This cafe remind me when i last visit Busan, Korea. Definitely a hidden gem in Newcastle city centre, I had their Kimbap (Original) & Korean fried chicken, price is reasonable, food is absolute authentic, atmosphere is chill and relaxing. The staff was friendly and patiently introduce their best seller to me. Will definitely revisit again.

One of the best place I have visited so far! I have got takeout from kc2 many times. If you like spicy food I highly recommend to try kimchi fried rice, if you don’t, you should try gimbap, bibimpap, gimmari or bulgogi rice.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Newcastle. The food is delicious and quickly served within a cosy atmosphere. I had the gimmari and pork japchae. Perfected!

The best Korean food in the UK, 3 words to conclude, Authentic! Fresh! Savoury! I really want to try all of their food!! It’s just me this time, so I can only ordered a Beef Gimbap and a Spicy Rice Cake with cheese. It’s bring me back to Korea in a sec !!! The ingredients they used are exactly the same in the Korea! Highly recommended!! Last but not least , I ordered their iced coconut coffee with double shot expreso. I don’t even know coconut and coffee are that match! And I got a hot sesame latte to go, soooooo nutty and satisfying during this cold weather!! Definitely will come again with my Korean friend next time!!

Here's a little hidden gem tucked in the alleys of Newcastle's Haymarket😍 A cosy environment perfect for sipping a cuppa, with signature dishes like KFC (Korean Friec Chicken), this is certainly spells for a good time. I particularly enjoyed the dishes I ordered - definitely made with love. 🥥Coconut Coffee (This is one of their best-sellers) 🍥Kimbap (Korean Seaweed Roll. We choose the Egg version (vegetarian)) 🍥Stir-Fried Spicy Rice Cake with Cheese (oof, this was heavenly. I didn't realise how well the cheese would complement the tteokbokki! A little spicy, but we love heat) ☕Latte Definitely a recommended spot just to chill and have a nice simple Korean/Japanese meal😄

Looking for something different to eat, I found this gem. The food was like what I have had at other Korean restaurants but better. Sweet and spicy chicken wings were cooked and tasted fresh, with a sauce which proved a sweet and spicy taste. Pork rice bowl was supplied with Kimchi. The pork was well cooked and the Kimchi was out of this world I'm not sure if authentic but was lovely.

Cafe Beam is by far the best cafe in Gosforth. The food is always top quality. Whether you want something savoury like a hash bowl, or if you’ve got a sweet tooth like me I’d recommend the pancakes. Probably the best I’ve ever had. The cafe is dog friendly and everyone is always really welcoming. I’ve also ordered birthday cakes in the past which were also phenomenal and beautifully decorated.

I held a family event at this venue, everything went perfectly from the first enquiry to the event itself. A big thank you to Anna, who organised everything and Becca and Natalie, who worked at the event.

Stopped here whilst doing the last day of the Hadrians Wall walk. It's a peaceful little haven after the bustle of the city and a good final pit stop before the last few miles. Very friendly, nice range of food and drink. A few benches for looking out over the river and a small indoor seating area.

The coffee shop is without doubt the best in Newcastle. The coffee is incredibly flavourful even in a flat white!
