On entering the shop this morning the employee was wearing his blue gloves and touching various items to set up: outdoor ramp, food board etc. He was very polite and went behind the counter to serve me, he handled money and put toast in the toaster, set up the kitchen - again still wearing the gloves.... Never once did he take them off, change them or wash his hands... I didn't say anything, I wanted to go to work stress free. Needless to say I threw the toast in the bin... Polite service but no hygiene

Visited here with my wife and kids, including our 1 year old child. Disappointed that there are no toilets at all downstairs and no baby change full stop. The baby change one isn't ideal, but no downstairs toilets for those with physical disabilities is shocking in my opinion for a food venue in 2019 and is discriminatory. The food and drink prices were slightly cheaper than other places such as Costa and on a par with other independent cafes in the area, so fair enough. Didn't make much of the toasties, my cheese wasn't even melted, don't know how you can't get a toasties right, but then this is a place that doesn't want disabled people to go to the toilet.

There was a good choice of sandwiches, toasties and cakes. All appeared to have very good quality ingredients. Service was friendly and efficient. Extremely good value. We had two toasties and two orange juices for under £9.

Doesn’t look much from the outside, but offers comfortable surroundings for breakfast or lunch. Jacket potato with cheese and beans for £2.50, decent coffee and polite and efficient staff. So much better for you than McDonalds just up the road!

I’m happy with the service and food . The coffee is excellent, especially cappuccino, i love this place.

Really nice atmosphere and a great place to take the weight off your feet when you're in West Bromwich. Prices were great and the cakes were delicious. Really nice owners and staff too. Will be back.

been here a few times, love the seating and décor , nice and pleasant atmosphere, food is good but coffee is very weak, the other sunday had to leave half a cup as it was so tasteless ............shame as I would rather give my custom to small independent traders but costa from now on

I chose to come here rather than spend my money in a coffee chain like costa and im glad I did. The interior is lovely and the place has a great variety of cakes and butties. I only intended on going in for a coffeee but stopped for a jacket potato. The coffee was lovely and my food was hot! Staff were friendly and apologised for the wait on my potato even though I was only waiting for a few minutes for it. My only criticism is that I wish it had a toilet for paying customers to use.

We decided to visit West Bromwich because my wife wanted to go to a particular shop. We all felt like something to eat as it was near lunchtime. We noticed this new cafe called Kafe B70, it looked quite trendy and up market, so we decided to try it. Big mistake. Ordering went well, even the time of arrival of the food, but while we were waiting for the food, I needed to use their toilet and was tursly told they did not have one??? This is NOT a takeaway but a sit in cafe! I had no choice but to use a nearby public toilet and by the time I returned the food had arrived and mine was going cold, my fault I needed the toilet!!!!! My daughter told me she had been given a bacon sandwich and NOT the sausage she had ordered? This mistake could have caused offense to some people, but this was quickly rectified. My wife had a vegetarian sausage sandwich and said it was the cheapest vegetarian sausage on the market (mashed vegetables, possibly one of the first vegetarian sausages on the market years ago, not like the quality ones you can get these days from any supermarket!!) and not cooked well, very mushy. My daughter was also confused to why no butter on the bread, she is away at university, so can't afford to eat at the most expensive eateries but said even in the less expensive places she and her friends eat, they always have buttered sandwiches?! The final straw was my sandwich, again no butter, but that's fine with me, but I had ordered a sausage, bacon and egg sandwich. The produce was cheap and poorly cooked, the egg was not fried as expected but a perfect round rubber like disc, and more like poached? The tea was ok but NOT much flavour, I love my tea and normally have several cups sometimes ordering 2 pots just for myself, I couldn't even drink a full cup!! I am aware this review may make my family and I sound fussy but not true, we only expect edible food! We all decided before weleft not to revisit this cafe again and not to talk with the staff about our experience, it was difficult enough trying to order due to some staff having limited English, one staff not appearing to understand when approached and spoken with. On leaving my wife bumped into someone she knows, they also had a bad experience at this cafe with the food not being cooked? they too would not visit the cafe again! I do hope this cafe all the best for the future but if others have a similar experience to us and the other family, I feel the cafe will need more than "LUCK"
