Disgusting place. Unclean throughout Food thrown together and luke warm. Tables, floor, toilets quite unexpectedly poor for an eatery

We approached the counter, not understanding the app offers what so ever. Thankfully after speaking to Ben on the till, he cleared all our questions up and was super helpful. The service was flawless and we would come back based on what fabulous staff you have. Thank you Ben for being so calm and informative! It really was appreciated.

On Sunday 26th February 2023, I visited this restaurant around 19.40pm going somewhere to eat and I have to say the service was average on this occasion. I ordered my food and drinks at the till and the staff were helpful and polite. I only waited 5 minutes to get my order and I was impressed with the outcome because usually you are waiting around 10 or 15 minutes to get your order. Once I received my food and drinks by the helpful staff, I sat down at table at the front entrance because the other tables were dirty and scruffy with people's mess everywhere. The staff were cleaning and wiping the tables down too which is understandable. When I sat down at the table, the security guard kept staring at me giving me dirty looks when I was trying to eat my food and I had the same issue last time when the security guard kept staring at me when I was eating my food. The security guard was a weirdo and it was intimidating because I have autism and anxiety and I find it uncomfortable when people give me evil looks when I am eating food. It's bad manners and it's rude when people stare at others especially when they are eating their meals. Overall, this kfc is okay and average because most of the staff are polite, helpful and friendly speaking to customers. It's in the town centre of Southport too near pubs, bars, restaurants and shops. However, you do you get odd one or two members staff are rude and snotty jobs worth in this kfc. Security guards are rude, ignorant and snotty towards people who have disabilities and people who are vulnerable. I personally think three star is acceptable because the staff are polite and helpful most of the time but I am disappointed with your security guard's behaviour on this occasion. I highly do recommend this kfc though in town centre of Southport because the other kfc right next to the beach in Southport are full of rude, ignorant and clueless staff. They speak to people like crap each time and they are awful too.

Rarely visit kfc and I shan’t be going for a repeat anytime soon. The place was very quiet at 4.30 on a Monday afternoon so I’d have thought the staff would be able to clean up tables and empty bins but apparently not. Staff did not want to engage at all and actually appeared to ignore us when we were waiting at counter to ask for some ketchup. We went up later and asked what desserts they had but only cookies were available despite advertising Ice cream sundaes. Actually went close by to another well known brand and got ice creams there where they welcome and engage with their customers and are far more child friendly. Only go here if you having a drive through.

I will be putting in a complaint first thing ripping people off and ignoring your phone all night this will not go away my food never came i received the message it was on its way i have the order number and all messages

Whenever the black security lad is working there my kids and i feel a lot safe. now its unsafe as it's always chaos with the kids always causing trouble in there. i really miss the security there. Place no longer safe for me and my kids as i love KFC so much. really gutted!!!

Came in for a light dinner before our evening meal as couldn't check in when we left we got to the promonade and my nephew said whers your suitcase panic issued we retract steps we went as was taking photos and got back to KFC lucky it was there the young lad who served me came out from behind the service area and said I guess you looking for this I was so relived as it had my nintendo switch and 3ds in The 3ds was the last thing my dad brought me as a joint thing with my mum before hew passed away I was panicking and would have bbeen gutted if lost that I don't know thee young lads name but I hope management read these reviews and thank him on my my behalf for his honesty and that. Management should value him as a worker thanks again young man for your honesty

If I recall KFC sell chicken and chips, well let me say theydpnt and it's not just this one branch Last year they ran put of chicken No apologies, no extra chicken option just unwanted side orders let's see if they comment

Both myself and my Husband are quite ill today after eating KFC From Eastbank Street last night! It is the only thing that we both ate yesterday! Terrible!! Be careful people!

Hello I've order online bonless meal , there was a huge amount of salt in the breadcrumbs, I think 2 kg per bag of flour, because the standard is 1 kg, horrible, not to mention fries.

Went with my daughter and grandchildren, no hot drinks? Why when everyone else can do them. It was eat out to help out day and the portion was pathetic, the government pays to do this so there not loosing any money. The shop was dirts dust all around. Will not go back. My grandchildren were Very disappointed. They got a meal for 2 people, there was not a full portion for one. Awful.

If I could rate this KFC a big fat 0 I would. The food is ALWAYS wrong or has missing items! People can’t follow simple instructions.

first impressions, looks clean, tables cleared, nice friendly staff, food was hot and very tasty, not sure on previous reviews, but the day we went which was friday 31st may 2019, then really nice and would go again

Went into this store and saw the new item “stacker” on the menu all I can say is wow, looked just like the picture and tasted better than it looked 100% recommend!

I visited last week. It is disgustingly filthy right down to the baby changing facilities. My granddaughter slipped on the greasy floor and banged her eye on the corner of the table. This place needs closing.

Arrived on a really hot night. They had been busy all day & people just kept coming. They warned there would be a wait for my party bucket as they where under pressure & orders where mounting, but they where professional & Courteous, after a bit of a wait i was served with freshly cooked delicious chicken, fries, corn, gravy & an ice cold drink. Couldn't fault anything about the service or meal. Everyone loved it & asked which KFC we'd used. We'll all be back. Thanks guys, appreciate it. On such a hot manic night it was really good :-)

This is the first kfc that I have found that actually sells chicken. Branches in Warrington and Leigh don't seem to be bothering anymore. There was a bit of mess about but I've seen a lot worse in other restaurants.

Walked in and seemed busy but mainly due to the fact only one person seemed to be serving. Also seemed to be no staff cleaning as the place was frankly dirty. Food was upto KFC standards but the rest of the place was not.

Iused para comprar comida desde aquí regularmente después de una sesión de gimnasio como me gusta el grande comidas daddy ya que tenía un montón de pollo, etc., y eran abundantes.Con el tiempo el sabor y la calidad en general parecía dejar e incluso la famosa KFC salsa parecía sufrir.Yo fui a ver algunas personas descarado volver con comida abierta y sus pedazo de pollo que vino en las comidas a lo largo de pollo hamburguesa, etc, para ser reemplazada con una pieza más grande, y el personal id! Bastante seguro el pollo que sustituirá volvimos en el gabinete.Ahora no vamos a cerca del lugar en el que parece ser el lugar frecuentado local personaje y no hay nada, pero hay un problema, y está claro que nada se realizan sobre una vez que fuera una excursión loiter abusos de clientes jóvenes y viejos.Yo evitaría el lugar hasta que suba y solucionar los fabricantes problema.

Poor food , messy restaurant. This place has sucked on every visit.Including when I took my dad here when we came to visit avoid at all costs. The other KFC on the plaza is much better!

went into kfc in southport today 26/11/2016 ordered food which was wrong chicken was red inside so not cooked tables flithy with food still on them cleaned it ourselves food on the floor and smeared on windows toilets stink and dirty, this place needs a complete deep clean

This is one of the better kfc's .some are not as good. But I have been very happy with everything from here. No complaints.

We visited kfc on tuesday evening the girl was extremely rude who served us, our food was cold and we paid for 2 cookies we did not receive. Extremely disappointing

Called in for an ice cream and opted for a Malteser and white chocolate krushem,terrible service, staff who didn't care one bit,waited 10 mins for what was a cup of icy milk with little taste,wouldn't bother nxt time,got a refund ,won't return

Staff here seem to have a very slow attitude to moving. 3rd visit today since it opened and the service has been lousy every time. Food is always good. Staff training needed and a tougher manager.

The food here was hot and tasty and cooked well. A very busy area in Southport and we just did a drive thru for lunch during a busy day out

KFC food, although we have had it tasting a bit greasy from here compaired to some others including the other one in Southport. It may be because it is the one in town and therefore is busier and so the chicken doesnt have the same time to stand to drip after cooking I dont know but it has been on occasions not so nice. Also it can look a little messy and tables looking dirty and also the floor not as cleaned up as could be but again this may be just we have been when it has been really busy and it isnt every time we have been and to be fair we dont go that often but if we do we now tend to go to the other one at Ocean Plaza.

After a rather poor show in Blackpool the night before we thought we'd give this one a go. excellent service froma young lad called Joe and we could not fault the food, all well cooked, decent portions of chicken and proper gravy this time. Nice!

I don't often like downgrading things but I feel this has to be done. On more than one occasion on visiting the local KFC in southport town centre I was left disgusted! For one the customer service was atrocious! They acted like school children in a playground rather than in a place of work. Secondly and for the second time items were missed off my order although I was charged for them and when I asked they paid no attention. Finally and WORST OF ALL was the raw meat I was given. Again this is not the first time. When I went to complain the staff paid little attention so I left. I SHALL NOT be returning any time soon.

went with wife and two granddaughters. place was busy and tables not getting cleaned fast enough when other diners had vacated - food was mediocre - service similar - asked for cups of tea for wife and I to be told 'the hot drinks machine not working' - was not enthused about place and would rather have gone to mcdonald's - only reason we did not go mcdonald's was because they had run out of 'smoothies', which is what the kids wanted with their meals...

Didn't stay. The place was filthy after we managed to squeeze past mouthy teenagers obstructing the door with their bikes.

went to kfc in southport and first time ive had a hot chocolate there and it was the best hot chocolate that ive tasted.

I visited this KFC just yesterday and it seems nothing has changed since I last went in October: the staff were very friendly; it was very quick service and good quality food. There's nothing bad to say! If your looking for a quick, easy meal this is the place to go.
