I’ve come here a couple of times and the food is amazing! Tanvir was my server today and the service was attentive, friendly and quick

Dirty disgusting toilets wouldn’t let me use them unless I bought something was horrified when I seen them no soap, filthy I actually feel sick

In a hot day in Gloucester, there is simply no way not to jump in and enjoy a scoop…. and we ended up having a couple of scoops and slush. Mr Tanvir was very nice and welcoming to us.

We were so happy with the service! The waffles and crepes were delicious, and the milkshakes were just as good. A special mention to the man, Taniva (I think that's how you spell it), who was incredibly polite and helpful—just like the rest of the staff. Everyone made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be returning again!

Very yummy , very sweet , i liked it , im very surprised that it didnt fill me up, i would 100% recommend if you have a sweet tooth

24/03/2025 Delicious dessert as always! We had the chocolate and strawberry waffle, and the white kinder bueno - would highly recommend. The three staff working the closing shift on this day were absolutely lovely. Service was fast and we were met with plenty of smiles and charisma. I'd go here again purely for the same level of service from these three staff members.

Amaad was kind, professional, and provided excellent service. He made our experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly appreciate his efforts!

Food and service were good. They were very friendly and the food came out fast and was nice. However the toilets were horrendous. Completely unusable. I walked in and walked straight back out. They really need cleaning and no excuse for the state of them considering you have to ask for a key to use them.

Lovely milkshakes and great service from Ammad

Always great, efficient service from all the staff. Subhan particularly always takes care with my order and sees that it is correct and quickly dealt with. Great range of milkshakes and the speculoos sundae is also highly recommended

Probably the worst kaspas I’ve been to, food came out cold and didn’t have crushed pistachios as it said on the menu. Staff forgot to bring the ice cream so had to be reminded. Staff were slow and it took a good 25 minutes to get our order when we were the only people in the restaurant. The mango bubble tea first time came out with powder as it wasn’t mixed properly - the straw wouldn’t move at all at the bottom and there was powder on top. When staff re made it, they made us drink it in front of them to check and the drink and glass were hot and tasted horrible. Not worth the £30 trip for two crepes and a drink, save your money. Never coming back.

Having to result to a McDonald’s the service was not so good but overall the food was awful so expensive and for what we spend around £35 for two waffles to have barely any toppings the crepe was around £6 for barely any food and the cookie dough was cold. Plus the fact there was flies around our food the smell aswell was awful. And overall a hair in my waffle I would give it 0 stars if possible so unhappy.

Had a pistachio gelato, no flavour at all. Wouldn't recommend.

Good Sundays shop in Gloucester. There are a lot of varieties on the menu and wud recommend waffles with brownies and ice cream. Service is a bit slow.

This place needs a deep clean . Disgusting cups , they should put an effort and clean that floor too is not even busy. Definitely not returning.

The place was messy, the tables hadn't been cleared.. what we picked from the menu wasn't available and when we went to use the toilet it was awful. The light wasn't working, the locks weren't working, no toilet paper and no bin. Really disappointing. Won't take the kids again...

My friend and I came here for a dessert, and had a fairly good experience with some areas of improvement. The food itself is what you expect from this style of restaurant: an enormous menu of customisable dessert options, most of which are reasonably priced. We were happy with that. The whole place did feel a bit dirty, so much so that we moved tables in the middle of our visit to find one less sticky. Service wise, while the staff were perfectly pleasant, their card machine and ability to take cash were both broken, forcing us to make an order via their website, which was time consuming and annoying.

I have tried their another branch where we had a awesome experience but this Gloucester branch is had very worst experience previously i have dine in I haven’t received a proper service how they looking the customers is very disappointing today i placed a order online to take a second chance they accepted my order and status shows the food is being prepared but after 30 minutes i called to the store about my food they said they are preparing it in next 10 minutes they cancelled the order if they are not able to prepare my order why they have to accept it and to cancel after 45 minutes

Expensive for what it is ideal for people with kids

Took my daughter and some friends here for a birthday treat. Had an issue with the table we booked, the customer refused to leave (it was the table set aside for birthdays). Happy to sit at the table without the birthday balloons! The staff were excellent, very friendly and had amazing service. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the food, huge servings and well worth the money. Great time had by all, will be returning for more treats!

We went to have the typical bubble tea with tapioca bubbles. However it was not there, but we tried mango and blueberries bubbles it was good.

Popped in one lunchtime for a little treat. The strawberry sundae was lovely and the small childs ice cream was still too much for my little girl.

Had banoffee waffle. Would have again. Very nice helpful staff.

Paid 12 quid for a waffle and 10 for a cake that took nearly an hour to be delivered was stone cold and tasted like cardboard, driver got lost several times. Absolute waste of money wouldn't ever order again.

I feel cheated, the "promotion" for mother's day turned out to be false information, in fact my daughter paid for the entire order, the staff was rude, unhelpful and deliberately misleads the customers, and the food was not even tasty, the fruit was sour. The food is overpriced for what it is. I honestly do not recommend, even advise against this place.

Spur of the moment decision to go here was very nice and we had the hot cookie dough's, we were the only people in there at one point, but a few more came in, and they had a few people in for takeaways as well.

I’d not been here for months, but remembered it being lovely last time we visited, so we recently went there again. They’ve had a change of menu since then and there’s a lot less choice than there used to be. They no longer offer the apple crumble waffle and custard, which was my favourite. It was a Sunday and the restaurant was quiet, but unfortunately the service was extremely slow. It’s not an awful place, but it just wouldn’t be where I’d choose to go for dessert anymore, especially when there’s so many other less well known and cheaper dessert places about offering the same sort of thing.

Online says open until 11. Got there at 9pm and it was closed. Woman inside ignored us and couldn’t be bothered to come to the door to explain.

I've dined in at Kaspa's many times over the years.. But they've clearly gone downhill. Drastically. Last night we decided to order in as we were craving cake! We ordered an Apple Crumble with a side of custard and a Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake with a side of custard. When it arrived, they had sent the smallest slice of Triple Fudge Cake that was split in the middle and basically a complete mess. They had also sent ice-cream rather than custard! I tried calling but the phone just rings out.. I tried an Instagram DM but no response.. I then contacted the Uber driver who said he'll 'let them know' which really wasn't helpful either but can't really blame the guy. In the end, I had to complain through Uber Eats. Not worth the prices they charge. Terrible service and no method to contact. Would not recommend.

Totally brilliant as usual, thanks 😊 Went for my youngest's 14th birthday. Friday night and I thought it would be packed but was lovely and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great place and great staff. Manager welcomed us with smile, provided great service and awesome food.

We arrived at the branch at 10.25pm. We were told straight away by Mr Subhaan that they were doing only take-away orders now that it was 10:30. A whole 5 minutes before! The place was empty except for 3 customers in one booth. We requested to eat in as we only wanted one waffle between the 2 of us. Subhaan spent 10 minutes arguing with us and refusing to give us his name in order to lodge an official complaint. He claimed he was told by the manager to close eat-in half an hour before closing time. Upon telling him that an official complaint would be made he switched his tone and said he would accomodate us. He was happy to lose customers over his ego it seemed. We could also tell that other members of staff felt intimidated by him and had to support his side. We assured her that she needn't feel intimidated by other members of staff. Upon serving us the waffle at table 14, she came and apologised on both of their behalf and she mentioned she did not support his view but felt the need to at the time due to his intimidating nature and fear of losing her job. This experience has really put us off from the place. We hope this matter is dealt with seriously and employees are better trained and driven to go the extra mile to accomodate customer service and business needs.

November 2022 update Visited with family, very quiet, staff were busy chatting away. Significant decrease in professionalism, probably going to give it a miss. Staff were apologetic about swearing, shame, they didn't realise the customer service was non existent! Great menu, lovely surrounds, lack of parking and busy periods with no reservation services is a real issue, otherwise full marks!

Exactly what it says, a desert shop. Excellent waffles if you have an appetite. Good friendly customer service.

About gaudy, no other customers so lacked atmosphere. Staff looked bored. The sweet I selected from the menu, they searched the.frdges and didn't have. Even had to ask for a key to go to the toilet. Probably just quiet on a Thursday evening.

Friendly staff and quick response to orders

Arrived into premises. First thing that caught my eye was how dirty the tables was and the little midgey fly things flying above the table. Finally sat down when I noticed both my elbows sticking to the dirty table. Ordered meals at the bar I had a waffle which was ok but kinda cold and stale But still tasted ok ish. Part of my order was forgotten so had to go back and get it. After drinking my Diet Coke and Luke warm tap water I needed the toilet , nearly slipped on the way in and it was locked anyway. Had to ask at the till for the key , looked inside and it looked like an uncleaned public toilet you see in a dirty car park so didn’t bother. Staff looked uninterested, crazy kids running around the place swinging off lights , only time I’d ever go back is if it was a wake and it was free

Waffles came out lukewarm at best, tables felt sticky and generally not the cleanest place to eat, staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered with customers, also the toilets could do with a good clean. Safe to say we wouldn't return

I entered the restaurant, I noticed the table was slimy but decided to try the food anyway, the staff were rude, unhelpful and no one told me where to order my food. The food was ok but I have seen better. The toilets were dirty, they looked like they had not been cleaned in a while . The hand dryer barely worked. Noisy Kids were also running around the restaurant. The seating was ripped. The food is overpriced for what it is.

Extremely quite, we were ushered to our table and were left there. No waiter or waitress to take our order, we weren't even told that you had to order from the bar. Ordered our drinks and food. 1 drink came out before our food and then our food came out promptly after, the other drink came out about 5-10 minutes after the food arrived. We had a few bites of our mains and left, utterly disgusting that there is mould in their Ice-Cream! No check back so we didn't raise a concern to management. Absolutely shocking, will not be returning

Slow staff, took our orders for bubble drinks and then the staff member came over looking disinterested and informed us that they didn’t have half the stock to make our drinks and we settled for something else. Then we later went back to pay extra for extra toppings for a drink and the staff refused to serve us regardless of us wanting to pay. The staff isn’t even properly trained as one staff member was ready to serve us and then the rest started anxiously complying and saying no. I work in customer service myself and was extremely kind to the staff and understanding but the unnecessary attitude for all the inconvenience was extremely disappointing, would never come again! Last time I visited was in 2017 and there was a fly in my cookie dough. Thought I’d give a second chance but never again!

Lovely chill hour with great foor

Ordered bubble slush with juice balls, 10 % juice balls and syrup and 90% ice. My child could not even drink the bubble slush as it was ice, I went and explained that all the other stores don’t make the bubble slush the way the Gloucester branch make it. The lady who said she has been working there for 5 years can’t do anything about it raised her voice and said to me and the child we are banned from coming to the shop for raising the issue. I would recommend anyone who has experience to raise their concern with head office.

First time trying kaspas and i will be going again. The prices are fair and the food is delicious. Waffles are a good size and the flavours that all come on top are plentiful. The milkshakes we had too were brilliant. Only gripe was when i went up to order of the six people behind the counter it was only the last to notice me who took my order the others just stood there not bothered

Used to be 5 star on this post been here few times and it was brilliant, but the service now is terrible staff were not friendly at all very rude communication is hard also took 45mins to get our order wasn't even busy.. and you don't really get what you pay for anymore,, alot of seats are falling apart ripped ect, not alot off leg room, tables were sticky,

Service s.l.o.w. Too much talking and not enough working. The place itself is pretty and glittery. Don't bother using the facilities unless using a gas mask. The ice creams, shakes and waffles are really nice. I don't know why basic health and hygiene rules still don't apply anymore with long painted nails and rings on servers hands? I mean I wouldn't be wanting to sing happy birthday twice in those toilets right?

We ordered kaspas on the 18/3/2022 the two out of the three orders were correct but we ordered my mum the red velvet waffle from kaspas on just eat it was still on there menu instared of being contacted by kaspas they sent something I didn’t order and it had bananas on it which my mum was allergic I rang the restaurant to say this the girl on the phone was really rude argumentative and being defensive. Wouldn’t except the fact it was there fault will not be eating at this restaurant again not impressed

Without exaggeration, the Bananaberry Sundae was the best ice cream sundae I have ever had.

AVOID!!! Lazy staffs. One staff would ask you to come for collection over the phone and the other will make excuses about it being turned off and cashed up..but happy to make a milkshake and put the cash in her pocket for her bus journey. Time wasters and liars -.-.

Went in person a couple of time , the food was ok but the staff are rude and just sort of ignore you like you’re inconveniencing them by taking your order and the restaurant seems some what unclean. Decided I wanted to stay in tonight and order and this monstrosity of a dessert arrive, tasted awful , was cold and barley any toppings. I won’t be coming back in person or ordering online
