Food was cold, chips had no cheese

My order never arrived but it says it was delivered

Was missing a portion of fries. It's expensive enough ordering this place even though the food was great you'd expect everything to be in the bag. Not good

This was my first time trying GBK because my partner recommended and I fully enjoyed the meal. The meat was beautifully done with the cheesy chips and sauce. I would recommend to anyone !!!!

We got wrong food from some other restaurant

ordered at 19:07 and the time kept getting pushed further and further back, absolutely ridiculous

Even if I’ve ordered extra sauces my food was dryyy,like really sauces are not that expensive 🤦‍♀️Food was tasty but unfortunately arrived ice cold.

Something changed in the way they make things. Last order I though it’s just me being peeky but now I’m sure. Quality went down really bad

ordered a large mixed meat had 2/3 box if fries 5 2cm slivers of chicken and a portion of beef no complaints about the beef and fries but where's the chicken especially when i payed for extra both and didn't even get a small portion of chicken meat

Delivery driver can't read instructions. Food was good, but chicken part of the mixed gym doner box was a little softer than usual.

our order was 20 mins late, the driver sat outside for another 5mins and then when we did get our food it was cold, even the kebabs that were wrapped up were cold, then we realised we were missing 2 of the 4 spring rolls we had ordered , so we wasn't happy about this as usually when we get our food its warm, and then

i order 5 diferent kebabs...and when its arrive we can't find wich is wich...no marks on the box..

Food was stone cold when we got it delivered . Not worth the money I use to love German dinner kebab but it’s gone so expensive and doesn’t even taste the same any more cheaper burger buns and less meat on the bun and I ordered cheesy hash browns and had a tiny bit of cheese sauce on them and they was cold to .£24.95 paid all together and my partner chucked he’s burger in the bin due to it being cold and bread tasted stale

As a former employee of GDK, this has been one of the best kebabs I had. Salad was so fresh, given I ordered it at 10pm this is really impressive. Chicken was perfectly cooked, and just a very good meal altogether. My compliments to the BOH member who cooked this!

Where the kebab like mate I’m coming to restaurant tomorrow and you can give me another one for free!! Think ur taking the p think again !

Absolutely nasty. Worst german doner I've ever eaten in my life. Ordered through deliveroo of an order over £60 half of my order was missing and everything that did arrive was stone cold and inedible. Was close to closing time and you have had some lazy employees just throwing stuff together without care, I even suspect they gave an order that's been sat there for hours and was made for someone else. Hire better people

Poor service from delivery driver, left instructions stating the way to my address then argued with me when he phoned while am trying to help him with directions. In the end I had to get in my car and drive to another road to find him. Food was fantastic but please get better drivers. Kind regards

Very disappointed with the food I collected today. The amount of the chicken doner was HALF in the PITTA. They used to be good few years back. No sauce was given with the food, Which I wasn’t aware of, they should have asked at-least. Dont think will be going back. Its a RIP OFF. I expect a refund 😔

19:25 to 19:40 to 20:00 to 20:20 with no explanation. Food was lukewarm by the time it got here. Shame as they're usually pretty quick.

Everytime I order veggie kebab to take away I have the same issue. They put some asian spiced soya based ‘meat’ instead of veggies covered in crispy butter as described on their website. I don’t understand why do they add those spices, I am not a big fun of curry.When it comes to ‘eating in’ the order is spotless. Not sure why.

Food didnt taste nice at all wasnt how it was presented or described on the board asked for a panini and got garlic bread that was over cooked and rock solid!! Asked for a burger thing and got given a tray full of lettuce and veg which isnt what i wanted as i asked for veg to be took off completely and they got it wrong so i asked them to do it for me as they didnt listen to my order and was told “we cant take it off” we said well i ordered it to be plain and you messed up and was told “nothing we can do” so i said cant you just take it off now with your hands and was told no basically do it yourself so i had to waste money and waste my time taking it all off

food freezing cold waited over an hour, supposed to be delivered at 21:15 never turned up until 22:05 won't be using just eat again.

Just collected food and its all cold. Hash browns, still frozen, chilli bites are freezing bites not chilli bites and the kebab itself......AS COLD AS THE WEATHER!

Ordered 2 Boss Boxes with a specific collection time. Collected them and got them home (10mins in a thermal bag) to find everything colder than the weather. Really disappointed.

WOW! Went in and asked for eating in, was sent to machine to order (no table service), ok…took around 10mins to choose our foods - then asked for toilet facilities - they said theyre out of order (im sure when eating in there should be toilet facilities???) so we left, they clearly wernt arsed! WB has gone right down the pon!

We ordered 3 boss boxes, they are worth it for the money which is great but I don’t think that the drink should be placed in the box as the cold drink makes everything else cold! our chips were freezing as they are placed next to the cold can & half the kebab was cold but the spring rolls werent cold but I definitely think you should put the can seperately or someone who is reading this & wants to order then ring up and ask for the can not to be placed in there. The food was nice tho even cold

Spent £17 on two sandwiches and asked for just two dips. I was told they charge for those.

Over the years, the original donner feels like it's gotten smaller, I used to struggle to finish one off, now I'm still a little peckish after finishing one off.

I took my daughter there as it was the only thing she wanted to eat after being sick for a long time. The food is great, the service is amazing, everything is clean. The only one thing is the toilet. Only one toilet was working and it's mixed. But the experience was good

Spent over £30, asked for some extra sauce, was asked to pay extra.... all was asked was 1 extra tub. Never again....

The food was fresh and delivered in good time but my order was incorrect. Also, the cold drink was put in the bag on top of the fries so most were cold on arrival.

I was order the beef box kebab without any salad inside, and they was not look at notes and was put all salad inside the kebab, and also was all mess on the box. Should do better job and read notes.

Never order from here again, while eating felt undercooked piece of chicken in my mouth took it out to my shock , it was a raw piece of meat .

The best of them all is In WestBromwich! Food tastes so much better and not very oily as in other locations. Must try it out people!

They cook deliciously, everything is quick and high-quality. The most delicious item is the beef burger with cheesy fries. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Well done!

In Walsall German Doner portion is smaller,in We est Bromviich it's good for extra mix you see the difference straight away bad things in West Bromwich the toilet already a month ago it was unavailable, and now the same thing has Finally it's back Refreshing.Hand Towel

Very disappointed about the vegan kebab which I found very very salty and couldn't receive any help from staff about. I had to pay for another dishes because not able to eat the vegan one.

prices are extortion for the portions they provide, a can of coke costs £2 when there's a poundland down the road, the place used to be worth it, but it's turned into a joke it's not a place for this economy, that's for sure

Ordered Quesadilla meal yesterday for collection. long hair joker at the reception was not aware that three signatures sauces are served with Quesadilla. He said these sauces are inside the Quesadilla. Even though this is the same long hair joker who told me last time when I ordered quesadilla standalone that they give three sauces free of charge when quesadilla is ordered as a meal. Then another super intelligent girl entered the conversation that different shops have different rules. She was not aware that it was west bromwich store only who told me order meal to get signatures sauces. I even get three sauces when I ordered last time. Food is nice as always but staff has minimum knowledge. Special mention to long hair guy who does not even understand the meaning of served with. According to him served with signature sauces mean that sauces are inside the quesadilla. If sauces are already inside the quesadilla then why would I order more ?????? Now somebody from GDK will apologise for the experience and asked me email them directly.

This is an absolute rip off for what you get if your having kebab and chips go to the chip shop you get 5 times more and half the price!!!
