Cafe Metro in Wolverhampton

Went last night 2 see Fleetwood bad they were fantastic......it was my first time there..only problem we had 2 stand up...but loved them

What a gem of a place, I knew it did real ales and had the pleasure of going there when they had on a Titanic Brewery takeover . Went there with friends and had a fantastic time, the place was very busy but we could still have a conversation. I will definitely recommend this venue to anyone interested in real ale.

Went there for a whisky tasting, great venue and really friendly staff, amazing selection of craft beers as well. Little gem in the black country.

Came here to do some work... This place is a little Gem.. Pub / Live music venue with pool room upstairs... Great atmosphere coming from the regulars, stunning decor and friendly staff. The front of the building doesn't open... Access to the building is round the back through the small carpark. If you're into live music and want a great night out this would be a good choice... Fantastic place for Real Ale, and brilliant venue for music entertainment

This place is amazing and I visit whenever I can. The atmosphere and the people are so friendly and Estelle and Pete are great hosts. I must confess to being a little biased as it has become my local in recent times, but the cask and keg ales on offer are exceptional and of excellent variety, as is the selection of craft beers in the fridge. The enormous cobs and snacks are also worth a mention. Go there - you won't be disappointed!

Estelle and Pete are some of the loveliest people you'll ever meet. They are so passionate about what they do and as a result you're served some of the best beers along with excellent service. There is no other place like Cafe Metro in or around Bilston making it a perfect venue for almost every occasion e.g. pre football matches, The Robin2, Bilston Town Hall, birthdays, dates, work parties and nights out with friends. Real ales, keg, craft, Belgium beers, spirits, wine - they have it. Regular bands, quiz nights, vinyl nights and whiskey clubs are on offer. The venue is cosy and clean with plenty of seating and a pool room upstairs to enjoy. Prices here are more than fair and I'd rather spend money here more than anywhere else as it's an independent business. Both cash and card is accepted, cash preferably. Visit via the small side road that you enter/exit Bilston Metro station. Plenty of parking on the side streets and Bilston carparks. Easily accessible from Bilston train station too..

Excellent place. Really well kept beer (four hand pumps) plus dozens of bottles and cans. Tucked away down the side of the Metro station, hence the name. Could do with some outdoor seating as the yard is actually quite a pleasant suntrap.

The first, and to date, only, micro pub in Bilston. Serving a fine selection of real ales, craft ales and spirits, from their back room bar, accessed via the car park, between the chip shop and metro station. Occasional live bands play at the weekend. Always a friendly welcome for those seeking an enjoyable pint or more, and a regular haunt for those seeking a pre-concert drink with tickets for the Robin2. They also offer a wide selection of bottled and canned, foreign and craft beers, for consumption on and off the premises.

Lovely place, good ales. We went to see a band called The Gouvenors great entertainment in a friendly bar.

Incredible selection of beers from around the world and around the corner. Gig nights with the Guv'nors are especially great.

This place is such a great place for craft ales, ciders, and special flavours in cans, they serve a selection of cobs, sausage rolls, crisps and nuts, - all at a good price lovely atmosphere and perfect for someone like me who finds it difficult to cope in loud and rowdy/ rammed places as Cafe Metro is a chilled place to come and enjoy a drink. Absolutely love it here!

This is a gem of a pub. I have visited many times in recent times and have waited till now to write this review. The beer is always first class and a good selection of ales and ciders are always on sale. The service is always wonderful and welcoming. The background music is great too.

Town centre micro pub close to Bus & Metro stations. Four ever changing quality beers. Currently operating out of the large backroom only. If anything a better experience than before. Well done 👍👍👍.
