Sweet place for a solid date, amazing song choices

After a great experience last year I came Back here again, only this time it was awful. Constantly interrupted during our songs asking if we want drinks even though we said we're good for the night, lights in our room were extremely bright and when we asked to turn them down they said no even though other rooms had them pretty much off... during our last 30 minutes they turned the lights up to max which irritated us. Think we made it through maybe 4 songs in 2 hours without being interrupted. Extremely unwelcoming! Staff kept staring into our room too as if we weren't mean to be there? Especially during our last 30 minutes. Won't be coming back.

Overall, it was a good place to go, but I would recommend adding more songs in bollywood and other genres. You are expected to buy one drink per person at least. Customer service was good, but I'm not sure if it's worth going again as the price is quite high

I came last minute during Christmas period and they were so lovely, very welcoming and family oriented. We got a room and had a really good night, the staff were funny and wanting to get to know us which made us all feel welcomed. Drinks and food were quick and all together a fantastic night. Also the security guy was so nice and smiley.

Absolutely a wonderful bunch of people, so much laughter and fun! And amazing drinks! Will definitely be returning!

Great place with super cozy karaoke rooms. You can fiddle with the settings on the mics too and the song selection was pretty broad. Honestly will come back again to try out their Luxury Room because it looked great from the outside. Also - the karaoke monster shooter blew my mind. So good!

Ben’s a jack of all trades, my man made us feel like home with a very warm and direct approach. Everything is so clean and legit looks like authentic karaoke bar. 10/10 recomendation for a nights out!!!

Expensive drinks but overall fun experience

My first time here and it was a fun experience! The catalogue of songs were decent and we had a great service from Napoleon, will definitely be coming back!

Nice hosts and service. Nice rooms and selection of songs to choose from. 4-6 people in the room is ok, more very tight. Rooms are nicely decorated and microphones work well, but only when right up against mouth. Not overly "safe" for the health conscious.

Great place to go for karaoke after dinner & drinks. The price for 1 hour of karaoke is £70. I’ve returned to this place a few times now as it is easy to book & great for bigger groups. They have 5+ rooms which range in size and can accommodate up to 10 people. Great selection of drinks (no tap beer if that’s what you’re after).

Many reviews because the guy here forces you to put a good review before leaving. Also they force you to buy at least a drink per person so don't expect to pay only for the karaoke room. The karaokee was fun, many song choices tho.

This must be the best general karaoke place in London. They have always been so warm to us, which differentiates them for other venues. A wide variety of songs (best to come with some ideas!) and a generally kind bar and staff who will let you enjoy your full hour and a song if you give them an easy time. Strong recommend.

The staff were nice, drinks were good! I would say just lacking a bit on the reggaeton options and it would be better if there was a book or something to give ideas on what to sing. But overall it was a great experience.

The place is fine, but for our group of people it was a little bit too small. The prices of drinks are quite expensive. Don't be also surprised to have a service charge added on top of each drink even though you buy them at the bar. You would normally not find either the new songs on their lists or anything that is not so radio popular.

Had a great time last night with a group of 11 friends. Service was fast and friendly and the music and mics worked great. Even our terrible singing couldn't spoil the fun

I'm no karaoke connoisseur, but I've been to a few which are often pretty grim places. But this one the service was really good, and the room was nice and clean. The manager in particular (I think he was) was really friendly. Recommend.

Really disappointed - I booked for 9pm (3 people) and was 10 mins late due to tubes. When we arrived, they had given our box away and demanded we pay £70 for a x7 people room.. only for 45 mins.. no way! When I originally called to book, I offered to pay them over the phone - the guy said it wasn’t necessary and that they’d hold the room for us (it was £35 for a smaller room). Really poor service, it wasn’t our fault we were late… and they lied! I’m a loyal customer as well - won’t be coming back. Don’t recommend guys!

First time experience and I can’t wait to return, fitted us in late night and last minute and couldn’t do enough. Great service.

The room was fine and the staff were helpful enough, just a lot of the recent songs refused to play. We asked about it but they didn't know why but was a known issue. Wouldn't use again given limited songs.
