Kaspa's Ashford in Ashford

We took a group of young adults with autism to Kaspas as part of a birthday celebration last night. Holly(?) and her team were excellent, helping with the ordering process and distributing the desserts when they arrived. We couldn't have asked for better service, the desserts looked fabulous and tasted great as well.

Shocking!!! Ordered a cold drink and a hot desert and it turned up on a bike!!! Yes that’s right a push bike so guess what milkshake was warm and desert was cold!!! Waste of money avoid

Had great customer service from both Vic and Ash, had a brownie with ice cream that was bigger than my head, my friend had some sorbet which I’m surprised she didn’t get brain freeze because it was so good she ate it so fast!! We have been here many times, staff always seem happy but always seem busy with takeaways, food is very consistent and well presented, it's not cheap but it's not too expensive, I have visted other kaspas and this one is one of the best

My brownie and sundae were very nice. However, the chocolate frappe had so much espresso in it that I could not drink it. I'm deeply dissatisfied and won't be ordering this item again.

Got given the wrong food order

Git it delivered only got one scoop of melatonin when I ordered two and it looks like someone's ripped a piece about of my cookie dough

We got some awesome drinks and they tasted great. They came very fast and we enjoyed them thoroughly.

I asked for no bananas because I’m allergic and they ignored my request

On the app it states 1/3 off when you spend £15. But it not take off the discount and charged the full amount of £20.24 .

Welcomed in and as it was our first visit explained how to order at the counter and will be brought over to us. The host was friendly and welcoming, a great first impression. Really good portion size and quality, waffles were really nice, boba tea with lychee pearls and really sweet ice cream. The only two downsides was the very loud music, and the journey to the toilets downstairs, considering the loud music it was eerily quite 😅

My girlfriend and I had a really nice time. All staff were friendly and helpful, but especially Megan when she greeted us at the door. She made us feel very welcome by greeting us with a big smile and showing us to our table

I have just been to Kaspa’s tonight and the service we got from Vic was fantastic! They were friendly, happy, chatty whilst delivering our order and made my daughter’s birthday special!

It’s the wrong order!!! I have taken pictures this time. I am not impressed!!! I have the same one each time and the last one I ordered had no ferreo rocher, this one is clearly the biscoffe sundae. The store would not send out another one be told me to contact you. They are wasting your money!!! Please can I have another refund. I do not like biscoffe and would never have ordered it! I’m not moaning at you, I’m moaning at Kaspas!! Thank you

The ice cream was the tiniest scoop I’ve ever seen and the extra m&m’s was 5 which is a joke considering you pay extra for them not even a handful was put on top

Missing food and smashed up in the boxes

We visited for my son’s birthday with a large group and the staff were very friendly and attentive, which made all the difference. We were asked straight away if we were celebrating a birthday and the staff even sang happy birthday to him. The food was good, we also had 2 children with nut allergies which they managed very well. Would definitely go again.

Absolutely fantastic service from the girls here, not sure her name she has short hair but she was amazing at serving us.

Today I took over 40 individuals with additional needs to Kaspas and would like to say the service we Received was brilliant. Staff were friendly, hard working and helpful The place was very clean and tidy and will definitely return again in the future. Thankyou to the staff for all the hard work quickly sorting out so many orders your work was greatly appreciated and I hope your management recognise your hard work today

The food looked like it had been thrown in the box

Got a notification to say our order had been delivered but it had not. Called the restaurant who said it was nothing to do with them, luckily got a refund from just eat. Really frustrating

Wrong dessert delivered - store suggested it was my fault despite the receipt confirming what I had ordered - don’t think the delivery man would have changed it !!

Took over an hour from the time i ordered it when the estimated time was 25-40mins, which resulted in everything being cold and the waffle was soggy…

We had to contact the restaurant to amend the order after submitting and staff we amazing. The lady that spoke with us on the phone was really helpful and I just wished I had taken her name so we could say thank you more personally.

Took nearly 30mins for 2 kids ice creams and forgot the spoons. Waiting there thinking the waitress was coming back then realised she had forgot. The actual icecream deserts was nice just shame about the long wait and service. Update- been back a few times now and was good service 👍.

Order was delivered on time but the driver claimed part of the order had spilt, said would got back to restaraunt to get replacement. Called restaraunt after an hour to be told no drivers have returned.

If you want dessert then there's no better place.

Everything there is amazing! We have been there many times and food is always fresh and so nice and tasty. Highly recommended.

Wow. This Was AMAZING (I ate here about 2 months ago and I’m putting it on here now). The Desserts was so Yummy And very Mouthwatering, Also the Staff are Very Friendly and Even Gave us a Free Coke Bottle! Well done! Keep it up!

I was gobsmacked at the lovely service me and my partner and friene received yesterday at this particular Kaspa's. We all know the drill at Kaspa's: yummy dessert at a decent price, with a kooky atmosphere. However, the experience at my local branch (Colchester) is one of lukewarm food and mediocre service. I can happily say that Vic took great care of us and our orders. Food arrived in a timely manner and Vic was outstandingly friendly, helping us with food and area recommendations. The food was great and the waffles arrived piping hot and fresh. I'll be coming back here again! Came here late Sunday evening and was warmly greeted by Vic who made the three of us feel so welcome and valued. They showed us through the new menu and made some wonderful recommendations. Food came out in great time and was just as impressive as the service. All the staff were so very friendly but Vic definitely went the extra mile with us, making chit chat and giving our table such good and wholesome vibes, absolute star! Would definitely recommend this Kaspas, it was clean, welcoming and overall just a great experience.

Vic needs a payrise! Managed to handle our little crowd with ease and humour, had us giggling and in awe of the Sydney Opera House made with a napkin, Vic has skills!!!! Kids LOVED the service AND the ice-cream, we will be back. Had Banofee, Bubbleicious, Reeces and Chocolate fudge sundaes, 3 cokes and 2 coffees, at roughly £10 per head, great value for money.

Never even received the order, just eat service doesn’t help neither did the restaurant, I’m missing out on £20 absolutely livid, worse service ever!

Im not happy, I spent £26.66 on 2 waffles and u don’t even have a driver to drop it on time been waiting over an hour my waffles were all bashed up, it’s not the service you want when paying that price.

Just been to the restaurant and was served by Vic. The food was absolutely amazing and such friendly customers service. Will definitely be returning again soon and will highly recommend this restaurant to many people

Delivery was fast, therefore I was quite surprised to find the ice cream sundae completely melted and the banoffee waffle freezing cold. Definitely not worth the high price nor the service charge 🤷‍♂️

Was over an hour late. I ordered it at 20:00. It said delivery time was between 20:25-20:45 and it arrived at 21:33. I don’t know if there was a lack of strawberries but I had barely any on my strawberry shortcake waffle.

the bueno waffle was bangin 🤤 wasnt overly keen on the caramel frappe 🧐 order was well packaged to prevent leakage and the waffle was still warm, icecream still cold 😋 efficient and timely delivery! overall a little pricey, but a noce treat u deserve one of these waffles babe 💪very satisfied✨️

Milkshake doesn’t off. I’ve ordered that one before and it tastes completely different. This one tasted of medicine.

Been many many times before (love the place!) But this time.... WOW. I want to say a massive thank you to Vic i think was the name, absolute credit to you please pass on my thanks. Brought my son today for his birthday and they brought his waffle with a candle in it!! And they sang happy birthday. It made his day! Thank you so so much. All of the staff are so lovely. Only one thing, nothing too bad, but the free milkshake (amazing offer for birthdays I may add so this isn't a moan and I'm very grateful) but I was charged and then told it would go straight back on my card but it hasn't. Hopefully will soon. Will be back very soon. Great place to visit with the kids. Service with a smile everytime xxx

Rubbish delivery drove otherside of ashford before coming to me then kept trying open back gate nearly let dogs out because he couldnt be bothered to come to front door, because drove around ashford for half hour was melted and like soup. Rubbish!!

Great food, fast delivery. Hot food hot and ice cream still cold. Would like to be able to select toppings to suit individual tastes. Ice creams arrive without labels so have to guess which goes with each dish!

Delivery was on time but nothing about the food was. Ice cream was already melting and the crepe I ordered… the crepe wasn’t very great and presentation was awful it was leaking from the box and the strawberries were all collected at the edge which I guess is from delivery. Only thing edible for me was the toppings

I was called by Kaspas to say they were having problems with rude obnoxious driver who refused to take our order. They had put in freezer and were wondering if they could get another driver……after all this palaver our order finally arrived. If it was same driver I have no idea as he held bag out I took goods and I said thanks. …good of them to let me know it was going to be late but no idea what they thought I could do about it. In the end the ice creams were delicious

First time I have been and found it really good. If you have a sweet tooth and are not watching your weight this is the place to come. Every thing is freshly made and has a good selection of crepes, waffles, ice creams and sorbets

Awful first experience here on a Saturday evening. I walked in with my friend and was greeted with a rude member of staff, it turns out he was actually the franchisee! DO NOT COME HERE

Came in for my daughter's birthday. Claimed her free shake. The ladies were lovely and even put s little candle in her ice cream she was chuffed. The caramel frappe was delicious and well needed after an excited 5 year old all morning. Massive thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my little girl smile.

Food is amazing however one of the cleaners is extremely rude and impatient telling me and my friends to hurry up whilst changing, he was banging on the door and this was just a bit shocking overall but the food was great.

The Crepe was frozen cold and the ice cream melted arrived 30 minutes late and ordered 1hr 30 minutes before selected time.

The food never turned up I’m fuming and you cannot get hold of anyone to complain

Ordered and requested order for 5:35pm but arrived at 6:20pm. Couldnt get a response from just eat regarding my order. Very disappointed and no apology or reimbursement

Driver couldn’t speak good English and couldn’t find our address and was walking around for ages to find us before calling us ! Had to reheat the waffles due to this. Not the restaurants fault but Justeat needs to sort this out

So I found Kaspa's for the first time yesterday in Colchester Essex, where from my description of what my taste buds like, they made me a ice cold slush of mango and passion fruit gel balls in the bottom, which released little rainbow explosions in the mouth. Today I found Kaspa's in Ashford Kent and asked the server "Rose" if she could replicate it, and that she did, super! There are so many great flavours to try here, that it may become my regular lunch time pleasure.

Cookie dough arrived looking terrible! The box broken, and the food inside all sink down to one corner, freezing cold.

Ordered on Just eat. Kaspas did not put an item in the bag when I phoned whilst just eat delivery was in front of me the lady was rude and refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I rang back and asked for a member of management to be told no manager is in today!

Kaspas messed up my order and left and item on the counter and even though the delivery guy was in front of me whilst I was on phone to them he refused to go back and kaspas hung up on me!

The food was fine but the delivery lad insisted I go downstairs to collect it despite being disabled and struggling with stairs.

Food was destroyed, less than a quarter of milkshake left box and waffle were all smashed up
