drink always to a high standard

Very disappointed in the service/food quality. Kept telling me the food will be 5 mins, ended up having to wait 1hr 45m... Luckily, I'm a big fan of cold pizza, unfortunately, you could barely call it pizza... Terrible, avoid at all costs.

Owners were rude, pizza was incredibly bland and delivered very late. The definition of daylight robbery had I not managed to get a refund.

Brilliant food. Excellent service, I only know from collection side of things but they seem to be very efficient with delivery with multiple drivers. Best kebab I've had for a long time, I have the lamb special kebab and it's amazing. Always nice to have a chat with the friendly staff too. Infact there pizzas look nice aswell. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic kebabs everytime!!! Donner meat is always grissle free and NEVER soaking in fat which makes a lovely change from many others. Staff are always friendly and will do everything they can to make sure your meal is 10/10…. Salad is so fresh even the vegans will be pleased (if that’s possible) Overall great and will carry on using them weekly Thank you 👍🏼

Ordered thro just eat, normally never had a problem but tonight the food was cold, so I went back on just eat to leave a review and then had a member off staff ringing me shouting at me and then hung up, didn't even give me a chance to say what had happened. So very very rude, will definitely not be using them again. Literally so shocked how rude they was, clearly they don't know what good customer service is

AMAZING, Best Kebab I have eaten in town, delivery driver was very polite. I had a chicken kebab, Kofte and Doner combination (very juicy and tender) and I ordered a 12 inch pizza ( nice and crispy crust and was full of toppings. Me and my friend loved it. I cant wait to order my next meal. Baqi

I am a HGV driver just parked up for the night and accidentally ordered from here on line, not realising they were out of the area!! Tired a google, I guess confused me I suppose. The guy called me to tell me this but as soon as he realised I worked a 15hr and hungry charged me a small delivery fee and got his man to send me my food....Absolute legend, so happy to help me. Highly recommended. Thankyou.

I ordered myself, my children and my parents some food tonight, which included 3 chicken kebabs, a cheese burger, 2 portions of chips and a salad. We were all looking forward to it only to find 2 black hairs in my sons chicken kebab! We couldn’t eat any of our meals as it just made us feel sick at the thought of it so the entire order went straight in the bin. I called to complain and to ask for a refund only to be told by an arrogant member of staff that they don’t do them. I will never order from here again!!

Rang up too see if I could add to my online order that had already been processed and spoke to a very friendly gentleman who told me this would be no problem, food was delicious as always and the cake was amazing , will be returning!! Quick delivery, great food, friendly staff, 5*****

Tend to go for a chicken wrap with salad and I love lots of garlic mayo and they do it perfectly every time!

Poor service ordered 2 meat feast pizzas, one with bbq base and the other normal tomato... very disappointed that they were totally different toppings!!! Called and complained that one only had ham and pepperoni on, while the other had what was expected, ham chicken beef and pepperoni.. only to gry told tough it's got ham and pepperoni on it!!!! Spot the difference in the pic below

Smashing food. I had a pizza that would have fed a small family! It was very tasty. They stayed open for us as well which was great as it was almost closing time. Toilets were very clean and floor service was very good. Some of my group had steaks which they enjoyed, others had risotto which was only OK. So for pizzas and steaks,top marks!

Always good kebabs.. lots of salad, really large. Avoid the onion if you want to talk to anyone for a day or so as they are strong, but nice

Took delivery of a pizza and mixed kebab this evening. The kebab was delicious - perfectly cooked, plentiful and delicious meat, delightful charred peppers and a lovely bit of mixed salad. The missus said the pizza was tastier than Dominos (and it was cheaper!). We'll be ordering again!

The prices have sky rocketed and the quality hasn't - chips awful - garlic mayo tastes like watered down mint yoghurt - probably won't be using again - shame.

I called after an hour of waiting to be told it was on its way (at this point 20 minutes later than expected time), I then called again 30 minutes later & was shouted at down the phone & told “we’re busy!!!”... in that case I shall take my custom elsewhere in future!!

Order large Donna kebab with salad in a pitta bread. There was so much meat and salad it would have fed two. We did the need one each. Tasty, plenty of fresh crispy salad of red cabbage, red onions, iceberg lettuce and white onions. Certainly lying don't skimp on portions.

The chicken wasn't cubed kebab. It was sliced chicken. There was no kebab pepper or onion. It was a disappointing kebab. It did however arrive quickly. Onion rings were lovely.

Ordered for 605pm food arrived at 517pm. Even when delivered early it wasn't overly hot and not to usual standard. Slightly disappointed.
