K-Teas is a wonderful place; always a warm welcome, friendly, cheerful staff and a great location too! Caty and her team serve delicious food and great tea (real leaf) in vintage china. There is an extensive menu, plus specials- I highly recommend the bacon and mushroom sandwiches and the selection of fabulous cakes is amazing- I recently had rhubarb and orange cake, it was fabulous! Books and board games are available for customers too. Lots of local groups meet here, and they hold special events too- the 'Howling Wolves' choir at Christmas were brilliant. There are comfy sofas and chairs, it's such a relaxing place! Highly recommended; this is a real gem in Wolverhampton!

I was introduced to K Teas by a friend and have been back several times since. The all day breakfast and breakfast sandwiches are always great, and the homemade cakes (including gluten free) are incredible! Owner Caty is lovely and remembers her customers including their dietary requirements. It's a quirky little place and while service at a cafe chain elsewhere in the city may be quicker, I know where I'd rather spend my money. You can't beat the personal touch and comfy chairs!

Having just visited the tea shop with my friend using her voucher her son had brought her for Xmas. The afternoon tea was a joke, sandwiches were as dry as anything and no butter. And the cake, well I've thrown better away. We did say something about the cakes, she just said oh are they, no compensation or other cake. I've been to many establishments over the years for afternoon tea, but that was by far the worst. Plus to top it off we all had our coats on it was freezing in there. Won't be recommend that Tea shop to anyone. Horrendous

Lovely place, lovely atmosphere and amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. I come regularly for my lunch when at work and the food is always amazing, I always look forward to my visit!! I’ve just eaten a Brie, bacon and cranberry panini which was probably less flat than most paninis due to the generous amount of fresh, delicious filling. Worth every penny! And the coffee is some of the best I’ve had, I’d much rather have coffee from here than Starbucks! Cakes always to die for. I’m always called by name by the staff and they really treat you like a good friend. I don’t have a single complaint! Excellent small business and a hidden gem that you must try!!

Been going here probably about 5years pre Covid, 3years ago I was diagnosed with coeliac disease, so I already knew this was a good place to get gluten free cakes, it’s one of the few places that I have confidence to eat out without having to worry about cross contamination, I even asked if it was possible to make a gluten free Guinness cake ( I provided her with a G/F stout) the result was lovely, the premises is always immaculately clean and welcoming it reminds me of going to my nans as a child on a Sunday Can’t fault the place in anyway I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE COELIAC

The best establishment in Wolverhampton by some margin. I have lost count of how many wonderful hours I have spent in K Teas, each of them more welcoming than the one before. KTeas is the place to be for an all inclusive experience with not only the food, but the people and staff too. There is a vegan and gluten free option on every menu. It's the only place I know that makes freshly baked delicious cake's, (also plenty of choice being gluten free). Anyone calls me up and asks to meet up, it's always at KTeas Cakes. I have even recently started a social group that meets up here every month, to enjoy such a wonderful array of food. It is a warm and friendly place that is all inclusive of all people, including IanT, who sounds like he had a bad day and decided to take it out on the hostess. Poor IanT 😞 Maybe you should join one of the many relaxing social groups that meet up there EVERY DAY to unwind. Or use the the very clean toilet facilities to remove the stick from up your backside. There is even a free selection of books to read and board games to play to learn social interaction with others. 😁 Or you could relax on the home from home sofas there whilst listening to, "Anger management", tapes. KTeas Cakes is a home away from home, with freshly made affordable food and a huge selection of teas. And the staff are lovely and chatty and make you feel like family. 😁👍

Worst place I've ever been. waiting for an hour for our order when it came the panninis where flat and tasted awful. Bacon and sausage sandwich was made with stale bread. It's not worth the money way over priced for nasty cheep food if you are going to charge over £5 use better ingredients. Avoid at all costs. I was refunded for my sandwich by a very rude woman behind the counter.

My twin brother Stephen and I jumped the Midland Metro from Birmingham to Wolverhampton and on alighting the tram one of the first places we visited was K Teas Cakes and what a very pleasant time we had .Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, a light and airy interior, great decor and furnishings, very cosy and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe ,a really good cafe to unwind in. We weere here on a Wednesday morning, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of the staff, we gave our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system and then sanitised our hands, we were led to a table were we ordered a flat white coffee each, these were served steaming hot, we just kicked back, chilled out and took in the great cafe we were in. My coffee was really good, from the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve, while sipping our coffee's we planned out the day ahead. This cafe was pretty full but staff in here made sure everyone was socially distanced, well done to the staff. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here ,only stayed for the one each before moving on and for a first time visit we were totally impressed. K Teas Cakes is easy to locate along Georges Parade .Opening hours are;Monday to Saturday, open from 9am.Sunday, Closed. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

I visited here with my mum for afternoon tea. What a lovely little place with arm chairs and sofas with tables or you can sit at a 'proper' table. Just ring up if you want afternoon tea to book your time and they'll go through what's available and then you confirm your order. Just tell them if you have any allergies or intolerances and they will cater for you. It's all brought out to you on a china cake stand with china cups, plates and teapot. They also have meetings for a local charity here and help the local community. Definitely worth going. Oh, and the menu tells the history of afternoon tea, settling the dinner/ teatime debate.

Took my daughter's to town and stopped off for tea and cake to celebrate them finishing Uni. The retro feel is very chilled and relaxed. The staff are really nice and knowlegable about the different teas, the owner Caty is a lovely lady very hands on and hard working but happy to spend time with the customers. It is lovely to find somewhere who as standard make special dietary cakes and I've noticed there are frequently 1 or 2 choices for gluten free. I was also plesently surprised there was a good choice for vegetarians on the food/snack menu, as food is cooked fresh on order they are happy to remove or swap items. This is great as I'm a veggie allergic to tomatoes which is really hard when I go to coffee/tea shops as most items are pre-packed.

Home made cakes, freshly prepared lighter snacks and sandwiches, a relaxed atmosphere AND paying it forward?... do cafés actually get any better than this? Our find was a total stroke of luck.. visually overshadowed by its neighbours illuminated signage, Kteas Cakes (a play on the owners name!) could be wandered passed without realising, and what a shame that would be! Tucked into its corner of the block location, nearby to the newly relocated Wolverhampton market, this little gem is proudly boasting a straight forward light bites and afternoon teas menu; but it’s the passion of its owner Katie and her gracious staff that really gets them noticed. In a bid to acknowledge and respond to a very real issue for Wolverhampton - homelessness - Katie is committed to giving more to those who find themselves overlooked, ignored and marginalised by factors out of their control. Katie has a few strategies that she is quietly attending to which benefit this group whilst serving her menu, specials board and private events and functions. So, pop in and enjoy some sensibly priced excellent fayre comfortable in the knowledge that the money and time spent enjoying this lovely cafe is giving back in a positive way which will, in time, provide opportunities and reap rewards for people who otherwise may not be given a chance to escape the viscous cycle of deprivation. Well done team K-tea... your business deserves to flourish!

The afternoon tea was ok but the sandwiches were a bit dry and would have been nice to select what we wanted on them and also what cake we wanted. The scones were nice. The table we ate at was really low and was quite hard to eat at was like eating off the coffee table. Also no music on or back ground noise so all we could hear was the lady washing up in the kitchen and cars going past might be nice for some but I would have liked some old music on in the back ground.
