Extremely friendly staff and great breakfast fast for money plenty to choose from off the menu tiger bread toast is amazing

I had a warm welcome & an amazing meat feast of a breakfast- all gluten free & great value!! I was on my own too & the owner came over to chat to me, such welcoming staff & lovely atmosphere!!

Love this place, always great for a catch up. Their hot sandwiches are the best around

No idea how this place has reached 4.6 ranking! Walk in and the layout is confusing. I ordered a flat white and it tasted horrific - so bad I forced myself to drink it, so I’d never return. They have a £5 minimum charge for card usage; even though VISA and Mastercard discourage this. No idea regarding food, but enough for me to never return.

Asked for cheese salad sandwich at lunchtime on Friday 16th August 2024. The lady came back to say that they only had baps left. Cost of cheese and onion sandwich £3.50 and salad is 30pence an item. I was charged £5 for my 1 bap. Having had fantastic breakfasts previously I was really disappointed and won’t be returning.

Best English Breakfast I’ve ever tasted! Outstanding customer service, always quick and delicious. Prices are very reasonable! Everything is home made. Very cosy atmosphere. This place is a true hidden gem.

Wow !! What a cafe !! We’ve do a few building jobs in the area over the last couple of years and used the cafe next door thinking it would be more suited to us because brook looks posh, how wrong were we. Food is amazing and bang on time, thanks for looking after us 😄

I ordered afternoon tea to celebrate a 90th birthday. There was more than enough, good quality food to choose from. An abundance of sandwiches, savories and cakes. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Called in for breakfast with my son. Greeted and seated on entry. First came the toast 4 brick size pieces of tiger bread. Shortly followed by the breakfasts. Nicely presented and cooked just right. My son had the large and could not finish it. Myself likewise. Washed down with the best coffee I have tasted in a long time. I have no hesitation in recommending The New Brook Coffee House. Clean,friendly ,bright interior with toilets.

The food took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. The delivery guy wasn't very friendly, and when I called the place to check on my order, they were really rude, and I felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend...

Would honestly give zero stars if I could rude entitled arrogant owner. Portions not as advertised and owner extremely rude about it.

Absolutely the best breakfast in Wolves! We love this cafe, the breakfast is the best thing on the menu. The staff are warm and welcoming and great service. Highly Recommend this cafe.

Have been here 3 times now, first time we were very lucky to get in as it was really busy. Booked every time since. Staff are lovely and the food is great. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and the portions are more than Generous. Can’t leave without a beautiful home made cake. Lovely family run business

All the staff at the brook go above and beyond to look after us. Food is delicious and fresh and we are always served with a smile. I have tried the chilli, panini's, hot sandwich, breakfasts, cold sandwiches and once we ordered lunch from them. It is always top notch so much so a number of us from work call in most weeks. (Can't call in more often or we will all start putting on weight!)

The best cafe! I’ve been here with friends, elderly disabled grandparent and also children on many occasion. Each visit as pleasurable as the first. Staff are always so busy yet so accommodating and friendly. The food is out of this world and if you haven’t had a brook breakfast then you haven’t lived! Recommend booking as it’s a popular little place .

Very unhappy with the experience feel singled out and other colleagues had larger portions (double) the size for the same price; women with black hair evidently has issues against coloured people.

The best afternoon cream tea, we had both meat and vegetarian selections. All were the delicious. The cakes were beautiful too and plentiful. Would highly recommend a visit.

A lovely place. I always go in for my lunch on Tuesdays and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and always approachable. The food is always of an excellent quality and made fresh! Their take away service is also excellent. Cakes are always fresh and home made. Would highly recommend. Much nicer than your chain coffee outlets for sure!

Great breakfast and always friendly welcoming staff. Lovely atmosphere. It is always busy on Saturdays with take away orders, so we tend to book. Even if it looks empty tables are pre booked waiting for people. Cakes are delicious and homemade too. Would recommend

All our family used to be a regular customer. always cleaned up My mess always paid for my food never did complain all of a sudden I’ve walked in and It is empty Only two tables were taken and she automatically said she had no tables so I asked her for a takeaway and she told me yes, but it would take one hour wait Evan thoe it was not busy at all I also believe this is due to my ethnicity and community I come from will not be going again do not recommend racist

Popped in around 1pm was my first time here sat originally 3 table from window as that where we was more Conformable there was 8 tables in cafe and only one other taken as we sat down we was asked if we could move to the front as they was closing that area off don't know why as they don't close till 2:30 wouldn't like to guess if 10 people walked in where they would sit but anyway that's all that was wrong if you're going to sit in a cafe when there's only one other table in use you should be able to sit where you're Conformable with and even when we finished it still wasn't closed off there was only 2 of us and before we left 3 others came in and they was also asked to move to the front sadly won't be coming back.

Visited early in the morning with my mum! It’s absolutely beautiful and great value for money. Came to around £20 for the both of us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of different syrups for the coffee! Lovely little coffee shop, would definitely recommend booking as it can get quite busy. Best cafe!

I went to The Brook with my husband for afternoon tea on Valentine’s Day and it was excellent! There was a varied selection of savouries followed by delicious scones and cakes. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is just delicious. I would highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning soon!!

After visiting on 28/10/2023 I was truned away because i did not book a table. They were empty tables so i dont know why. I ended up next door in sandwitch king. Will not be back. 10* for sandwitch king.

Very good service. Only slight error no bacon on the eggs benedict as advertised. What food we did have was filling, well presented and served hot. Well worth a visit and we shall ve returning.

Thought we would visit this highly recommended cafe in Wolverhampton. First impression was they must be good because it was full of customers. We waited a while for our food but when it came it was delicious, fresh and big portions. Thumbs up 👍🏾 guys.

Me & my partner tried here for the first time today & will 100% return! Maybe don’t make the same mistake as me though and order a big brecky as the thick tiger bread/toast alone would fill you 😂.. decent food at decent prices. Staff very welcoming, shop could do with air con or a couple of fans in hot weather conditions but other than that, a nice little find & well worth the visit! Thank you x

To me a best is bacon egg sausage and tomato but its gotta be plum tomato not a fresh tomato grilled for 2mins na its all bout the taste n that was my only problem aint been bk since paid like £5+ for a best n would expect a top level sandwich for them prices oh well

Great little cafe in Fordhouses. Opted for the Vegetarian Breakfast with an extra thick slice of buttered Tiger Bread toasted. Very tasty. The coffee is also freshly ground coffee beans which was also tasty. 1st great experience and will definitely be going again. Let's not forget the pleasant staff. 14th January. This was my second visit and my opinion is still the same. Lovely food, servers and atmosphere. Update: simply put it was just as good as my first visit

The best cafe in Wolverhampton and beyond honestly see for yourself, I comes from Birmingham but live nearby tried numerous cafe but none of them come close to this place. Food is fresh tasting and you can tell its quality ingredients not just cheap bacon and sausage 10000% recommend its a must try if your nearby take out or sit in and both services are amazing. Staff are lovely and welcoming gained a customer 100%. Placed order on the phone for collection for x2 hot sandwiches and was ready and prepared in 15 minutes. Service is top notch thank you 👍🏻

I don't like the thought of food fried and left under the light. For a cafe in my opinion, they weren't all that.

Chilled out little cafe. The food tasted great I went there for a take out meal during my lunch break. This was the only downfall as the service was very slow so best go when you don't have limited time. The staff were lovely but you have some that seem really efficient and some that just are not this makes it seem chaotic at times behind the counter as its not a very big space for them. Will defo be back but just when I have longer than just a lunch hour.

Nice place although we didn't time our visit well. Arrived about 2.10pm and the kitchen was closed as cafe closes at 3pm. Had coffee and cake which was very nice. Am looking forward to returning at a better time to try something from the menu 😊

This place is great, I go for the Brook Breakfast. 2 Eggs done perfect, 2 bacon rashers, 2 tasty sausage, tomatoes and 2 large toasted and buttered pieces of tiger loaf. Totally fresh Sandwiches, Pork Pies, Sausage rolls, Quiche and much more. A variety of Sandwiches and Cakes. Great Value and Quality. See picture, shows all of quantity the cakes provided but only part of the savouries and sandwiches as we kept some in fridge until required. UPDATE: Christmas afternoon tea. 2022 Went for Christmas afternoon tea today. See photos. Missing from the pictures are the Scones Jam and Clotted cream, also a few more cakes which we consumed before photographing. I'm more of a food guy than photographer I'm afraid. Great price, friendly staff, meal comes with endless tea/coffee. What you can't eat will be boxed for you to take home.

I loved this restaurant, the staff makes you feel like home, the place is cozy with a soft music in the background, and the food is yummy. They have plenty of vegetarian options. I liked the coffee...well prepared americano The prices are logical here, they accept cash and credit. There is free parking here. Sure I will come back again and ido recommend it.
