Nice burgers, affordable prices

I never received my order after 50+ mins of waiting. Called the restaurant to no avail. Placed complaint with just eat for a refund

Fantastic kebab and very tasty !

I known this place 20 years , my opinion it is the best turkish kebab food in hampshire, very tasty , fresh,tender, delicious, always the same quality of food, and no wait when you order , thank you for the good service . We are family so always choose house special so you can taste all varieties of meat.

Food delicious, estimated delivery time of 20-35 mins was a bit short sighted, food was delivered over an hour after ordering

Ive just moved local and was looking for a regular place, this won’t be it unfortunately. I really wanted it to be as I’m not far and it looked good from the outside, clean and busy. However, service wasn’t good and staff not happy…. OK so I can live with that if the foods good, food was OK What REALLY got me was that I ask for a LARGE Lamb Shish, £10.50….two went on the grill but didn’t make it into my Kebab, if it was 1am on a Saturday night out then they would of got away with it BUT very sober and felt ripped off. Little salad too…..so I basically got a small one.

Forgot to review this one order was delivered earlier than expected which as before I definitely say is plus. Burger was awesome as always, chips were nice but I prefer mine a bit crispy these weren't but they still were good. One Happy Customer

As always brilliant burger which which was, brilliant nice kick with the chilli sauce, also got crispy chips which I personally love so total win for me. Always to happy to order from this restaurant as there food and delivery times are definitely 5 star 🌟

Driver went to a whole different address on the other side of the city, eventually understood that no he wasn’t where he needed to be then made his way over to me. From there he stopped on a different road, 2nd call made and he was at a different block. Food was stone cold and inedible, probably the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Doubt I’ll order anything again for a long time, way too much unnecessary stress when trying to eat after a late shift.

Good tasty food, never had a problem

Burger was lovely and the chips I had far more than I expected again they were also very nice will definitely order from here again. Also delivery time was very quick which again is definitely a plus point

Always terrific food and service. Even had a personal delivery once when there was a mix up on a particularly busy weekend. Can’t fault them. Highly recommend Kebab Centre.

This is my second time ordering from the Kebab Centre, I ordered a Large Donor Kebab, with Garlic Mayo and salad, I also fancied a small portion of Green Chilies, Could not find an order of Chilies on the menu so i asked politely through the app if it was possible to receive a small portion of Green Chilies because i couldn't locate them on the menu. When my Delivery arrived it was Small not Large, Cold and to top it off a message was hand written on the paper wrap, it said "Next time buy a side salad, we cant do like that, you must pay for it" Firstly, Paying for it wasn't an issue and secondly If i wanted a Side Salad i would have ordered one, If they has put a couple of extra chilies on the order i would have been happy but a Hand written message like that on my food, i find rude and insulting, With this kind of service there will NOT be a next time.

Had large doner kebab and chips. Kebab meat moist, tasty and not overcooked. Salad fresh and crisp, pitta bread not soggy. Chips probably the best I’ve had from a kebab shop with no ropey crispy bits. Perfect!

The food we spend £44 on didn't turn up

The delivery was 1.5hours late.

The size of the mixed shish chicken and donner kebab was very small for what it costs which was £14. Did not taste great either so not good value for money

Ordered a small kebab woth all salad and chilli sauce I get It no salad at all and goodness knows what source it is but nothing like I asked for so I've wasted my money now as going in the bin

My comfort food here is cheeseburger with pickled cabbage. Kebabs are delicious, very friendly staff, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered 2 burgers, got n a kebab. Been there before and been given cheese when I have said not to. Won’t get a 3rd try

6months ago, was a good 5 stars. However recently visited and very disappointed. Portion sizes have noticeably reduced, however the prices have remained the same. Several of the staff seemed disgruntled, as though they either didn't want to be there or the customers were an inconvenience. At no fault of the establishment or the staff, the deliver-oo-ber drivers are rude and obnoxious, pushing past a queue, thrusting the phone over the counter demanding the order, interrupting a physical customer while they are ordering, bags taking up a usable table, mopeds parked on footpath blocking pedestrians. Yet the staff do not correct them, or advise them otherwise making bringing down the image of the establishment.

Got charged £5.50 for this “large” portion of cheesy chips. LOL. Avoid.

Some of the best food I have ordered in a long time well done

The portion size was a medium at best even though ordered a large , bigger portions on previous occasions in the week or they got it wrong, meat was dry this time aswell. Just eat not interested as they say portion sizes can vary, £50+ for 4 kebabs so will go elsewhere next time.

driver didn’t knock, just left it outside of my flat, for anyone to steal, by the time i’d found it, it was cold, chicken wasn’t fully cooked, had to throw it out, chilli sauce had absolutely no chilli in it, i’ve had hotter ketchup, asked for extra pitta, nowhere to be seen

Amount of food disappointingly small for the price

Food was really tasty but one of the doner kebabs did have mayo instead of chilli, delivered in good time.

I paid 30£ for 3 chicken wraps but the portion was diabolical 3 pieces of chicken,a tiny bit of salad and 1 I repeat 1 slice of tomato ??? I cut it in half and found hardly anything I didn’t realise there was a war on and we were being rationed so you won’t get my £ again that’s for sure

Food arrived cold, delivery driver wasn’t happy bringing up to the second floor in the apartment building. Like 5 small pieces of chicken and 2 small and burnt pieces of lamb Shish for £15, is this a joke?

Order said it was on its way, the map never moved, time kept going up took over half an hour because it was being delivered on a push bike! Not acceptable from somewhere that’s not just round the corner.

Worst fish and chips in the whole city, burnt oil, burnt fish and on top of it it is bitter.. also the portion size of the fish/cod or whatever it is.. lame.. better go on another place wich you can buy double on the same price. SHAME ON YOU ;)

The chips are fries!! Was disappointed when I got them and they were a little on the greasy side. Will try the chicken though as looked nice. Ps Having chips on the menu is rather misleading!!!

Food quality was great, the shish kebab was tiny though. It was £10.50 and there was five small bits of meat in a small pita.

Best in Southampton, everything I've tried, from burgers and chips, to kebabs, is all perfectly done. I'll be returning.

Excellent quality food has been for years

Part of a good kebab is a quality salad. The salad was dry, sparse and the tomatoes were chunky. Even though meat was Ok the poor quality salad diminished my enjoyment of the meal.

Bog standard kebab but far more expensive than most places…..food doesn’t justify the price

Large cheesy chips cost over £7 and what I received was half a box of chops and hardly any cheese, very disappointed

Had a delivery of chicken kebab and a quarter pounder with cheese for 2 as my friend usually pops in and gets a kebab for himself which he said is huge can't eat it all ,when we got the delivery the kebab had about 5 cubes of chicken ,salad in a pitta ,was so small not enough for 1 person ,definitely not worth the £11 for a tiny kebab ,shame coz it tasted nice ,no more delivery from kebab House again

Defo the best kebab shop in Woolston, staff are always friendly to customers and I just looove the food.

The cheesy chips was better than many other places . The chiken shish was mild , not spicy or to overpowered by flavour, it tasted fresh. It's very convenient in terms of parking arround it . They didn't have chiken doner kebab though, I mean when you go to kebab shop and you spend 25 minutes driving to it you expect it to have chiken doner right ? I might be wrong but I don't think I am . I've learned something in the years of working in kebab shops and that was if the chiken doner doesn't spin arround all the time while the shop works than the shop isn't doing well . The lamb doner has never been In my menu but the one i saw here wasn't looking attracting enough to be ordered, I mean the salad was looking fresh , the chiken shis as well ,why the lamb doner looked like it's been switched off for hours, looking dry and hardened white fat was showing from it that I don't know .

Completely yummy and always delicious food especially with a cold beer! This is the only kabab shop you need to go to in Southampton!!! Always fantastic

Best lamb shish kebab I've ever had

Came here one evening this week for a evening meal. Only had small doner kebab & chips, the kebab meat when I got home was still really hot & the taste was really nice, was definitely value for money. Friendly staff & the shop inside was clean, the menu was clear & easy to understand. Will recommend to friend & family, I will be returning myself that's for sure!

The best kebab in southampton. I just had a large chicken shish. It was yummy still juicy and tasty. Homemade chilli sause and garlic sause is so nice. I highly recommend the place.

I have visited the place the other day to order some kebabs, I have to say that the portions are bigger than what I expected, nice and tasty food and good customer service, however, there is something that I have to point out that I did not like, no one from the staff were wearing a facial covering mask, to be honest it does not look professional when customers come in to order food, for the health and safety of everyone they should wear a mask when working/treating with food, it is unbelievable that after going through a really tough situation people will not comply with the government regulations.

First time for a takeaway here and was amazing good quality lamb doner asnoppose to cheap quality and the chicken and lamb shish was amazing too. Lamb was very soft as oppose to chewy which is how I like it Would recommend
