Was Ill all night following eating here great staff and place but just food not great

I have had delivery's and I have eating in the shop a fiew times and the staff are polite and helpful The shop I clean an tidy, there is a pool table that I have played on, not a rileys table but you can have a game and they serve alcohol, if you into your football you'd be happy there, I have tried a fiew different things like the chicken on the bone and boneless, the fries, burgers, motsarell sticks, and onion rings,and milkshakes, if your into your spices then waw some of these will blow your head off, the only criticism I can say if its a spice or a rub The food as always spot on when I have order from here and come on time, I kno it can get busy with delivery's This place is a little gem if you like spicy American food, all I can say yumm :) If you want to park then your best on the side street

I was pleasantly pleased with how good the wings and fries were! I had lemon pepper and American fries. It definitely reminded me of home. (Texas) I initially wanted a burger today but this place is called "Just Wings" so I said to myself let's try what they advertise themselves as. A wing place! I'm so glad I did. I came around 1pm on a weekday and there was no wait. Host was very friendly and accommodating as well.

Great food cooked perfectly milkshakes are also sensational always order through the just wings app or in store so I get it best and piping hot. Staff are brilliant and helpful with flavours too 5*

Ordered from here when at my brother’s house. Sensational food, it was delivered on time and hot!! Chicken wings were unbelievable and the kids loved their milkshakes! Will definitely order again!

Awful delivery driver on the road. Swearing, rude hand signals and almost caused a crash by pushing through traffic by roadworks after skipping the queue. Bad representation of the business. Unprofessional and dangerous.

We ordered here (aigburth) for the first time tonight and i'm glad I did. The burger was just the right spicyness(raging cajun) without being insane and I dont know what is on the calimari but it's amazing. The order was missing the chicken wings but a quick call sorted that as quick as possible. My only issue was the just eat website said you could add extra chicken to a burger but couldnt find the option. I'll maybe use the app next time. I dont eat take out often these days but this place is now top of my list.

Ordered Veggie Wrap... delivered as Chicken. Waited two and a half hours for the delivery on Friday. We ordered a Chicken Burger for my self and a veggie Wrap for my girlfriend. Which when she bit into, turned out to be a chicken wrap. This is the first time she's eatten any meat in 8 years, she was upset and disgusted. Called up immediately to complain but this was after 10pm so the restaurant was closed. Rather than leave a bad review straight away I called the restaurant once it was open yesterday. I was told I would receive a call back once the person had spoken to the owner. Haven't had a call back. No refund offered just an quick apology from the person on the phone who's fault this obviously wasn't.

I like the food here, its good price and quite nice. Problem is it always estimates 30m-1hr and the food usually comes 2 hours later sometimes. Also i've had a few orders that are wrong, recent I ordered boneless wings and then came with bones which after a few bites I just binned. Long way to get given a wrong order.

Ordered takeaway at 7:30 turn up nearly an hour late with cold food and one lot of chips wasn't with the food

Pre-ordered a Chicken Burger, Garlic Fries, 6 Wings and a Blue Cheese Dip to be delivered by 6.30pm, so saved £2.50 on the delivery cost by going over £12. Dropped off at my doorstep at 6.20, piping hot. Wings were great, not too fatty with proper Buffalo sauce coating, big chicken fillet burger with brioche bun, fries were crisp, blue cheese dip was nice and strong. Overall really impressed and it tasted legit, was a bit concerned after reading recent reviews but pleased to report the food is really good and service was fine for me.

We have just recieved our order. What arrived was utterly cold and incorrect, but some items were missing. I called the shop and spoke to a man who proceeded to blame the fact it was a friday for their incompetance. I was then passed to someone else who was just a ineffective. No refund, but i was told i can wait 2 hours for more food as there was other people infront of our repeat order!! I was charged £47 for the pleasure... So please do not waste your money.

I placed an order at Just Wings this evening for my two brothers and myself. After many failed attempts to get onto their app, I opted to use JustEat as I was eager to try the food here as a lot of my friends rate it very highly! (Not anymore, they’ve all said they will never spend another penny after my experience) I arrived at the shop to collect my order at 7.15 to be told they didn’t have my order! I knew there had been a mistake as I’d paid and the money already left my account. The manager in the Aigburth store informed me that my order was actually placed at the Crosby store (I didn’t even know that they had more than one store in the first place, JustEat had just selected the wrong store even though that was nowhere near my postcode!). This was a big inconvenience as I live half an hour away from the Crosby store, so by the time I’d driven there and back it would have been an hour and the food would have been cold so I wasn’t prepared to do that! I rang the Crosby store to see if they would be able to send my order across to the Aigburth store (as I didn’t see how it would be difficult considering they aren’t a huge franchise) but I was told no there was nothing they could do and to just contact just eat. I asked to speak to the manager but her whole attitude was very ‘Soz your mistake not our problem’ to which I then said I would be leaving a negative review as I don’t see how this issue couldn’t be solved to which I got an earful of abuse and the phone put down on me! I would have left it here with no more said about it but the events that followed has given me reason to take it a lot further! The manager, Craig, from the Aigburth Road store had phoned me telling me that he would do the order for me and not to worry, he was so helpful from the start and I really appreciated it! As it was about to be processed, he received a call from the owner telling him that I had ‘threatened to go down to the Crosby store and smash it up’. I was in complete disgust and disbelief that such a blatant lie could be told. I asked if phone calls could be listened back to and that he would hear clearly that I did not say anything of the sort. I was told you can’t listen back to him. I then spoke to the owner on a personal number who told me he’d listened back to the call and that I was threatening to smash the place up and threatening to leave a bad review and I would only get my food if I rang up to apologise!! I felt attacked. At this point I was stood in the shop on my own crying my eyes out as I could not believe that people, let alone a business, could stand there and make up such dangerous lies about someone! If the establishment reads this I’d like a copy of the phone call recording so I can prove to everyone that I didn’t say anything of the sort. He continued to shout at me not letting me get a single word in and telling me to apologise even for saying I’d leave a negative review, which I’m well within my right to do regardless of any situation! If the stores were not linked then how was he able to listen back to a phone call from a completely seperate shop so quickly when the manager had told me that they don’t even have that facility as I wanted him to hear it before he’d even lied about hearing it!! I’m still in absolute shock and have opened an investigation with just eat and it certainly will be getting taken further than this. I will not stand to be spoke to and made to feel so small my a horrible man!!!! I can not fault the manager of the Aigburth Road store for all his help and understanding, the owner needs to take a leaf out of his book, learn how to speak to people in general and just an ounce of respect.

Ordered food as a takeaway the food was inedible with the amount of salt added as they had run out of red salt so added normal which was clearly way too much. Called to let them know we wasn’t happy. And the guy then told us he will send out the order again. Waited an hour for the food. To then realise we had someone else’s order with full address and contact number breaking all data protection regulations. On top of that the salt levels were still High. The guy on the phone when asked why the food was late, told me one of the drivers crashed. I asked the delivery driver he did notKnow about any crash. So lies! Rang back again the guy on the phone said what do you want me to do? I said I wanted a full refund. Then waited again for another hour for the delivery driver to come and drop the money off. Whole night was ruined! Don’t order guys food is disgusting and service is terrible!

Tuvimos que meterlos en el microondas durante 3 minutos para intentar que volvieran a la vida. Sinceramente, el peor lugar en el que hemos comido. ¡Y hemos estado de mal humor! Loved it. And thankyou. The chicken here is amazing, been going here for a long time, really is just like a place in the US for chicken and the sauce choice is excellent. Went here even before this diet but Recently I also went to a Keto diet (very low carb) and I called the restaurant to ask if the wings/sauces that they have available is ok on low carb, the service was really friendly and informative, really appreciated that.

Pedido por primera vez esta noche. Llegué temprano por más de 25 minutos me sorprendió. Pedí lo que pensé que era una hamburguesa de pollo con sal y pimienta. Para abrirlo solo en una hamburguesa de pollo con literalmente solo sal y pimienta. Mis fichas son como cartón y también se congelan. Se han ido como papas fritas cuando están frías.

Este fue un pedido de entrega, del cual solo recibí una parte. Después de dos meses y medio, todavía tengo que recibir mi reembolso por la comida que no recibí. Aunque hice varias llamadas al restaurante y dos visitas en persona, hablé directamente con el gerente asistente y el gerente. Cada vez que se prometiera, se resolvería. Cada promesa no se cumplió.Acerca de la comida que recibí, en primer lugar, era 90 minutos tarde después de esperar el tiempo estimado de 1 hora, con un sabor mediocre en el mejor de los casos y muy caro para lo que era. Tenía pollo de mejor sabor y mejor calidad de una caja congelada.Hágase un favor y evite este lugar, muchos más restaurantes mejores para ordenar.

I ordered my food at 8 am food arrived at 12:30 absolutely ridiculous. Also the driver was very suspicious and let himself through the flat door without waiting outside instead of leaving the food outside he let himself into the flat building. Due to covid -19 he should have rang the bell and left the food outside the flat building.

We got a raging cajun burger each, 1 portion of red salt fries and some wings to try. Delivered hot, travelled really well- honestly restaurant standard. Not at all greasy and full of flavour.... will be ordering again 10/10

Ordered twice from this restaurant via UberEats. The first time, the order was over half an hour late. I asked for an update several times via the UberEats app but received no updates so I needed to call the restaurant to ask why this happened. I was told that my order was 'missed' from their system and they would try and send it out as soon as possible. Around half an hour later, the food arrived. Delivery man was nice enough but by this time, the food was well over an hour late. I was disappointed but put it down to a one-off issue. The second time, the order again did not arrive on time so I called the restaurant after half an hour of waiting past the latest expected delivery time. I also requested updates via the app but didn't receive anything back. I ended up calling the restaurant over 7 times over the course of an hour and a half, each time with no response whatsoever. By this time, I was sure that the food wouldn't arrive and notified UberEats. I can only hope for a refund. I know that mistakes happen and that restaurants are busy, especially during this difficult lockdown/isolation time, but I am extremely disappointed. I did not receive anything back from the restaurant at all. Not even a call back. I definitely will not order from here again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

Waited an hour before ringing back to ask where my order was to be told they never had it and they put the phone down, to ring back and they say they have found it now. An extra hour n a half wait after that.

Loved Just Wings, past tense. Ordered usually on Just Eat, and they were amazing. I decided to order off their website this time, and big mistake. 30 minutes after 'Expected Time' came and went I called and was told driver would be there any minute, 30 minutes later I called again and was told he was on his way and to give it 5-10 minutes, at this point I did say I would allow 20 minutes (was in a good mood) and then call back to arrange a refund. Driver arrived in 18 minutes, chips were cold, wings just about room temp. Regardless to say I am not please, and will unfortunately never order from you again, be it from Just Eat or otherwise

We live far too close to Just Wings and therefore can’t resist frequent visits. The food is always amazing and nice to chill with a beer and a game of pool!

Lets start of with negatives and there was only one. They were missing one set of chips, but that did not discourage me to much. Now with the amazing positives. Chips - 5 out of 5 Stars. Perfectly salted and crisp. Chicken wrap with sweet chilli - 5 out of 5 stars - Juicy and made with love. Jerk Chicken wings - 4.5 out of 5 starts - OUT OF THIS WORLD! juicy and packed with flavor. 0.5 off because they are so small... MAKE THEM BIGGER WE ARE BEGGING!! ;) Chocolate milkshake - 5 out of 5 - Can not complain at all. This is the best place i've eaten in a long time if not in forever. Please give this a place a try. 5/5

Had a party of 12 in for my girlfriends birthday last week. The guys went above and beyond for us, even decorated the room and provided balloons. 2 of us also did their Hot Wing Challenge and the owner hosted and turned it into an entertaining group experience (we finished it by the way ;) ). Everyone agreed the food was great and the service was incredible. We had a fantastic time. Thank you all for that! We will see you soon. Cal

Pedimos solo alas para recolectar, cuando llegamos a casa una de las porciones de alitas de pollo no tenía la salsa correcta y faltaba otra. Llamamos y nos trajeron las alitas de pollo después de una hora y media de espera. ¡Cuando los conseguimos estaban completamente secos y helados al tacto! Realmente decepcionado y definitivamente no volveré a comer aquí!

Been there 2 months ago by the recommendation of a wings specialist. And to be honest it was really good that day. Simple buffalo American style wings. Ordered them this time around 2:30pm and god I have been disappointed !! I didn't if that was because it was a delivery order but first the driver didnt follow the note then, the smallest and driest wings arrived this time. It's like a totally new restaurant. But to pay on top of that 2£ to have fries completely stale? The basic. You could tell those chips been recooked as they were rock solid. I have spend close to 20£ for this and it's not a pleasant feeling. They will never see my bucks again.

We came to this spot for lunch. we heard about this spot from a lot of people. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. Warmly recommended.

I love this place. The wings are the best I've had, the fries always crispy and on time, hot deliveries. Eaten in once or twice but almost always empty so feels a little odd, but there is a pool table to keep you occupied whilst waiting. Recommendations: Wings - Buffalo 911, salt and pepper, Jamaican Jerk Sides - Red salt fries, duck spring rolls Drink - MtnDew

We have been ordering from Just Wings for a few months now. A few things have stood out that makes this place not only amazing but somewhere that has gained our loyalty!

This place is my new favourite in Liverpool, I dont know what they do to get them tasting so good but I cant get enough of the boneless wings! Always great service from the staff too.

We booked as a table of 10 and g9t the private area with tv and pool table. Kids were entertained playing pool and watching Sky Sports while us mum's had a good matter..Food came,and was lovely and very reasonable. Service was brilliant..A great place and we will be back!!

Great milkshakes, quick delivery

The wings were the best I've had in the UK so far, with lots of flavours to choose from. Prices were a bit steep for only 6 wings, and service was incredibly slow as apparently we got there right as they started making the delivery orders for the dinner rush. Our server was amazing, however, and he made up for the wait. Will definitely return.

Had takeaway the other night and it was brought home for me. Buffalo wings and chicken burger. Both were amazing, but those wings! Just about the best I've had. Went in myself today for more if the same. Lovely clean place with bright cool decor. Plenty of room to sit in and eat.Cheerful, chatty guy took our order and we popped out to get the car and park a little closer. He appeared at our car window with our order. Food was beautiful again. Had the slightly hotter buffalo wings and they were amazing. Highly recommend a visit. Places serving food this good are rare. We'll be back for more.

After driving past most days I eventually popped in for a take away. Place was very nice inside and the lady who took my order was very welcoming and gave a personal a touch. I ordered 12 wings, four Cajun, four buffalo 911, four salt n pepper wings with a large fries. Absolutely amazing full of flavour all 12 - I will definitely coming back and this gaf deserves a great shout out. Hope business goes through the roof guys !!!

I have been to the good ol' USA a few times for holidays and when I go I love nothing more than sitting in a sports bar and getting some buffalo wings, a beer and watching american sports (go Pats). Ever since my first time I have looked for good buffalo wings here both in Liverpool and the rest of the country, unfortunately they never compare to what I have had in the states. My wait is now over Just Wings nail it on the head for the exact taste. If you're a lover of wings then you must try this place, the service here was fantastic and the choice of both soft drinks and alcoholic drinks plentiful. This will surely make it in to my regular eating places.

Such a good venue, we came in for something to eat (food is awesome) and ended up staying for a few drinks to watch the football and play free pool (FREE POOL!!!).

Just had our first and loved it! We were very hungry and had heard the great reviews so there was a lot riding on this food. It was really tasty, great portion size, sauces I had never even heard of (but loved) and beautifully packaged too! Garlic and Parmesan boneless wings were divine! This will be the first of many orders for sure! Service was outstanding-Friendly, personal and efficient, my new favourite takeaway!

The food is really nice, delivery guy was cool, there's definitely passion gone into the food, but it's very expensive. If you don't care about price, the place is 5 star. I feel pretty bad giving a 3 star review, and I'll probably order again as kind of a birthday treat or whatever, but for the money... It's not really worth it... That said, definitely try it one time because it is nice stuff. Like, their burgers are about twice as good as a basic maccies cheeseburger, but at 4x the price. I also recommend a salt and pepper chicken burger as well as that A&W Sarsaprilla root beer. Edit: I'm bumping this from 3 to 4 stars since I've actually been ordering more than I thought i would have. It's nice.

Had a look at the reviews on this place before going everything looked okay till I actually noticed a fellow reviewer who actually turned out to be the owner so if the owners have to get them self good reviews I’m quite embarrassed.... to the food ... it was nothing special just chicken coated in sauce that’s all I can say about the food but after complaining about my food a man with glasses think his name was Gary or Larry ... he was more than helpful with getting me fresh chips as the ones I had were soggy

When the food arrived it was very cold, disappointed as I tried these guys out at the Southport food festival (very tastey at the time), just a let down when ordered for the first time.

My wife and I and big fans of just wings and have eaten them many times from the Southport branch, but as we were in Sefton park today we decided to try their new Liverpool shop and we were really impressed especially with the free pool table to use whilst you wait for food.

On a street more used to rubbish fast food this is a gem. Friendly staff and decent food all be it simple. But the Brooklyn beer and free pool with the decor and spacious layout bump up the experience. A nice local surprise.

When the food arrived it was very cold, disappointed as I tried these guys out at the Southport food festival (very tastey at the time), just a let down when ordering for the first time.

I'm from Canada and it's really difficult to find a good buffalo wing on this side of the pond. Got the Buffalo 911 and was very pleased. Will definitely be returning. The ranch sauce wasn't as thick and creamy as I am used to though. Got to have ranch on a buffalo wing.

Couldn't recommend higher, food was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly and the beer selection is great! Gem of a place and will definitely be returning!

Best Wings, Best Burgers and milkshakes by a country mile and the service was outstanding. I travelled from Accrington just to go here and I definitely wasn't disappointed. I will most definitely be driving back up soon for another bite. 100% recommended.
