£8.10 for an egg and bacon sandwich while staff are rude to each other. Compare this to their £9.90 for a Full English breakfast. Greasy, oversalted, overcooked.

I walked in here this afternoon at 4:40pm to hopefully grab something to take out for my train journey, but I was promptly greeted with a rude “We’re closed” by a young white-skinned girl wearing round glasses. I replied: “Closed? At this time of day?” She then grunted the same response: “We’re closed!” There were even two people sat down at a nearby table eating and talking! Even the website states this Coffee bar is open right now. Regardless of whether this place was really closed or not, the girl could not have been any ruder to me. She is clearly in the wrong job as she has no idea how to talk to people. I certainly won’t be returning here again. Absolutely appalling customer service and I doubt the food and drink would be much better…. AVOID

Outstanding cafe located opposite Marylebone station via a less than one minute walk. Far superior to anything inside the station. Very hospitable staff, the lady (who I think is the owner) remembers customers and their orders and is always smiling and welcoming. All staff work extremely hard to ensure polished surfaces, no dirty plates left behind etc. Standard of cleanliness superb. Food is delicious and a good selection on offer. Definitely worth making the trip across the zebra from the station - you won’t be disappointed. Cafes like this are hard to find and this one is a gem. P.s I have had the privilege to re-visit this wonderful establishment. The jacket potato and baked beans were incredible. The water is also extremely good and very cold. Staff are so nice. Lovely place. Really recommend. In fact if you are in London just once you must come here. P.p.s back again in this great place. They make food so fast eg bacon sandwiches. No one is left waiting they are so quick. Definitely recommend. P.p.p.s the staff work so hard here. Everything is like a well oiled machine. All the lovely customers enjoy their food and beverages. Interesting decor. Good water. 💧 very nice food. P.p.p.p.s the fridge is well stocked as you can see from the picture. The sandwiches look very nice as you can see from the picture. There is a lot on the menu as you can see in the picture. You can also see the sign it is a nice orange colour as you can see. There is a shiny mirror on the wall but you don’t want to look in it when you look like me but it is very shiny all the sane and they must polish it a lot. The decor is very interesting indeed. Everybody is so lovely here. They really are. P.multiple.s it’s great in here full of lovely London people. The jacket potato with baked beans is very good.you can sit at the window or on woven chairs. Kids on a school trip. Teachers do such a good job. Not an easy one but they do it well. As Graham at tiffin said you only get one shot with a child’s education.

I'm nearly always arriving at Baker St. station before 7 : 30 am so it's straight round to Gino's for a cup of their excellent coffee & breakfast. Great service & a cheery word from the hard working staff. Good atmosphere with an eclectic mix of clientele. Gino's is superbly positioned on the corner of Great Central St. & so is bang opposite Marylebone Station. Nothing better than sitting on one of the high stools by the window & watching London life. Big choice of cooked bteakfasts & lunches plus all the rolls etc Don't waste your time on all those nearby , boring chain outlets & enjoy a real cafe & support independent trade.

An unceremonious, reasonably priced coffee and breakfast spot, dishing up the basics done well and not much better than that. As a fan of the old school Italian espresso bar, I was personally thrilled to find a plump-cushioned line of stools along the street window, where I parked myself for a half-hour or so. In a world where breakfasts seem to be getting too clever, pretentious and wallet-busting, it's a refreshing visit to Gino's for 'scrambled eggs on toast' that literally is just scrambled eggs on toast.

They wanted to charge 50p to toast my bread. Give me a break. Such a disgusting cafe. The food is cooked terribly. Sausage and bacon sandwiches have their meat reheated. It is so overpriced. Horrible. Do yourself a favour if you want a typical British cafe: exit the cafe, turn right, walk 4 minutes past Costa, there'll be a cafe on the right hand side which does way better breakfasts. If you want good coffee keep walking to baker street, head across the road to saint espresso. Done. Gino's, nah mate, gross.

He has so much anger and is the rudest person I have ever spoken to and should not be dealing with customers. I am in great disbelief that Management can hire someone like him to work for them. This pub is perfect if you are visit the British museum. It is right opposite the museum and you can eat here after visiting the museum. The food is like in all pubs, I decided to eat Fish and Chips, the traditional meal English and were just as I remembered, bland (yet when I return to London again ask sure).

Stayed on our wedding night a month ago and I'd made the mistake of not actually booking the hotel (despite being quite sure I had). I tried to check in and when it transpired that I hadn't in actual fact booked a room, the manager (a French man) was exceptionally rude and unnecessarily aggressive towards me inferring I was lying when it was a simple mistake. There were spare rooms and I booked one, which I would not have done if it weren't for the circumstances. After I said "well we don't have to stay here if you have a problem" he backtracked on his rudeness slightly. It was a really uncomfortable way to end our day, made slightly better by a colleague of his meeting us on the stairs and apologising on his behalf. Would never stay here again and very much regret having to part with our money on the night.
