food freezing cold waited over an hour, supposed to be delivered at 21:15 never turned up until 22:05 won't be using just eat again.

Ordered 2 Boss Boxes with a specific collection time. Collected them and got them home (10mins in a thermal bag) to find everything colder than the weather. Really disappointed.

Just collected food and its all cold. Hash browns, still frozen, chilli bites are freezing bites not chilli bites and the kebab itself......AS COLD AS THE WEATHER!

WOW! Went in and asked for eating in, was sent to machine to order (no table service), ok…took around 10mins to choose our foods - then asked for toilet facilities - they said theyre out of order (im sure when eating in there should be toilet facilities???) so we left, they clearly wernt arsed! WB has gone right down the pon!

The worst of the chain that I've tried so far. Normally GDK gets 5 star but that place was below average. Soggy, cold, sauceless. Maybe they had a bad day

We ordered 3 boss boxes, they are worth it for the money which is great but I don’t think that the drink should be placed in the box as the cold drink makes everything else cold! our chips were freezing as they are placed next to the cold can & half the kebab was cold but the spring rolls werent cold but I definitely think you should put the can seperately or someone who is reading this & wants to order then ring up and ask for the can not to be placed in there. The food was nice tho even cold

Spent £17 on two sandwiches and asked for just two dips. I was told they charge for those.

I took my daughter there as it was the only thing she wanted to eat after being sick for a long time. The food is great, the service is amazing, everything is clean. The only one thing is the toilet. Only one toilet was working and it's mixed. But the experience was good

Over the years, the original donner feels like it's gotten smaller, I used to struggle to finish one off, now I'm still a little peckish after finishing one off.

The food was fresh and delivered in good time but my order was incorrect. Also, the cold drink was put in the bag on top of the fries so most were cold on arrival.

I was order the beef box kebab without any salad inside, and they was not look at notes and was put all salad inside the kebab, and also was all mess on the box. Should do better job and read notes.

Never order from here again, while eating felt undercooked piece of chicken in my mouth took it out to my shock , it was a raw piece of meat .

The best of them all is In WestBromwich! Food tastes so much better and not very oily as in other locations. Must try it out people!

They cook deliciously, everything is quick and high-quality. The most delicious item is the beef burger with cheesy fries. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Well done!

In Walsall German Doner portion is smaller,in We est Bromviich it's good for extra mix you see the difference straight away bad things in West Bromwich the toilet already a month ago it was unavailable, and now the same thing has Finally it's back Refreshing.Hand Towel

Very disappointed about the vegan kebab which I found very very salty and couldn't receive any help from staff about. I had to pay for another dishes because not able to eat the vegan one.

prices are extortion for the portions they provide, a can of coke costs £2 when there's a poundland down the road, the place used to be worth it, but it's turned into a joke it's not a place for this economy, that's for sure

Ordered Quesadilla meal yesterday for collection. long hair joker at the reception was not aware that three signatures sauces are served with Quesadilla. He said these sauces are inside the Quesadilla. Even though this is the same long hair joker who told me last time when I ordered quesadilla standalone that they give three sauces free of charge when quesadilla is ordered as a meal. Then another super intelligent girl entered the conversation that different shops have different rules. She was not aware that it was west bromwich store only who told me order meal to get signatures sauces. I even get three sauces when I ordered last time. Food is nice as always but staff has minimum knowledge. Special mention to long hair guy who does not even understand the meaning of served with. According to him served with signature sauces mean that sauces are inside the quesadilla. If sauces are already inside the quesadilla then why would I order more ?????? Now somebody from GDK will apologise for the experience and asked me email them directly.

This is an absolute rip off for what you get if your having kebab and chips go to the chip shop you get 5 times more and half the price!!!

Requested to make the kebab saucy by adding extra sauce and never happened. Kabab is dry. Large chips is more of regular chips

I used love their food. But I been yesterday boat chicken donner box... fries and Salad ok but chicken is processed, not original chicken...its like a jelly...disgusting. hope they notice soon... Toilets are always not working as usual... They price they charging, food quality and service is poor.

Usually come here after gym. And it is perfect however the spring rolls never are they do no use the 3 minute timer they are always burned and they have way to much meat than what is meant to be. Secondly there cheesy fries are usually very cheesy and warm this time it had hardly any cheese and lady on till said that’s what it is as it’s in pack when I clearly understand the right technique shown by head office is to squirt cheese all over dinner white pocket and then put it in the fries packet. Doner burger was made perfect only slightly cold but that’s understandable as it’s not deep fried. Cheese bites have been changed to different pack and timer had not been used as they were slightly raw. I’m not one to usually leave a bad review however after paying so much to receive this is not acceptable. Walsall better in this sense

First and last time I'll eat this food again. The food was bland/dry. I didn't like the chips as they were cold and the kebab was a little too spicy.

It’s the third time we have ordered from here through just eat and we are so pleasantly surprised with how spot on our order is every single time! We do make a lot of changes to the standard order like removing sauces, adding pickles etc and it always arrived exactly how we like it. Whenever we had food from GDK in the past, but from different locations like Merry Hill or Newcastle (on holiday) there was always something wrong, something missing. But not from West Bromwich. It’s just soo good. We are very happy satisfied customers. Thank you

Changed the quesadillas, thin and lacking flavour.

Food was so cold had to warm it up in microwave. We have this order regularly but this one was so spicy hot must ov used the wrong source to what we ordered. But the MAIN COMPLAINT IS THE DRIVER WANTED A CASH TIP AT THE DOOR AND ASKED THREE TIMES BEFORE GIVING ME MY ORDER. WON'T USE AGAIN

Missing item’s sauce and spring rolls

I found a hair in my food and I told them about it. They took my food and went to check the cameras. After she came back she said that it’s not any of her staffs hair but my hair that fell from my clothes. She behaved rudely and blamed us. We are their regular customer but this is my first time that this ever happened to me

I ordered an OG kebab, after a while I spoke to a staff member. I asked how long will the order will take, she took down my order number and went back to tills and never returned. After 40-45 minutes I went to the tills and asked for a refund, the refund took 15 minutes. In total I was in the shop for over an hour. Not even a sorry, and the staff don't have a clue what they're doing.

Ordered form here yesterday for the plant based donner kebab all that was in there was salad and 4 veggie chicken pieces in my box and 5 chips its a joke I paid quite a bit and found it very disappointing and will never go back be careful guys

We’ve had food from GDK before & it has arrived ‘warm’ we got this as the distance was taken into account. But last night it didn’t have to travel as far & was still Luke warm! Insulation of food out for delivery is obviously an issue for GDK. This wasn’t our only issue the quality wasn’t there (we get it’s not fine dining)The spring rolls- over salted & not the same we have had either in store or delivered! The chips were to be honest ‘rank’ barely warm, limp, & totally flavourless! Please improve

I was craving Kebabs, so I drove to GDK, West Brom. The staff were polite and service was good. The food was cold and the salad did not taste fresh. Very disappointed

It's not the first time when it happens to order from here a doner mega box, and the box to not be filled. The meat is not enough even for a cat.

Second incident where my usual three sauces with my OG kebab have been forgotten. First order was a family order and no one got sauces. Usually you get the sauce trio with each Donner kebab sandwich OG. Second time I left a comment please don't forget it and I paid for and ordered three more sauces too. So I expected 6. I only got three. The sauces are pinnacle to the kebab taste and what is normally on the kebab is always so little. Did they discontinue giving the sauces anymore? If so bad decision

The food was cold when arrived, chips couldn't be eaten. Can drink was put in the same bag as hot food which made the food cold.

I didn't receive the sauce pots. Has policy changed and no sauce pots are given with the OG kebab anymore it does say in description? I ordered extra sauce pots separately and got those so was expecting double the sauces. So what is going on. Second time my free sauce pots are forgotten.

I don't know about the place, but something went wrong at the takeaway. They mix up the orders, the food is bad, they confused the tomato with the cabbage for the salad three times... and the meat for the boxes seems to be made from leftovers, so dry and burnt...

Very low quantity gym box compared to all other German donar kebab branches. They didn't even fill half the box. We ordered 6 boxes and its just waste of money. They are robbing customers money.

Only thing I would point out is the driver asked me for a tip before handing over my food. I covered delivery in my payment. I told him I do not carry cash and it is why I paid on line.
