Sadly. Was a lovely cafe in its day but trundled downhill over the past couple of years run by people who didn't seem to know anything about running a cafe

We loved this cafe, food was amazing and staff were great. It has recently acquired new staff and gone completely off the the rails. We have waited for over an hour for food we pre-ordered. When Gerry is there things run much more smoothly. When she is not there it is a shambles. We have just stopped going which is a shame 😕

I like to see staff that know what they are doing and look clean. Not here. Don't put fingers inside cups !

Found this great cafe in Bewdley almost by accident. Downstairs was full but the friendly actress said we could go upstairs. Service was great and all of the staff were friendly and helpful, and chatty! Food was great - we had 2 full breakfasts along with a pot of tea and a hot chocolate. Couldn't fault it.

I was in Blackpool recently for the weekend and the lager in most pubs we went in was well under £3 a pint. I do not expect to pay premium prices in a brewery owned pub, especially when pubs such as Wetherspoons can undercut them by a considerable amount and other non brewery owned pubs as well. The Wetherspoons pub in Stourbridge is full most days, which reflects the reasonable pricing for food and beer. The food prices in Marston's pubs are also on the high side, but the food was mostly quite good and the service was good. If pubs are to survive they need to be competitive with regards to pricing and not charge through the nose....£3.10 for half a coke is very expensive in my view and the beer is too expensive...well over £5 per pint for Guinness is crazy. It's a nice enough pub, but well overpriced.

Haven't been here for years and pleasantly surprised,it was very nicely refurbished ,staff were very friendly, great choice of drinks, and reasonably priced. They have a good menu and that was also good value for money , definitely go again 👍

The kids who work here spend more time messing around than focusing on their jobs and customers. The food variety isn’t as good as others in the chain.

Well what can I say, absolutely amazing, the sourdough bread and the cakes were the best I’ve eaten for a very long time
