Been using this takeaway for many years without any real problems called the shop to place an order was told i had to make the order on just eat. So Ordered a pizza and chips took 1hr 45 for it to be arrive. Delivery driver basically threw the food when it got here and food was cold when it arrived absolute shocking service. Just put me off ordering from them again.

Awful service. Ordered at 10 pm only to have to walk and get it at 12:30am. Staff were rude on phone and won’t order again

The staff are a complete shower of incapables, a takeaway that is incapable of dealing with a small amount of traffic and a light amount of roadworks. We spent 2 1/2 hours waiting and phoning on a delivery only for myself to have to walk to the kebab house to collect the order, so not only are the staff ignorant and unable to deal with the general public, the staff then said we would get a free item for our £30 order to be provided with a can of juice. if I could give zero stars I would please avoid they are useless.

Incredible food and two of the loveliest guys work there. Always great to have a chat with them while waiting for my pizza. 10/10 recommend.

Had really bad food from here in the past but when i was walking past I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a pizza. How can you get a simple cheese and tomato pizza so wrong? Pizza severely under cooked and really cheap ingredients. I really don’t know how this place is still opening. When the 2 brothers ran it, the place was amazing but since the new owner took over it’s gone really down hill. Avoid.

Was charged for a delivery (1/1/24) that never arrived. A look on their Just Eat reviews shows that multiple people were charged for food that never arrived. Shocking.

We never received our order, I rang multiple times and had no response, even though it said it had been delivered.

Delivery wasnt accepted as it was two and a half hours from order time, stone cold and delivered by staff member in no hot food bag after doing three deliveries on route to me. 6 police ifficers in attendance as 4 shop members were taken aeay from my home address. No delivery was made.

After multiple times of trying to contact the restaurant by phone and email to discuss my experience I was left with no choice to just share this review and hopefully be reached out by management. After a night out my girl friend ordered on JustEat some food, when the driver arrived to my door, he aggressively said to me to check my phone next time I order food, I told him what was his issue, he then continued to be very aggressive and telling me he could not reach and find the address, I told him the address is very easily found on sat nav and google and we order a take away 2 times a week so perhaps the issue lays with him. He then started to shout at me and started to swear at me which I decided to close the door on him. This was the first time ever I experienced this kind of behaviour from the driver and it left me feel uneasy, therefore it leaves me with no choice to leave this poor review. The food was good, and everything arrived, its the driver that the restaurant employed made this experience horrible. I would still seek for management to reach out to me to discuss my experience as this should not happen to anyone, and the aggression I was approached with was rather unnecessary. Thanks

Received the complete wrong order, I ordered a chicken burger and chicken kebab with garlic sauce and receive a cheese burger with mayo and a chicken pakora pitta bread and to top it if off the delivery was £6 and they wouldn’t send another order out and tried to blame the delivery driver, (the driver never cooked the wrong food)

Very specific order instructions left but apparently the guy can't be bothered reading them so I didn't get my food. Absolute laziness and completely unacceptable. Actually devvo'd I've not got my food because I now can't get it anywhere else. What's the point of leaving delivery notes if you can't be bothered reading them? Refund won't be good enough; this was actually quite upsetting 😭

Absolutely horrendous wouldn't come here again if you payed me as my chips & chicken nuggets were stale, overcooked and cold! This is the least of it as me and my partner were looking forward to the onion rings but they were soggy as well as our £10 Donner wraps I ordered that one my partner had ordered a Donner hoggie however you f**ked up the order and she just received a donner wrap instead that was also disappointing as it was, have a guess?.. cold! The delivery driver finally called me and couldn't find were I stayed even though he had my address and postcode. He barely spoke English which made communications back and forth hard as he didn't understand my directions so my partner then had to go walk around the corner looking for him. This is atrocious behaviour especially when you charged me £6 to instruct your driver then have to get it myself outside when this is definitely covering the price for door to door service, only to have the worst takeaway of my life, really spoiled our date night so i won't come back, you lost a customer in me, RIP OFF!!

We got chicken wrap and a mixed wrap and they were both SO GOOD! The food came quick and it was hot and a massive portion. The flavor was on point and I’d 100% order again.

Kebab was advertised as ‘chicken breast’ which it was not. The meat used was chicken thigh and was mostly brown/fatty. Disappointed and would not order again!

Do not order a £14 chef special kebab . I did and received some doner and random shwarma meat on the side . No Adana charcoaled meat at all or lamb shish like they clearly advertise . Not worth £14 at all. Actually over &17 by the time you pay delivery charges and these just eat extra charges .

Would have been 5 starts if it wasn’t for the price, I got a chefs special Kebab and I can’t fault it, it was delicious but definitely not worth £14 I’d be happy to pay £7.50 for what I received at most. The salad it came with was swimming in oil but honestly it tasted lovely just wouldn’t have done it myself. Definitely would order again if they brought their prices down a little bit.

Horrible food and very late delivery, phoned up the shop to know why is my order is taking to long and I been given the worst excuse I ever heard. The owner told me because of the heavy rain and the bad weather the delivery is late. The shop is about 10 min from where I stay and it was a clear dry day.

Best kebab and garlic sauce in Edinburgh. Took me so long to find a one I actually enjoy. Cheese dipper portion was huge very impressed. Chips were a little soggy but blame the container for this. Definitely will return

order never came and when i phoned the restaurant they said it was my fault as i never answered the door. they completely ignored the delivery note i left them asking them to call me on arrival and are now refusing to do a redelivery.

I live so close but never went there before because I've read not very nice reviews. I was hungry and I just got French fries with garlic mayo sauce to "test" the place. The best french fries I had in a long time and the guy of the shop was so nice! Highly recommended. I will definetly try something else!
