Worst shop ever .Waited 30 mins for my order which is just 5 wings with chips .This is the second time I experienced.

Orderd from Big Bite 1 week ago food Doner meat and chips were amazing ordered today and I recieved Burnt over cooked Doner meat and undercooked fries call to get a replacement and the lovely staff member said yes, then the management call me back and said no, Shame on you serving burnt and undercooked food to customers, NEVER will I return here EVER again.

I have been to big bite on 5 separate occasions and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately the waiting times just to order something as simple as chicken and chips is ridiculous. I've have been at times when it's quiet and barely anyone there and it's taken ages. Avoid at all costs if you want something quick.

THEY'RE SO BAD IN TIME MANAGEMENT AND WHEN I CALLED, A GIRL PICKED UP AND HER REPLY TO MY QUESTION "WHERE IS MY FOOD" WAS "WAIT IT'LL BE ON IT'S WAY" WELL I ORDED TWO HOURS PRIOR, THEY GOT GREAT HEADSTART BUT STILL VERY LATE AND COLD. I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING IF IT WAS AN OPTION** I ORDERED 1. FAMILY BUCKET 1 - 8 Pieces fried chicken, 4 fries, 1.5ltr bottle of Coke, brand which I don't drink (and no option to choose from, they just sent it) REMARKS: SOGGY CHICKEN 2. Deal 5 (2 9" pizzas, 2 Fries, 2 cans of drinks) - Pizzas TYPE: Perfect Pepperoni, Tandoori Chicken, Cans of Drink: Mirinda , Lemonade (ONLY GOT 1 FRIES) REMARKS : RAW DOUGH OF PIZZA BASE WITH NOT SO PERFECT PEPPERONI, UNDERCOOKED AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT AND IT'S NOT EVEN 9", must be around 7-7.5" they're deceiving customers. (I HAVE ATTACHED PICS TO SEE HOW SMALL THEY'RE) THE DAMN BOX IS 8" 3. Giant Chicken Fillet Burger Meal Can of Drink: Mirinda REMARKS: NO TASTE, I GUESS IT MUST BE GIANT FOR MIDGETS. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I ORDERED IT AT 03:43 PM to be delivered exactly on 05:41 PM, it came to me around 06:12 PM. WAS COLD. BIGBITE MANAGEMENT, I DEMAND A REFUND, I HAD TO THROW THE FOOD OUT, I HAD A STOMACH UPSET AFTER EATING FROM HERE.

This is always my go to spot for a nice burrito, was suprised to get a call after I ordered again and it was the restaurant on what issues I had with the last order and how they can fix it. Love the customer service from these lot and love the improvements the made with my order.

food arrived, pizza was missing, then pizza came 10 minutes later cold ,rang the restaurant but they wasn't bothered not happy at all didn't enjoy the meal at all.

Chicken was bland and not hot at all. Salad felt old and the naan felt microwaved and very chewy / hard to tear. Very disappointed. Food wasn’t too warm either

I ordered after gym because I was very hungry, and I ordered a peri peri burger and I told the women I was allergic to eggs so can u not put mayo on my burger. 5 mins later she leaves her shift and I wait patiently for my burger. The man gave me my burger and they had mayo on it. I went back on told the man and showed him the receipt and he took the burger all they did was remove the mayo of the burger and sent it back it was cold aswell if your allergic to something and the customer sends it u back u make a new burger because it’s contaminated if I don’t get a response from this I will be making a visit. In the end I just threw away the food wasting my money and my time

I ordered from you guys today and was disappointed with my experience. The mixed meat dish was cold, and there wasn't much meat in it. Additionally, the chips were undercooked.Considering the high price, I expected better quality. I hope these issues can be addressed, as they significantly impacted my meal and mood.

Food was cold and the shop is only 5 mins away from my house and still took a hour to get here chicken and kebab and chips was un edible.

I seen it with my own eyes the worker literally picked my food up with his hands and placed it in the food box that is disgusting next time when you order your food keep an eye on the staff. I heard bad stories about this place. If you want to get diarrhea then get your food from this place. When you order over the phone and tell them you going to pick the food up, when you go there the food isn't ready i don't know how much notice you have to give them, next time i give them 2 weeks notice

Today i order a vegi burger. Burger taste is good but too much sauce in burger that make burger masses.

Burnt pizza , asked for slash and drink but the man in the evening shift didn't concentrate on work infact most of the time he was busy on call.. I think big bites should care about quality of food and customers..

For the price its reasonable, i suppose it could be better, definitely on the lower end of the spectrum but at least i never diarrhoea from it just slightly ill so i was good for work the next day

One of the best takeouts in west Bromwich been coming in here over the years. Some really good options on the menu , food is really nice here lots of flavour, taste and cooked good. Highly recommend the masala fish wrap, chicken tikka rice box and peri peri burger meal. These are my 3 top favourites to order here. The orange sauce is amazing highly recommend also their red chilli sauce is another good one. (It's not actually spicy) Sometimes trays are not cleared away on tables or table surfaces not cleaned quickly enough ,but for the most part tables are okay here. Waiting time isn't that bad either. Customer service is good haven't had a bad experience , staff are always been polite and professional here haven't had any issues. Never had any issues with my food either thankfully hence why I trust this place and come back. Prices are decent. One of the last places to change their prices when everything went up so I rate them for that. New prices are still decent.

Big bites has good customer service. The price for a family 👪 is around 20-50 pounds. The food is quite good for their price. In my opinion their rice box is really nice I recommend it. Overall I have went to this shop many times and there wasn't a time where they treated me poorly however sometimes they forget to put the sauces so you got to remind them to put it in or ask for sauces when It comes to take out. When dining the food is hot and soft also they put sauces in your food but there is also other sauces on the tables if you were to want that particular sauce e.g. mayo,ketchup, hot chili ( isn't spicy but its still good). Overall the shop is good however sometimes the sauces are wrong thats why I put 1 star down.

2 times now they have not included one of my items. And when I call they say they can not do anything. This is very poor customer service. It's quite simply to read off a order and put it in the bag.

Me and my husband ordered for the first time from big bite and honestly it was the worst mistake ever! Ive now had food positioning since the time I ate from big bite which was this Sunday that went and I am still feeling unwell! I've had few family members said they also got food poisoning from this place too, if only I known about it I would never had ordered from there as it was our first time, well never again!! Stay away from this place if you don't want stomach bug.

overall the place is good. the food is nice and is pretty much like any chicken hop however the menu here has a variety of food whereas most chicken shops dont. place is usually clean and looks good. i wouldn't say the workers are that good and the service +time should be improved.

Good evening, I have been waiting for more than estimated time approx. 45 min or more but I haven't received food which I ordered and I am really very much disappointed from your services and next time I will never order from your restaurant and I would not recommend even to my friends or family members, as I think its wastage of time and money as well and so far it proves that your services are disgusting. They way you deal with my food order request is completely non professional and I am not happy at all and this is for me a kind of lesson not to order in future from your takeaway i.e big bite.

Food is on point. Try the sylheti stir won't be disappointed. Food is never greasy. Staff are friendly and will always recommend to others and go there all the time

Was put off from this place when i first tried it had there peri chicken which was very salty but since then i tried it again and it has never failed to impress me.
